Timing terrible, hurricane Debby, the unit itself was on the beach, kitchen, family area updated and nice. Bedrooms could use a fresh coat of paint.Master shower needs an update ASAP, and it takes 10 minutes or more to get hot water. A recommendation would be to have a list of items in the unit and there location in the unit i.e beach chairs etc.Wouldn’t take much to make this a great rental

This space was very clean, welcoming and had a beautiful view of the ocean! We loved enjoying the morning and evening overlooking the ocean on the porch. We had breakfast out there too which was so nice. This space matched the description online. The tile floors and marble countertops were a very nice upgrade. The vacation/ocean vibe with the decorations made us feel very relaxed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Being able to do our laundry in the condo was so helpful too! Customer service was wonderful, although we didn't need anything. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Our favorite restaurant was called Manta. We loved the hibachi and sushi! Boogie boarding was my family's favorite daily activity. We loved that there were beach chairs and sand toys provided also. Walmart is very close by if you want to cook in the condo. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was wonderful too. My older son also found a gym to workout at every day called Pump House. We loved having a space in the parking lot for us too. This week for us was so relaxing and very enjoyable! We would definitely go back and book this space again.

Condo was perfect for our family. We came for a volleyball tournament and could come and go as needed. Close to everything, plenty of parking, updated, clean, huge kitchen, big bedrooms, nice pool and deck, ocean steps away.

Overall it was great. Disappointed in the lack of makeup mirror and hair dryer in master bath as I have stayed at Carolina Dunes numerous times and these items are always on the wall. We also didn’t have a toaster and the kitchen items need to be replenished.

Tough to enjoy pool time. Multiple times unruly children took control of pool area. Not supervised. Elevators would have all floors pushed causing issues. Everything else was fantastic. View was beautiful.

As a family of 5 the accommodations and location were perfect. Easy booking, quick responses and communication with host.
Only negatives: the master bath shower is small, outdated and not easy to use for a big and tall person. The other negative was entrance into the condo…the outdoor carpet stayed wet the whole time we were there (no rain during our stay). Reached out a few times to the host but problem didn’t get resolved. We just kept a towel the entry floor so that we could remove our shoes instead of tracking the wet inside.
Overall, we would stay there again as it was a great place!

The luxury the condo once had, has not been maintained:
Uncomfortable Couches - Sink-into rather than sit-on
Beds - 2 sink way down
Dirty baseboards, wall trims and air vents
Chipped glasses and plates
Dull 30W lighting in living room and bedrooms so can’t read
Walls chipped and marked
Full vacuum cleaner upon arrival
Sporadic crapping noises of chairs from unit above
Car Park – Foot-wide pool of pigeon droppings by assigned space and water dripped from above
No Recycling of plastics/glass etc.
Seemed like solely a rental property so we wondered when the last time someone walked through or inspected it?

The dryer didn't dry ,the washer was filthy, the vent in kitchen was black looked like mold, the bed in front rooms mattress cover was filthy and there was no way they didn't see it when they made the bedwetting didn't see it until we were stripping the bed. The tub went down really slow. For the money our family spent on this rental it wasn't worth it.

Our family had the best time at this perfectly located gem in South Carolina. The condo was cozy and clean and everything we thought it would be from the photos submitted online. The view was breathtaking and it was something I enjoyed early in the morning on the patio with some coffee. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re in paradise but yet the comforts of home, this is it. In my opinion it was perfectly located, not too close to the busy hustle and bustle of downtown myrtle yet very close to North Myrtle Beach where we liked to frequent often. We will definitely be back🌴☀️

The condo itself was nicely appointed and clean (ish) when we arrived. We always wipe things down once anyway after we check in somewhere. We arrived right on time, just as the cleaning crew was leaving. Whoever owns the place did a good job renovating the property as it's obvious that the building has been around a while. Still, the elevator worked well, parking was nice by having a spot in the covered area. The pool area was nice and the water was warm for a mid-April stay. We were a bit disappointed there was no hot tub, but knew that going in. The balcony was nice and had enough room that we could sit and have breakfast outside in the morning as the sun came up. The views were great. A couple of maintenance issues came up. The shower head actually came out of the wall but they were prompt in fixing it and it was as if it never happened. The coffee pot was not working correctly as it took it about 3 hours to fully make a pot of coffee. They did replace it as well. Beyond that, the only other thing we had happen was that we decided to work one of the 1500 piece jigsaw puzzles only to find out that it was 8 pieces short. We got a good laugh out of that. Location was good, not too busy where we were. For some reason, the DOT decided it was a good idea to pave the street one night in the middle of the night so you could hear their equipment beeping and making noise. Good beach access and the chairs provided were very useful. We would definitely consider staying here again at some point.

We booked this unit for a getaway from our snowy Canadian winter, and were not disappointed. The space was well kept and clean with everything we needed to enjoy a month at Myrtle. It included all the amenities for us to enjoy, relax and allowed us to work remotely with ease.
The property is managed by a large property management company and they really have their act together. They were responsive to all questions and were quick to address a few small maintenance items that came up.

This property was perfect for our group of 10 people. Plenty of space, oceanfront view. My only complaint is that the 4 chairs included for the beach were not usable in my opinion. The 2 that were actual beach chairs were rust covered and the other 2 were camping chairs.

Great location on a quiet beach. Walking distance to restaurants and mini golf. Short drive to nightlife. Nice family friendly area.
Condo was spacious ( the bathroom was tiny) but nothing to complain about because the views were amazing. I would definitely go back.
