About this cottage rental
This charming cottage with whimsical decor has beautiful lake and mountain views. Lake Wentworth is a quiet 3000 acre lake known for its crystal clear water, sandy bottom and great fishing. The location is private, yet you are only three miles from Wolfeboro, 'The Oldest Summer Resort in America,' and Lake Winnipesaukee. Decorated with antiques and 'shabby chic' style furniture, it was featured in Yankee Magazine's May 2006 magazine. There is a newly renovated kitchen, sun room dining area, and beamed cathedral ceiling and fireplace in the upstairs living room. A large deck with 2 seating areas is close to the water's edge, as well as a new vaulted ceiling screened porch that connects with the master bedroom and kitchen. The new first floor has amazing lake views from every space, all at the edge of the water! A second family room with fireplace, game room, laundry room and two new baths provide lots of space to hang out separately or together! A private dock and swimming raft are steps from the house. The house has four private bedrooms and sleeps 8. In the fall, enjoy the lakefront patio with portable fire pit table, or the two indoor fireplaces. This is not your typical rental- it is perfect for a single family or several couples. PLEASE message me before renting- I will not accept any rental requests made directly on line without communicating with potential renters.

Perfect Vacation
What a wonderful week. The house and location couldn’t have been more perfect. We had enough space to spread out (4 adult children visited for part of week) and then come together for dinner. Lots to do in the area - Sabet’s “book” is full of fabulous recommendations! And the view!!! Beautiful. We were so comfortable - all creature comforts taken care of - including welcome treats! Thanks, Sabet, for sharing your home with us!

It really is the perfect lake retreat!
Lovely home on quiet Wentworth Lake! The master bedroom with private bath opens out onto the screened-in porch, the perfect place to relax. You can bask in the sun on the deck just off the kitchen, living room and second bedroom, which has a full bath off of it. The lower level offers two more bedrooms opening out to the lake, with a family room and two full baths. Plenty of space for eight adults. There is a little protected area from where you enter the lake. Relax on a float or take the kayaks for a ride. My family has vacationed in Wolfeboro since the early 60's. My four siblings and adult nephew and niece all agreed it is the best house we have ever stayed in. Sabet is wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Amazing, just book it!
This home is magical, no joke. From the moment we arrived it did NOT feel like a rental, it felt like a warm ,cozy, beautiful, love and light filled home. We have rented countless homes and never had an owner as thoughtful and welcoming as Sabet. It is obvious that she not only cares and loves this home, but she genuinely wants to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Every details is thought of to ensure a wonderful stay. The decor in the home is functional, stylish and comfortable. Everything looked very Pottery Barn mixed with custom cottage chic, vintage touches. The Lake is serene, the fall colors were breathtaking and the home is so wonderful we were happy to spend most of our time there. We kayaked, sat by the fire pit, made delish meals, antiqued and relaxed. Each room in the home has character and plenty of space. The downstairs is a walk out with plenty of light, a large TV, wood burning fireplace and comfy furnishings. Its clear all the previous renters have given the home the respect and care it deserves because everything was in great condition. The downtown is close and offers several dining options and cute shops. This felt less like a rental and more like a "home swap". I am a tough crowd and I HIGHLY recommend this place. Would give it six stars if I could! Thank you Sabet for the lovely stay as well as all your thoughtfulness that made it so welcoming.

The pictures do not lie!
Wonderful home with plenty of space! Lots of room to spread out and still a cozy warm feeling. Modern kitchen fully equipped, cable TV for the kids along with Wifi meant the adults could enjoy the rocking chairs on the deck with a wonderful sunset & bottle of wine! We cannot wait to go back....thank you Sabet!

The Property was amazing.
To say that this home is charming would be an understatement. From the minute we pulled into the driveway, we were thrilled with the house, the view, and especially the Treats that Sabet left for us. Knowing that the weekend was birthday gift for my husband, she included Birthday hats, plates, napkins and candles. Also, a bottle of our favorite wine and a packed full /Farm bought Apple Pie. The kitchen was wonderful to work in. Having a complete view of the lake from all windows was just perfect. Lake Wentworth is a gem- close to Winnipesaukee, but without crowds. The home is right in Wolfeboro, so it took us only mins. to get in to the center. If you know Wolfeboro you know how special that is. Sabet left us lists of favorite restaurants, and shared little hints about the house to help us navigate. Each room was great- Family room was roomy enough for all 7 of us to gather. But, there were rooms downstairs to find some time for quiet to read or work, or catch the Pat's game on a rainy day. Beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. I just can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We had two children with us. One is 4 and one is 2, we did move a few items that looked tempting, but the house was very cozy, warm and inviting for each one of us. None of us wanted to leave- that says it all. We cooked in most nights, but did grab lunch at Nolan's Brick Oven Bistro with the kids, and it was just delicious. The Sandwiches were made with Homemade bread and rolls. The waitresses could not have been more friendly. Low key, and fun lunch. We will remember our Columbus day weekend 2016 for a very long time with fond memories.

Wonderful home on lake Wentworth in Wolfeboro!
Sabet, the owner of this home, is a wonderful hostess! She left us a perfect arrival basket with ingredients to make a late dinner after a long day of travel, as well as a delicious blueberry pie in the freezer from a local baker. The home is charmingly decorated, clean, well-appointed, and sits on a stunning lake with beautiful fall foliage! We happened to hit some cold weather, but Sabet had left us firewood to huddle around the lovely fireplace and stay warm in the evening.
Our son who is at Brewster Academy was able to spend a couple of days in a real home vs a hotel, which was a great way to enjoy being together! We explored the area, hiked, saw the beautiful fall colors, and even made some home-cooked meals and cookies!
We hope to return on another visit! What a great place to spend time in the lake region!

BEST VACATION PROPERTY IN NH
We have rented a vacation home on or near the water for 10+ years, and this is the best, cleanest and prettiest home we have ever rented. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained. All access to the water is SAFE - from brand new, very sturdy stone steps to a small, sandy beach to the wooden stairs leading to the sturdy dock. The house is insect-free (which is RARE, given the proximity to the water). All linens, furniture covers and other soft furnishings are new and/or in impeccable condition. Sabet has an eye for decorating and making the home completely comfortable.
We were fortunate to meet Sabet when we arrived and were greeted with farm fresh eggs, a homemade pie made by a local baker, wine and other goodies. I felt like we were staying at a friend's home.
We loved staying there and hope to return soon! It is truly amazing, and as beautiful as the pictures on this website are, they do not do the home justice!!

A very special place
I don't know how to describe this special place other than perfection. It is so light and bright and homey, we immediately felt as if we belonged there. It is beautifully decorated and everywhere you look you see something thoughtfully chosen and placed. We were greeted with fresh flowers in several places as well as a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and a loaf of wonderful blueberry bread. The cottage is equipped with everything you need - linens, towels and even some pantry items. The views from the screened in porch, the deck and the windows from all rooms lakeside are gorgeous; sunsets breath-taking. Lazy afternoons spent reading on the daybed on the porch after a good swim, glass of wine nearby or a board game on the well worn picnic table after paddling around the lake in the kayak made for a great vacation. The owner is a wonderful lady and was very attentive from afar - there was only one thing that required attention while we were there and it was attended to immediately. We also enjoyed the short drive into town for breakfast at the Downtown Grille.

New Hampshire Lake Region Early Fall
Three couples from Alabama spent the week in a lovely, warm cottage on Lake Wentworth. Sabet, the owner, provided not only the use of her lakeside home for the week but also had local cheese and wine on the table for our culinary enjoyment. A book of information on local dining and senic excursions was also provided by Sabet and guided us through the week as we enjoyed local dining in Wolfeboro and excursions around the White Mountain area.
The cottage exceeded our expectations and the lake views, especially at sunset ,spectacular . We would highly recommend a stay at "The Three Sisters Camp" (the cottage name) if you are looking for relaxation, quiet solitude, and wonderful views of the lake region.

Our best vacation rental, EVER!
My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful, lovely week at 3 Sisters with our twenty something kids and their significant others. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, and the most relaxing spot I have ever enjoyed. We kayaked, floated, sipped wine on the dock, ate way too much, and all promised each other that we would make this an annual family ritual. Sabet has thought of everything!

Our first (NEW) family vavation
The description of the property was great, the house was above our expectations and the property was beautifully maintained with wonderful flowers. Inside interior was tastefully decorated with a victorian outlook (Wonderful atmosphere), The wonderful gifts that were left by the owner were greatly appreciated [toys for the kids, smores, and wine], weather was great, we enjoyed the kayaks that were available for our use, fishing, sunbathing on the dock and sitting on the porch reading or watching the sunset at night was very quite and enjoyable. My family is looking forward to another vacation in the near future, thank you for allowing us to vacation at your wonderful home away from home, it was a complete pleasure arranging this vacation trip with someone that takes so much pride in their own vacation home.

As beautiful as it looks!!
We were looking for a "house on the lake" to spend some time with friends that was not only comfortable and clean but spacious... we got all of this and more!
It is not hard to understand why Yankee magazine featured an article on this beautiful home with all the personal touches...From watching the sun sparkle on the lake in the morning when waking up from our bedroom, sitting on the wonderful back deck in the comfortable rockers, to laying in the sun on the dock were just some of our favorite things. This home exceeded our expectations for sure!!

A wonderful week on Lake Wentworth
We arrived on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to see the sun streaming through the windows into a bright, charming cottage that was even better than the pictures. We spent the next seven days looking onto Lake Wentworth, watching the loons, kayaking, and cycling into town. At night, we'd turn down the lights and sit in front of a roaring fire to keep out the chill in the September air, occasionally walking out onto the deck to see the thousands of stars. In short, we loved it.
I wouldn't change a thing, and we hope to return one day.

Met all our expectations!
What a great spot! Our family of four has been renting lake houses for the past few years and checking out different lakes in different states. This house and location was by far our favorite! It met all our expectations....charming and beautiful location for Mom, relaxing pace for Dad and close to the water and a great swim dock for the boys!! The house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation....from kitchen necessities to kayaks and life jackets. We were also impressed with how kind the owner, Sabet, was to us! We arrived to fresh cut flower arrangements throughout the house, a homeade pound cake, cookies from a local bake shop and farm fresh eggs! WOW....what a welcoming! We would certainly rent this home again!

Perfect Lakefront Vacation Home
This was our first visit to this lake. The home was gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped for our visit. The mountain views and sunsets were magnificent and the location on the lake provided for all types of activities. Our vacation included shopping, dining and exploring in the quaint New England town of Wolfeboro. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating to all our needs making our visit very pleasant.
We would recommend this vacation home for all looking for fun, sightseeing and relaxation.

Excellent Cottage - Don't Miss Staying Here
My husband and I had a wonderful exchange at this adorable cottage on Lake Wentworth this past Memorial Day weekend. It is decorated so "chic" that I could just envision Sabet going from one place to another, picking up each item with a smile on her face. The deck is awesome with an incredible view. We also thoroughly enjoyed kayaking, thanks to the cottage having those on hand. Sabet
also had great resources of things to do, places to go. We enjoyed touring the Castle in the Clouds, which then led to horsebackriding onsite of this monument. All in all "awesome" and we'd go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful vacation spot
We know we can just as easily "sign the guest book", and politely return to our homes and routines...but that does not seem quite appropriate, and we don't think the signing of the guest book will convey the true joy and appreciation that we have experienced this week staying in your "warm and welcoming lake haven".
It is now apparent what you diligently wanted us to "see" when we visited the cottage last Fall when we met you here. With music playing, the fire going, and the cozy colorful surroundings...it was and is just wonderfully peaceful and the "ideal" of what a lake front cottage should be.
We sense the pride and love that you have obviously given to this cottage, and the attention to details create another pleasing discovery each time we see another painting/book/ or coordinated pillow we may not have seen the day before.
When we came in late Saturday night tired from traveling all day....what a welcoming sight to have the lights on...the tasty chocolates and wine left on the table next to the guest book, the pancake mix and maple syrup, the brand new sponges and dishtowels in the kitchen, and the loofah and wonderful clean linens....Priceless when showing up in a "rental"...and totally appreciated. It made us all feel special and appreciated. The call the next day as well as your taking care of the cold water pressure concern helped make the whole week comfortable.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Best family vacation ever!
We cannot say enough positive things about Three Sisters Camp. My husband and I stayed there for a week at the end of August with our 15 month old daughter and my mother. From the second we walked in we knew it was the perfect place for our summer vacation. The home is beautifully decorated - shabby chic at its best. The weather was perfect - cool in the mornings and the evenings, hot and sunny - perfect for swimming off the dock or playing with our daughter on the small beach - in the afternoons. We ate every meal at the house on the deck looking out at the lake and enjoyed visiting Wolfeboro for the quaint farmer's market, a delicious dinner out, and some shopping and touring. This was our first trip to New Hampshire and after visiting, we can't stop talking about when we can go back to stay at Three Sisters Camp again.

Loved our time at the lake!
My family and I spent the first week of September in this adorable house, RIGHT on Lake Wentworth! Our group included: my husband, our almost 1 year old daughter, my mother, her good friend, my brother and his girlfriend and we all fit very comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other or in each other’s way.
We loved being right on the lake, and made good use of the kayaks, the rocking chairs on the deck, the hammock, and the Adirondack chairs on the dock. My husband put his (fishing) boat in the lake for a few days, but due to high winds we decided to take it out of the water about halfway through our stay. We fished off the boat and my husband fished off the dock and everybody caught at least 1 fish! The lake is amazingly clear!
The natural light in the house and the views of the lake from inside and out are wonderful! We were welcomed to the house with vases of fresh flowers in many of the rooms - a lovely touch! We made good use of the restaurant selections left by the owner as well as the many attraction guides and info on what to do and where to go. The house is nicely secluded and incredibly relaxing, but a short drive to town for shopping, dinner and ice cream! This house is well loved and we felt more like guests then renters, I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing family vacation!

A slice of heaven
It rained 5 out of the 7 days we were on vacation. That said, we loved our stay on Lake Wentworth. When you enter this home, there are many large windows with amazing views of the lake. The owner left us local fresh farm produce and beautiful flowers from her garden. The lake was very quiet and we felt like we had it all to ourselves.
We caught 2 beautiful sunsets on our nice weather days and the loons would sing us to sleep at night. It was calming, relaxing and peaceful.
My children loved jumping off the dock as well as swimming and kayaking on the lake. Since the lake was quiet of boaters, it allowed us to feel comfortable with our son paddling out to the middle of the lake in a kayak. The water was also a lovely temperature. With the rainy days, the fireplace in the soaring ceiling family room kept us toasty warm. We enjoyed making s'mores in the fireplace, completing the many jigsaw puzzles in the house and playing games. The town is quaint & close enough to run in for lunch/dinner and groceries. Most of the time, we just did not want to leave the serenity of the home.
We would highly recommend this home which is decorated beautifully. It is a wonderful place to come with family or friends. We look forward to returning again.
