Incredible stay at a super luxurious hotel. Simply divine!

Потрясающий отель - комфортный, роскошный, уютный. Есть общая гостиная, кабинет, столовая / комната для переговоров. Спортзал, сауна, кухня с посудой. Номер с балконом и ванной с видом на море. Роскошь как она есть. Кровать удобная.

Крайне расстроил завтрак. Скудный до безобразия. Один вид серого позавчерашнего хлеба. Яйца. Один вид невкусной колбасы, сыр самый дешёвый. Йогурт, фрукты, нутелла. Кислый дешёвый сок. Просто ужасно, мы реально ничего не стали есть. Это какой-то обман гостей и недопустимый уровень. Лучше уже купить что-то в магазине и позавтракать с роскошным видом на море на балконе в своём номере.

A truly nice place to stay

The room was so spacious and looked classy. All the people from the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great-the beach is just across the street and the city center is near. Drinks and candy are complimentary and the white wine is amazing.

There was no dental kit in the room in case you forgot to bring your own. The gym is mostly for cardio, but that is not an issue since there are a few great gyms nearby.

Best Hotel to stay in Burgas

Very comfortable and cozy hotel. The room was well equipped, staff always gentle and the first class restaurant and bar is a plus. I appreciate the support since I had to cancel one night stay due to business reasons. definitely the place to stay if you are in the city.

Най после открихме мястото където да отсядаме когато сме в Бургас.

Отлично местоположение. Всичко е до тебе - парк , море , плаж , заведения . Закуската е добра. Това , че имахме на разположение кухя с всички необходими неща беше изненада. Вътрешното дворче с масата и чадъра, хола с удобния диван , фотьойли и масата за кафе , фитнеса и сауната които бяха почти за лично ползване , също беше приятна изненада. А ежедневното зареждане на мини бара с комплименти от персонала надхвърли всичко. Ако трябва да сме честни , това не са 5 звезди , а 6+.

This was an absolutely amazing stay - the best we had in Bulgaria because of the feeling that we had our own private house. There was a sitting room and kitchen at our disposal, as well as a small garden and an eating area. The room was magnificent but the piece de resistance was the bathroom - unbelievably luxurious and generous with a roll-top bath which came with a view of the sea! Everything in the room was comfortable and of excellent quality. We loved the provision of little chocolates and other treats - we really felt spoiled. Staff were lovely too, helping with parking and generally being friendly and warm.

Breakfast on our first day was fine - there was a buffet - but on the second day, it became clear that the person serving breakfast was not able to cope with taking orders for breakfast. There were only three tables to serve but we did not even have a menu after waiting fifteen minutes. So we gave up and walked into town to find something to eat.

A place full of love!Even in the air…

Do you know what the meaning of “promenade “is?hahaha exactly this is the beautiful hotel’s location!Quiet, calm and seaside,you can walking with local guys in the sunset and running with them in the morning. The decorations is classic and fabulous!The room is so clean and lovely!The breakfast is so cute-when you eat it you will catch my meaning!Easy to parking my car!Every moment there is incredible marvelous ! All the staff are nice and friendly,professional! I will come back definitely! Many thanks!

The door is not so tight when I closed it,a little bit light will be accompanied with us in the evening but it’s nothing to worry about it…and a little bit of technical sound of lift wanted to tell us it’s time to get up!hahaha,it’s my personal feelings. I’m 100% sure you will be an excellent friend to all of the guests.I love you Promenade Villa!Such an awesome experience I have!Many thanks to all of you!

Villa Promenade exceeded our expectations in all possible ways. We had some timing issues after booking and the staff and management were very welcoming, understanding and helped us reschedule. The room and amenities were luxurious, beautifully designed and convenient. The villa has parking in front and has a great location, right next to the sea garden.

Nice & central boutique hotel

Best location in town, would recommend it to anyone! you are quickly in town as well as direct at the promenade which goes down to the beach (1min walk to beach). room was very beautiful and very good value for the money. Breakfast was also delicious.

My room was at the ground floor and I always needed to fully close the curtains otherwise people who pass on the street see in the room, which made the room quite dark. but I realize that this something which is hard to change😁

I had an amazing experience at Villa Promenade in Burgas. I was visiting with my partner who is originally from the city and we had such an amazing time. The hospitality, service, the room, and overall experience was wonderful. We will be coming back!
