About this house rental

***Beach Daze*** is the beach home you will want to escape to. It has first row views with a 2nd row price. It places you just steps to the soft sand and blissful waves of the beach. It is a great escape for you and your loved ones with all of the amenities of home.

Your private deck has a breath taking view of the sand and surf at all times of the day. If you are an early riser enjoy the glorious sunrise from your covered & uncovered deck in our brightly painted deck chairs! Remarkably, in the late part of the evenings the moon glistens over the water. It is a stunning sight for you to see.

During the day, enjoy your time at the beach, collect some seashells, discover some treasure, build sandcastles and just relax while your car enjoys covered parking.

You can come home to Beach Daze and enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower, the barbecue pit, and a covered picnic table.

For wining or dining indoors, you have all of the amenities you need. You have a stainless steel double oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. You have a nice supply of wine glasses, dishes, utensils, pans and glassware. The coffee pot, keurig for K cups, toaster, crock pot and blender are in the house for your usage.

The indoor table accommodates 8 and the large granite island accommodates an additional 4 guests. You can also enjoy AL fresco dining on the tables and chairs outdoors.

Another thing that makes Beach Daze the one for you to rent year after year is that it has 2 master bedroom suites, each with their own bathrooms and closets on one side of the house and 2 additional bedrooms on the other side of the house. The additional 2 charming bedrooms on the other side of the house have a bathroom tub/shower. One of these delightful bedrooms includes 2 charming queen beds with a captivating window view of the beach. The fun room contains 4 bunk beds with a tv/dvd player. You’ll never know exactly what treasures you will find neatly stored in this room……family movies, board games, cards, books and just maybe some great beach toys!

Beach Daze provides a full size washer and dryer too! Each of the bedrooms includes a flat screen TV.

The main living room contains a smart TV if you must check on the real world (or not). The internet service in the house has the capability to stream movies. The beach house also has an upgraded surround sound system indoors as well as outdoor deck speakers. Indulge in some island music either throughout the main living area or throughout the deck. Blue tooth capability makes your music options endless.

If your additional family member (up to 2) is a small dog, up to 25 lbs, they are welcome, We ask that you use good judgement and control of your furry family member. Please keep pets off of the beds and couches. A pet fee will be collected with your house rental of $25 per pet for the trip.

We want you to enjoy your Beach Daze rental every time you use it. To ensure you have no worries while planning your great beach vacation the purchase of travel insurance is recommended. (It usually runs approx. $40-$80). This puts you at ease when planning ahead for such an enjoyable vacation where you want to enjoy the great beachy outdoors.

We will provide linens: Sheets, pillows, comforters, bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper to get you started.

Items you will want to bring: beach towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toiletries, toilet tissue, paper towels, foil /ziploc bags, trash bags, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, insect repellent, first aid, charcoal supplies and your favorite condiments.

It could not have been a better trip!! It ended up only being my direct family and my niece and her bestie came as well, so there was plenty of room for us! The house was PERFECT! The views, LOCATION to the beach, again, just absolutely perfect for the price! I can’t wait to plan next years trip! I didn’t need to contact anyone as there is a book with all the helpful information! This is the place to stay!

If you are looking for a place close to the beach, this is it. There is a view of the ocean. The house was big enough for 11 of us to comfortably move around. The only downfall was there were no beach toys. No towels, no nothing. Flying in, made this tough. The description does say this and they weren’t lying. All in all a great place on the ocean.

We loved the house and the location. The owner was having problems with cleaning staff so I don't blame them for the key not being available when we got there and the dishes in the cabinet were not clean. I'm sure the cleaning people didn't run the dishwasher. Otherwise I would stay in this rental again.

We booked our first family vacation with extended family and loved the home’s layout. Each family was able to have a bathroom. The open living and kitchen made for great evening gatherings. The view from the front porch is fantastic! The home was clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bath towels. I understand why I saw many repeat visitors in the previous reviews.

Beautiful large deck that young children can play on and a room with the bunk beds for the children and a separate one for the parents. One minor issue, having children that are used to smart tv, not every room was equipped with one. If you like to be where there are a lot of people on the beach, either swimming or driving, this is the place for you. Very roomy with 2 bedrooms on one side and the other 2 on the other.

Our family, 3 generations, had a great stay at the Beach House. The location was quiet, had a good view of the gulf and was so close we could walk to the beach. It had two masters with baths and a bunk room the grandchildren loved. The house was very nicely decorated, very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend it highly.

We have been to many houses but this one tops the cake. Great communication and quick fixing of items when one item needed fixing for safety reasons. Beds we’re comfortable and the dehumidifier definitely made our stay a lot cooler.

This house was perfect for our family. We were very comfortable in the spacious living area and large rooms. The deck was an amazing place to relax after the long day at the beach. So close to the beach we were able to walk there and have the convenience of the house nearby. We will definitely be back!

Great house with plenty of room for multiple adults. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and I cannot think of anything we needed that we did not find at the house. Remember to pack your bug spray those mosquitoes were vicious this year!

We had a mixed group of adults and children and had a wonderful visit. The view of the beach from the porch, easy access to the beach and the owners willingness to accommodate our different schedule was appreciated and gracious. The home contained all of the amenities that one could hope for. We especially appreciated the kitchen that had things we could use to cook for a group, a great sound system that was interior/exterior and so much more. It was wonderful.

Gorgeous home, beach view, 1 row from beach. Perfect floor plan with two masters with separate bathrooms. Adorable bunk room, sleeps 4 and guest room with 2queen that have a shared bathroom. Great decor without being too beachy! Spacious rooms. Easy access, sound system, generous deck, home dehumidifier. Good communicate with owners. Easy to relax and enjoy! Fantastic place for family get together with four adult couples. We have stayed at a half a dozen places on Crystal Beach and none of them come even close to this.

We had a wonderful time. Appreciated the message saying the place was ready early, so we could check in. We were able to check in 3 hours early and were unpacked and on the beach before it got to hot! Loved the double masters, comfortable beds, beach access, dehumidifier, porch with tons of seating, quality appliances,.... Being able to see and hear the ocean/gulf 24/7 was amazing (Especially during rain storm and for 91 yo mom, who had trouble with the stairs by the end.) Enjoyed Bolivar very much and the ferry to Galveston for the afternoon. Check in took seconds-lock box and in! Host was very helpful: answering questions immediately, sharing recommendations, allowing us to add a small dog at the last minute (and pet free was only $35 total :-) and then suggesting that we could check in early. I would highly recommend. Price was also the best value I saw. We plan to return. If we take mom again, we will have to get a place with a lift-the stairs were very stable and we were able to put one of the beach chairs on the landing for a rest. But mom had never stayed that close to the beach, so did not realize quite how many stairs are required! But the rest of the group is already talking about the next trip to Beach Daze!

We stayed at Beach Daze for 6 nights and it was amazing. There were 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 7,4,3,2&1) and the house was more than big enough to hold all of us. There was plenty of room to eat inside or to eat downstairs outside at the picnic table. We utilized the outdoor shower everyday to rinse off before coming inside. We spent a few nights on the deck enjoying adult drinks after the kids went to bed and a few nights downstairs playing ring toss or corn hole. We loved this property and the beach views were just amazing! Hopefully we get to come back soon!

We have stayed at many different beach houses and this one had the perfect layout for a mixed family group. Plenty of communal space and well arranged private space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach access was perfect. Even from the second row the view was exceptional. Just a perfect house close to everything.
