Great area and easy to get to Seattle. Loved the rooftop and spent a lot of time there and in the nice hot hot tub

This room was a wonderful place to stay while I was in town for my daughter's wedding. The bed was comfortable, the location quiet, and the room well equipped with everything I needed! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in the area.

Close to T mobile or any event Uber always within minutes great grocery store with fresh produce decent prices would come back again for sure other than a bit of dust no complaints at all

We had a great experience. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but it wasn't working, the water was cold. Other than that it was great!

The house is in an exceptional neighborhood on Mercer Island. Parks and town is spooky clean. The hot tub, which was the only reason I selected the room, only works intermitantly and only for a few minutes. Very dissapointed. No bath robes like the in room book said. One of the closet doors was missing and the towel rack next to the toilet was falling off the wall. The room was fully stocked otherwise. Bring K-cups unless you drink good coffee. No Coffee machine in room. Room was clean except under the bed amd in a few corners one wouldnt normally look. Would have loved my stay had the room amd facilities been in good repair. Will not book again despite the roof top seating with a spectacular view. Seriously dissapointed it wasnt up to standards

I give it a 3 because although it was clean it was VERY tight. Secondly half of the closet space in this small room was filled with stuff like broken chairs, fans, etc. However, my biggest issue really was the hot tub. I asked if it was working and it was the first night. The next 2 days/nights it was off and wouldn’t turn on. There is a sign that says to respect quiet hours so I would understand if we were loud but we weren’t. We had music playing but it was just loud enough to go over the sound of the jets on a chair right next to the tub. Lastly I asked for a late check out after celebrating my engagement that night before and was denied.

Great studio for family visit weekend, graduation or in our case a few days out of our house for a remodel project!

Room enough for one person - maybe two if you are close with one another - but great amenities, fantastic views, and amazing neighborhood! Place was very clean, among the cleanest I’ve stayed in, and the bed sheets were so soft and inviting!

Small but everything you need for 2 people. Great location, in a safe and quiet neighborhood and the free parking was a great addition. Close enough to the city (took ~10-20 min to get to main attractions) but in a safer and more comfortable location. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep while exploring during the day.

Comfy bed
Ok amenities
Black mold on front window (they said it was black caulking on a white window casing ,and though, my fiancé is a contractor - he knows black mold when he sees it and we have detailed pictures)
Difficult parking
Broken chair
Cracked wine glass

Our stay on Mercer Island was second to none. Impeccable view from the Blue Angel room and from the rooftop seating area. Did not need to contact the host for anything; everything was satisfactory for us.
Only issue was that the tub of the shower didn’t drain properly— minor thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This room was a wonderful place for my friend and I to stay. We enjoyed the rooftop for a sunset dinner and making friendship bracelets (Eras Tour). The room cooled when we needed it to and the bed was very comfortable. Good sleep!

It was a very nice stay on Mercer Island. It was easy to get around and a beautiful neighborhood.
Small things: the water pitcher in the refrigerator has hole in the bottom and did not know until I had placed water in it. The refrigerator does not keep food cold unless it is in the door. The freeze has a frozen Sprite can inside. I was going to soak after running a marathon, but the tub did not have a stopper.
These are small things

Our reason for choosing this location was to have a staycation and to use the hot tub and it wasnt heating up after waiting five hours it only went up two degrees(78F). This was dissapointing to say the least due to us spending over two hundress and thirty dollars for one night and not even getting our moneys worth. We had messaged the property management and they didnt reply until two hours later. Another factor we didnt love was the parking situation, the other suite had a vehicle to park so we had to come out and move our car to position it in a very small side of the driveway. Overall a 4/10. Would only reccomend staying here if you need a bed/room to sleep in and thats it.

The stay was overall fine. Would likely not stay again. We book this stay solely because of the hot tub and when arrived the first thing we checked was the hot tub. It was not working, so we messaged both the owner who had a note that said “If you need anything reach out”, and the rental company. We heard nothing from the owner and the company said essentially the problem would be fixed at a time that works for them. Our stay was only 2 nights and so obviously the problem was not fixed. Very disappointing. The room was small but a decent size for people coming just to have a place to stay, beautiful view, and convenient parking.

There are no motels on Mercer Island, so this place is a reasonable alternative to a motel room, but it is not a "vacation" space. It is furnished with a bed, a small table, and two straight-back chairs. There is no space for other furniture; the room is quite small. It is not furnished with items usually found in motels - e.g., there is a coffee maker, but no coffee, there is one cereal bowl, three plates. The room was clean, but needed some maintenance - e.g., the shower valve was nearly inoperative, the sink was very slow draining. After the first (of three) night, the television was inoperative because it needed a software update. The advertised rate looks good but there are a lot of add-ons.

Upon arrival, there was a cigarette butt on our doormatt, the window handle was broken, rendering the window by the bed unable to close, the heater remote would not work the first night, and the reservation sheet for the hot tub was nowhere to be found. On the second night, the other tennants of the adjacent unit parked incorrectly, occupying the center of the parking area, forcing us to park down on the street. However, we were able to reset the heater remote and succussfully turn on the heater. For the price of this unit, better quality could be found elsewhere, perhaps with an available hot tub.

Super convenient for visiting both Seattle & Bellevue. Easy access to main routes. Room was clean & lived up to photos. Nice roof top deck. Outdoor entrance (stairs, porch) could have been cleaner. A good power wash would do the trick. Would suggest a make-up mirror to the right of bathroom sink. Bed was comfy. Didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub but it is very private. Overall a great choice.

For context my wife and I were from out of town, and spent several days exploring Seattle. We choose this place because there was parking and it seemed like a central location we could start from. It was easy to find the place and get around however I will caution people that you need a car here and there is not really anything going on nearby - expect a 15 minute drive to get anywhere.
I think we booked this place trying to be aware of price as Seattle can be expensive but to be honest after all the cleaning fees and booking fees (we stayed 4 nights) we could have probably got a hotel with parking downtown which would have been a much better location.
The room itself was fine, has definitely seen some use. It was clean, but the towels were very cheap, the toilet wobbled, the bathroom window doesn’t close, the bathroom door didn’t close and just a few other things made it feel not cared for.
At this price I wish we had just stayed in a hotel.

I loved how close this place was to the city and it was an easy drive across the floating bridge. The view from the rooftop is also great! However, there were quite a few issues when we arrived. 2 of the windows were broken and it was so cold in the unit when we arrived late at night. We had to turn on a space heater and were shivering. They also did not refill the coffee pods or tea options, so we didn’t get to have any of those drinks. The closet door was broken and it was very hard to open and would scrape on the floor. They also had dogs at the main house that would bark quite a lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few annoyances.

The room was nice but very small! In the welcome book it states that we were suppose to have so many towels, robes and beach towels. There were no robes no beach towels (which would have been perfect for the hot tub) and they only gave us 2 bath towels for our 10 day stay. We did call and they said they would have someone call us back within an hour. No call back so a few days later we called again and they brought us two towels. The rooftop deck was nice and we were up there almost every night. The views were fantastic. The bathroom window latch was broke so the window did not close. We did tell them about it and let them know they could fix when we leave because the window was high up. The bathroom vent was so dirty I don't think is had ever been cleaned. I guess what I am getting at is they need to have things in order before people show up. Mercer Island was beautiful and the owners were very nice when we spoke with them. They do have Vacasa take care of the property so I think they need a checklist to make sure everything is there that is stated in the book and things are properly cleaned and fixed. Besides those few things it was a great stay the bed was comfortable we slept very well while we were there. The parking was also a bonus (never had to look for a spot!)

Soft bed, had everything we needed- the grill outside made up for the lack of a kitchen. The towels were shockingly bad though- I remember reading a review that said this and thinking that’s not a big deal. They weren’t kidding. Fuzz balls everywhere, in the air, in your food, all over your clothes… don’t use the bath towels! Hot tub was amazing, well kept and fantastic view at night! Trails to run on near the house were beautiful too.

Place was clean quiet easy access to anywhere my only issue is with the management company took weeks to respond to questions before my trip.

Poor managment, bugs, no heat, poor instruction, called the owner but no returned call, shower faucet falling off.
After multiple text to a robot, over a couple of days, management finally called and did send maintanence people to fix the plumbing and window that would not close. There still is a life saftey issue in that the smoke detector has been removed and not replaced.

We loved the view and the roof patio. Mercer Island is Beautiful--so many houses with Beautiful Landscaping to look at and taking walks in the parks.

Pros:
- The Blue Angels room (best option) has a view of sparkling water, a bridge, and sunset. Whereas, the back room looks out only to the hot tub.
- Clean floors, sink, bathroom tub, toilet, kitchenette, bed, linens, and hot tub (chlorinated)
- Early check-in opportunity
- Hot tub! Super relaxing.
- Air-conditioned room
- Free secured parking
- Shampoo, conditioner, and soap available.
- The wifi signal is alright
- Access to BBQ
- Quiet neighbourhood with NO children! Amazing :)
- Owner's dogs are adorable. We loved seeing them play outside in the morning.
Cons:
- Airbnb allows the owner to customize check-out regulations which made my partner and I feel like labourers on vacation. We had to take out the garbage and recycling, put a new bag in all garages and recycling, put all used towels in a hamper, take out items from the mini fridge and wash used dishes. - We are from Canada, Airbnbs to my knowledge, should be done by a maid. I would know, as I’ve been a maid for Airbnbs. Because of these circumstances, I would have preferred a hotel if we knew cleaning during check-out was involved.
- Unfortunately, the towels felt…cheap (lint from towels were EVERYWHERE on our bodies, face, and clothes for the entire trip.
- Next-door guests were obnoxiously loud at 2:30AM on Sunday, July 30th. I could not sleep for hours due to the noise from two ‘adults’. I constantly heard their sink and shower turn on/off and the toilet flushing (not quiet in this regard). (I’m assuming they were drunk based on the decibel level rising).

Very easy check in process. However, I also struggled with the parking, but only because I didn’t know this is a multi-unit rental. Once we realized that, the instructions made sense to park diagonally along the fence. I was very unhappy that the unit only included 3 bath towels. There were plenty of hand and face towels. There were also no bathrobes, beach towels, or a bath mat. I called to ask for more and was told that they only provide a “starter set of 4 bath towels” (we only had 3) and that there should be no expectation of any other towels (such as the beach towels pictured in the listing). I hope that if this is true the listing images will be updated to accurately show the unit does not indeed include bath robes, a bath mat, or swim towels. It is frustrating to have those items listed in the welcome book inventory and in the listing images, but to be told that they are not actually always included. I do appreciate that the property manager brought more towels the next day. This really is a nice and well stocked studio unit but if I’d known the towel situation I wouldn't have booked. It seems to be hit or miss with the reviews as to wether the towels are there or not. Perhaps it’s a restock issue when people stay back to back? I hope they fix it as this is a great place that, without this issue I would stay at again. Side-note—another reviewer mentioned not having a stopper in the bathtub and the window in the bathroom not closing. The response in the reviews says the stopper was added, but there was no stopper during my trip and the window latch is still broken. This wasn’t an issue for me though.
