Rockstar Beach House has a North Captiva Island Club Membership which has access to 2pools, hot tub, kayaks, bicycles, and basketball. With its 2 luxury bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and new queen memory foam sleeper sofa, you can comfortably sleep 6. The open floor plan and 15ft. ceilings make this little house feel big, bright and airy. The Polynesian flair (including a 400lb solid mahogany Tiki Head!) musical influences and island style furnishings (master bedroom king size bamboo hula bed!) and outdoor deck Hot Tub complete this cool, comfortable retreat. This home was built with the finest materials including travertine tile and tumbled marble throughout.
Located only a short distance to the beach (2 minutes by golf cart) this is the perfect location for gorgeous sunsets and a quiet, get away from it all, slice of island life.

The home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was close to the beaches and swimming pool. The hot tub was very nice. We loved it so much we are planning on coming back and staying for a longer period.

The island is my favorite place in the world!!!
Not my first time there but first time in the Rock Star pad and it was WONDERFUL!!!
Out host was incredible…..he immediately took care of anything we needed and was very responsive to our questions.
The place is perfect….it had everything you would need for a week long stay. Loved the hot tub and the golf cart was super convenient to have.
We hear some real horror stories about VRBO and unhelpful hosts….this is NOT one of them. I couldn’t be happier with our stay!!
For sure will be booking same place next year.!!

Everything was AMAZING! I was a little nervous about getting there but with Steve's help, it was a breeze! We enjoyed the house that felt like home, the boat trip was amazing (my son can't stop talking about it), and we cant wait to go back! My son has already asked if we can make this a yearly trip! Jenny was also so amazing with helping us with checking in and checking out! We literally have zero conplaints! And we're already looking at the calendar to see when we can go back and we will definitely book another boat trip with Captain Steve!

This house was better than advertised! My family has been coming to North Captiva since the 80’s and this is one of the nicest well stocked house’s we’ve stayed in. The owner Steve is very responsive and sends great info prior to arriving. They only allow 5 stars but this house deserves 10!!

My friend and I absolutely LOVED our time in Steve's house. We'd been to the island before and stayed in many other properties, and this was our favorite: the beds were super comfy; the porches were perfect and let us sit in the sun or shade; the hot tub was such an amazing perk even on hot days; the kitchen had so many supplies that it made cooking easy and really helped us not have to buy as much for the week; the golf cart worked great; and there is a ton of beach/pool gear free to use. The location is also awesome: it's really close to the NCIC with two pools, shops, and a restaurant, and just a short walk or drive to the beach and wildlife preserve. We did Steve's Adventure Boat Tour which I would also HIGHLY recommend - it was the highlight of our trip to get to hang out with Steve on his boat, visit neighboring islands, swim in the ocean, and see tons of wildlife including dolphins and manatees. I also can't say enough good things about Steve's communication as a host. Anything we needed, he replied immediately and was able to advise on or accommodate. We are already looking at our calendars to figure out a time we can come back. Do yourself a favor and book the Rockstar Beach House! It will truly feel like home on this magical island.

From the first communication to relinquishing the golf cart key, our trip was perfectly relaxing (location, comfy beds, games galore, amenities), adventurous (boat trip with Adventure Tours to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key & secret manatee hole, Nature Preserve walks, sunsets on the beach) and hastle-free. We can’t wait to return to Steve’s house! Our trip was perfect in every way.

Words can’t describe this experience!! The island is looking great and this island community is really doing a fantastic job after being hit hard by hurricane Ian. Steve is absolutely the best!! Any issue you had, he took care of it quickly. We went out with captain Steve on his boat tour it was a blast!! We left this place kicking and screaming but with a new friend!! Thanks Steve we will be back soon, we’re really hoping as neighbors!!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Rock Star Beach House. The owner was very responsive, questions were answered immediately. The house was clean with a well outfitted kitchen. The bed was comfy, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. A soak in the hot tub was a great way to end the day. The house included a golf cart and was located an easy walk to the Island Club which the house was a member. The membership provided free use of bikes and kayaks, and the two heated pools. We had a great Club Comforts Dinner at Mango’s. The beaches were clean with shells everywhere. The island has no paved roads or cars just sand, which made it very quiet.

This was our families 4th trip to Captiva. It never disappoints. We had a wonderful stay. The weather was not as good as we remembered from last trips but we bundled up and enjoyed!! Our ferry experience was not the best but we worked it out on our return. The island is working on returning to normal after the horrible hurricane 2 years ago. There was still so much devastation but we did not allow it to ruin our trip. We will return!!

This house was great! Everything was just as listed. Steve the owner was very responsive and so helpful to us. We had never been to North Captiva before and was a little nervous but he answered all our questions. The island is beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. We also took Captain Steve’s boat tour and highly recommend it!! We will be back and hope to stay at the same house and take the same boat trip again!!

My husband, two daughters, and my mom stayed a week in North Captiva at Steve's Rockstar Beach House. We had an absolutely fantastic time, and the beach house truly felt like home! Steve was super responsive to all of our questions and made the planning process a breeze. When we weren't enjoying ourselves at the beach or the pools, we kept ourselves plenty busy with the treasure trove of games. And, we were fortunate enough to be able to take the island tour on Steve's boat, which we highly recommend! He has so much knowledge of the area, and he taught my girls the names of different seashells. Within the first ten minutes of getting on the boat, we were fortunate enough to see manitees and dolphins! My youngest really took to Steve and she named the stuffed manitee we bought her Captain Steve! This placed rocked, and we can't wait to come back!

My family had a wonderful time at Rockstar Beach House. The house was very clean and worked well for our family of 4 (2 kids- ages 10 and 3). The house had everything we needed for cooking and had a nice selection of games. The water filter didn’t work very well, but the faucet water wasn’t bad at all and we ordered enough gallon water, so no issues. I would definitely recommend this house for other families with 2 or less kids) and I highly recommend captain Steve’s boat tour. My boys loved it!

The Rockstar house surpassed our expectations!
We were a little nervous about being on an island in which we had to take a ferry to get there without a car. The ferry ride was about 20-30 minutes, so it was a nice little ride. The house was excellent and perfect for our family of four! I was content just staying at the house! The beach was the most private we’ve ever seen and Steve was awesome to work with! We went on a 9-11 excursion one day out on his boat; He knows so much information about the island. We saw dolphins, tortoises, and manatees and snorkeled and saw crabs, huge shells still occupied, and LOTS of sand dollars. Restaurants are starting to open back up. Just make sure you bring over plenty of food! This is paradise!

Steve is an amazing host. His home was beautiful, clean with everything you need for your stay. I felt at home as soon as I walked into his home. Steve was available for any questions.
Took a boat tour with him and it was so much fun loved the islands he brought us to and a sandbar that had so many sand dollars.

I was so impressed with how responsive Steve was when I had questions regarding property prior to booking. Once we booked our stay, he immediately communicated detailed steps and instructions and continued to answer questions quickly. We LOVED this property and everything available to us. The location was perfect, especially if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. I slept like a baby EVERY NIGHT. It just felt so comfortable and like home. My daughter and her friends (18 yo) kept saying "this place has good vibes". We absolutely loved the hot tub and outdoor deck and enjoyed the use of the golf cart exploring the island. We also went on Steve's boat adventure and that was absolutely our favorite part of the trip. He was a lot of fun and knew so much about the area. DO NOT PASS THAT UP!! It is a must!! We hope we can go back again next year if the girls college and work schedule allow and my friends want to do a trip as well after seeing all our pictures and videos.

The Rockstar beach house exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and linens were soft and quality. My tiki loving 10 year old loved the tiki statue in the living room and kitten picture. The game selection was top notch and keep us occupied when we needed a break from the sun. I’d highly recommend this property!!!!

This is a quality home with great layout of indoor and outdoor space, comfortable for our family of 4. 5 min golf cart rode to 2 different beach access points, access to island club pools and paddle boards. Had everything you need in the kitchen , and owner was great about communicating specifics of what to expect. Definitely recommend a boat tour with captain steve!! Highlight of fhe trip 10/10!

Highly recommend Steve’s house—it was quiet, comfortable, convenient, and has the perfect vacation vibe. They made the logistics of the island so easy. But wherever you stay, you must do Captain Steve’s boat adventure tour—he’s an island treasure and shares his knowledge generously—the adventure was the top highlight in a week full of them.

What a fun experience from start to finish. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The property was great- super clean and exactly how the listed described how it would be. Captain Steve was great and communicated very well. He answered all my last minute questions about getting to the island and other logistics about our stay.

There are so many great things to say about staying at this property. I’ve been to the island many times over the years and this was one of my favorite homes I’ve stayed in! It was myself, my husband and my 4 & 10 year old children. The home was clean and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, extra linens, pool toys, board games, kitchen full of cooking tools, etc.). Both bathrooms were very spacious, the hot tub was clean and operated perfectly, there are doors in almost every room to step out onto the balcony. The owner has clearly put a lot of time, thought and effort into making it a comfortable stay. Next time we plan to take one of his island tours as well because if it’s anything like the home, we won’t be disappointed!

Shelling and beaches are amazing! Plan to go with Steve on a 1/2 day shelling/sightseeing trip- this was a highlight of our trip. Steve's recommendation of Captain Richard's fishing trip was on point- another amazing day!

A beautiful getaway vacation spot!!
Captain Steve was so helpful with any questions we had leading up to our stay (the ferry, grocery, taxi coordination seemed worrisome, but they make it so much easier than what we though it would be). We didn't need to bother him while there, due to it going flawlessly! A spectacular rental property, a spectacular island, it was....well, just all spectacular! We WILL be going back. One word of advice. If you think you are packing lightly (which I thought we did), well.... pack lighter than that! Oh, and go kayaking at the end of the landing strip. Had dolphins and a manatee within feet of us just swimming around, while we just floated and watched. Awesome experience! Thank you so much for honestly one of the best vacations we have ever been on!!!

Absolutely perfect if paradise is what you're searching for!
The Rockstar was amazing. Pictures could never do justice to what this house offers. Everything from furnishings, beach supplies, and kitchen exceeded quality in every regard. It's obvious that a lot of thought and care were placed into every detail. My husband quickly became a master of Tiki Toss, waiting around on me every day! The hot tub was so nice to relax in every evening after long walks! The boat tour offered by this homeowner was the perfect complete to our trip. We were able to see wildlife, and great local conversation! It was the most magical place - almost like the animals and plants, land and sea, put on a show specially for you! But the wonderful thing is, it's just what they do in this beautiful piece of the world! We found an effortless place to take our time, relax, and soak in every moment that the house and island had to offer us.

Great place to stay on North Captiva
We really enjoyed our stay at The Rockstar! Having a golf cart to get around the island was so fun! We used the pools, the tennis courts and kayaked in the canal, had dinner at the Boathouse and drinks at bar, watched the sunset every night, saw dolphins everyday and even saw a fisherman catch a baby shark! Oh yeah, we walked out to an abandoned boat that got stuck after hitting the sandbar which was the highlight for the kids! After long days in the sun, the beds were so comfy, even the pull out couch had a memory foam mattress!
