Smerig hotel

We kwamen aan en toen moesten we inchecken via een automaat. Dit is zoals ik het zie erg onpersoonlijk. De tv op de slaapkamer doet het niet geen airco. Op de gang zaten dikke bloedvlekken ziet er erg smerig uit personeel was erg onvriendelijk en zat ook gewoon zelf mee te eten tijdens het ontbijt er onprofessioneel. Vieze kamers de foto's kloppen niet kort om een teleurstelling. Ik zou iedereen afraden hier te boeken.

Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Matratze war gut.

Der Toilettendeckel war lose. Viel Krach. Mein Zimmer lag gegenüber der Eingangstür des Hotels. Man hört die Tür jedes Mal klappern, wenn jemand das Hotel betritt oder verlässt, die ganze Zeit. Meine Kreditkarte wurde ein zweites Mal belastet, als ich elektronisch am Check-in-Automaten eincheckte. Bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten und auch vom Hotel habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

Great location & price but smallish rooms.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Also liked the booking in system which was automated and easy to follow.

Room was very small. We knew it would be small but didn't think it would be that small. We were travelling from New Zealand and touring Europe for a month so we did have 4 bags with us. There was very little storage space. Also no air conditioning. There was a small fan which was great but the room was still very hot.

Near to citycentre, convenient parking. Ok breakfast. Clean. German tv only. Light in bedroom did not work. Easy self service check in and out.

Pillows too soft, light in top of wardrobe did not work

Friendly staff, cleanliness and good location since it is close to the city center and central train station

The heating didn’t work; The mattress was uncomfortable; The breakfast had poor quality; The elevator was out of service for the last few days of the stay, so had to carry heavy suitcase through stairs and several floors.

You can check in anytime and can call the customer service to ask for help. Very honest. I paid twice and they sent my money back in just two days. The location is good. Near Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof.

Nice

Location is near center, rooms are clean and confortable, the room at the winter have good temperature. Autocheck in is very easy and atractive.

At the Autocheckin software there is not Kosovo listed as country, I suggest the hotel staff to add Kosovo as country at their list too.

For this price and type of room I was expecting much more. Will not stay there second time.

The location close to train station. Breakfast was fine (coffee from mug, boiled eggs, bread, milk etc)

-The ensuite bathroom was a joke: shower and washing basin behind the curtain (which is fine), but the toilet was accessible only from the corridor of the hotel; it was not locked in any way, only marked: exclusively for use by guests of room 25. All guests who came for breakfast (being on the other side of the corridor) would use it. -There was a musty smell in the room, had to sleep with window open despite noise from street and low temperature -It was generally clean, but I found hair in bed -I have asked for invoice and gave necessary data while booking, but it was ignored. Had to ask again while checking out; the service seemed like they prepare the invoice for the first time (they even said they just came to Germany)

Ok for one or two nights

It was close to downtown,a shopping mall like 5 minutes walk away,China garden also like a few minutes walking way so location was good

Bed was really uncomfortable,really loud at night but room was so warm need to keep the window open,payd 157€ for one night I think its to pricey,room and shower are really small....

Probably the worse hotel i ever stayed.

Nothing.

Absolutely horrible. Aged rooms full of dirty and smelly carpet everywhere. I nearly didnt fit in the bed. Shower is small. No air-conditioning. Not to mention that staff entered my room several times unannounced from 8am. I feel ripped off after paying 155 euros for 1 night.

the location

The impersonal reception by a machine at the front door is awful. There was no hospitality, even the breakfast was self service. The hotel is just a cash earning machine to the owners.

Great location close to train station and a great beer garden!

The breakfast was great and location excellent, as we needed to be close to the train station the next day.

It was very hot in the room and very noisy (with the window open) as we were on a large main road. It was a little impersonal not having a reception area to welcome you and give you your key.
