About this house rental

Pepper Tree is nestled on a private acreage beside the Wollombi Brook. Our guests love the open entertaining deck, saltwater pool, day beds, fire pit, cabana & BBQ area overlooking the mountains. This property is unique in that it has a private ensuite attached to each bedroom, spacious wardrobes & the option to add roll away beds making it perfect for social groups who value having their own private facilities. We are a 7 min drive to Wollombi Village and 25 mins to the Vineyards in Pokolbin.

Peppertree is a spacious 3 bedroom home with an adjoining self-contained studio. The property sleeps up to 12 adults in total so it's a really good option for larger groups. We can set up rollaway beds in 2 of the main house bedrooms and 4 down in the studio (we’re yet to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed, so don’t worry about ending up on one of them).

The main home has an open plan living and dining room with large bi-fold doors opening on to Pepper Tree's expansive timber deck and views of the paddocks, river and mountains. The deck also opens out to one of the properties most popular features; the cabana, pool and entertaining area. It's a great place to unwind with a glass of local vino and friends.

The adjoining self-contained studio can sleep up to 6 adults (1 Queen, 4 single comfy rollaway beds) and has its own bathroom, living room, kitchen and verandah. It has plenty of and reverse cycle air-con.

Loved our stay, family went up for a wedding and the house was the perfect location. We loved sitting around on the outside deck overlooking the pool to the beautiful hills in the distance. The house had all the necessary equipment for cooking, we loved that each bedroom had a ensuite. House was clean. Check in was easy. Communication was great. I would just say you definitely need a car for the area.

This house was perfect for Four Couples and kids. The bonus is the separate building with the room and bathroom so the kids could sleep and the adults spend time around the BBQ and fire. Rooms are a good side and the fact that each has an en-suite turns it into a holiday where everyone could be together (pool, BBQ, Outdoor Table, Fire) and still retreat to their room for some privacy. An outstanding place.

Pepper Tree Cottage was perfect for us. The location was only 2kms from where our friends wedding was held. The property was situated with wonderful views over the countryside and the farmlands closeby. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were a good size and very clean. The living areas weren't used much but we did have a great barbeque on the veranda. Overall we were very happy and the manager (Peter) was very welcoming and helpful

Peter was amazingly friendly and helpful.when he met us at the. cottage. He had organised the bedding as we had 3yr old twins a 6yr old and a 16yr old as well as 6 adults. The separate studio very close was wonderful. The house was spotlessly clean.

This si the second time we have stayed at Pepper Tre Cottage and I can tell you it will not be the last. We have decided we will be makin our trip to peppertree an annual trip. We love EVERYTHING about this place, inside and out. The serenity, the wildlife. the beautiful cows in the amazing paddock, the pool area and amazing deck. Peter is always easy going, and great to deal with. Always a pleasure!

It was good visit to Pepper Tree Cottage again.. Apart from the dryer not working the overall stay was nice. We enjoyed a dinner at the new fire pit and would return again. Thanks for the hospitality Peter.

Pepper Tree Cottage is really comfortable and was spotlessly clean - the beds particularly are among the best we'd all experienced in a property letting. There's plenty of space, and the ensuites with every room are a bonus. We had everything we needed. Peter (property manager) was helpful and easy to deal with. Would happily stay again.

I have been to many places, but not as good as this one. If you ever want to get away and stay somewhere where no one will ever bother you its this place. Lounging by the pool on the hot days was perfect. Your also not to far from anything good. Meeting the locals at the pub thats about 10 mins drive was also a great time. I could not recommend this place enough.

We had a great stay at Wollombi. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and they're all newly renovated and well lit which was a huge plus. Location is beautiful & Peter was very communicative and helpful. Loved seeing the cows over the fence. Only feedback would be that adding WiFi would be great as there's no phone or data reception at the property. A lovely stay.
