Disappointing

Location was convenient for me.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room. Beddings needs to be changed, too old and used. The cabinet stinks.

Awful, the apartment was full of cockroaches. I couldn't stay second the second night.

I couldn't stay second the second night, the apartment was full of cockroaches. The manager came and just killed several in front of me, explaining that it was because of the garbage cans. I slept with the lights on, and I booked another hotel for the next day. I requested a refund from the owner who never replied. I travel a lot with booking.com, this is the first time this has happened to me, you lose credibility when renting this type of accommodation.

The location, we have stayed here several times

Our 1st room wasn't clean dirty dining utensils bugs in the cupboard and room until we complained to the caretaker he then arranged for a cleaner, also the bed was very bad. There was a hole in the mattress, we complained again, he then moved us to another room but this was slightly smaller than we liked no sofa just bed & a small dining table with 2 chairs The building also looked run down lots work to be done to bring it back to the standard it once was, but the location is great

really bad experience. bad reception. the bed was extremely small. everything was broken. nothing was clean. i was in Tower 2. Don't go there...

1.wifi cannot be reached,2.bad towel...I found hair on it, 3.fragrance is too heavy in the room and feel not comfortable,4.the whole ceiling is black and moldy,5.the refrigerator smells bad...

Won't stay here again

It was very central and the pool was great.

The WiFi didn't work even though I was promised high speed ahead of my booking. I contacted the landlord on almost daily basis and even though I was given two different Wi-Fi's, I kept being thrown off the network. I had to go outside and share my data to have important meetings. It really ruined my trip and I'm happy it's over.

Bed sheets had not been cleaned since previous guest. Pillows were stained and the pillow case did not hide the very dirty pillows. Insects in bathroom, sink and floor. New toilet roll but nothing else like soap nor shampoo.

it was a good stay..

The location is great.. it is accessible to a lot of places.. malls nearby.. you can even only walk to greenbelt makati.. restaurants nearby..location is just comfy..

Honest to goodness review, the room is nice and also the furniture inside.. especially the shower is quite comfortable.. all in all it was good. The only thing which is not good or lacking is the cleanliness of the condo. It is really cleaned properly, it looks dirty and cheap because of the dirt, if only you will change your caretaker to a better one then it should be a wonderful place to stay. Thank You!

Do not stay there… far far and away… from sanity!

It was a terrible deal, by management, the room terrible smell, bathroom disgusting… bed very uncomfortable

We did not care for any of it.

The unit is good and comfortable. Location is near with waltermart makati so necessities won't be a problem. Very nice owner, Sir Ome is approachable. Thank you.
