The living area provides access to a south-facing terrace. Additionally, the apartment features a double bedroom with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and an attached bath/bidet/WC, with access to the terrace. There are two more rooms, each equipped with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The large kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it leads to a loggia. Another bath/bidet/WC is also included. It's important to note that the apartment does not have a heating option.
