Superb

Location and balcony were excellent.

No one was on-site to meet me despite my having contacted the property with my arrival time. Had to pay international phone charges to call them, and then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in.

The quaint town was peaceful and enjoyable, making it a relaxing stay.

The apartment we got was well laid out, clean, tastefully decorated, and very pleasant. Though a small space, everything was placed so well, it was very comfortable.

The walls are quite thin so sounds outside and people walking in the stair wells were loud. needed to turn on white noise to not have sleep disturbed.

Had a great couple days here the location is perfect!

You can’t beat the location and convenience of this place! Easy check in/check out and very comfortable rooms.

Water/beverages upon arrival would be nice. No door on the shower is weird, water goes absolutely everywhere in the bathroom

Superb

Location is great, next to the beach and promenade area with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There is private parking available for the guests. Staff was nice as well.

property is in perfect location with a sea view. Bed is comfortable. it was small kitchen area with a fringe and coffee. Guy at reception was super nice and friendly. I could come earlier then the check in time as I arrived early in the morning. Heating works perfectly in the room.

Very nice and clean room with a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Great location right in the Perea promenade with lots of restaurants and bars, and it has also private parking. Easy check-in and check-out.

The room is clean, neat, functional and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. From the balcony there is an incredible view of the entire Gulf of Thessaloniki. The long promenade is full of taverns. Around there are also small shops, pastry shops, bakeries, pharmacies, gas station. Plateia Rooms has its own parking lot on the adjacent street, which was important for us when choosing this property. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. The staff is extremely responsive and kind. Perea is a very charming coastal village that we would happily visit again - not only for its location on the bay, but also for the convenience and hospitality of Plateia Rooms.

Amazing view, comfortable and affordable

The place was extremely close to the beach and offered an amazing view from its balcony, including memorable sunsets. So it was very convenient to stay there. The staff was nice, very responsive and accommodating. The place had an AC (which we could also set up for heating, as in October was already chilly during the nights), hair dryer, stove, fridge, cutlery, plates. They offered bread, gem, tea and coffee and this was enough for us to have instead of the standard breakfast (which wasn't included). There were a lot of restaurants nearby with affordable prices and decent food. The closest supermarket was 3 minutes away. The place was very safe, access by code only.

We were there outside busy season and there weren't many people around, but with more people it may become a little noisy, as the square in front of the balcony was a place were children could drive small cars and we could hear them very often in the afternoon.

This was our last stop for 3 days before travelling home, drive to the airport only 15 mins

Absolutely spotless, location great and off street parking available.

No lift (we were on the second floor lots of bags) though if you’re travelling light it wouldn’t be a problem.

Disappointing except the location

Really near the beach, Warm colors used in our room, the building renovated and with polite and nice assessories, clean, wide balcony, coffee, tea, jam, small fridge, wifi, shower in the front of the building to wash our legs from sand

the receptionist was very incompetent and irresponsible, came late despite we gave her information upon our arrival, gave wrong information about street parking (they wanted to tow our car away), they changed the lock during the day and didn't let us know very badly designed bathroom with toilet (everything was wet despite the curtain, if there was at least a squeegee for the floor, it would have been better), green light always on at night, flashing fire alarm, curtains not enough for the darkness in the room, creaky bed

Absolutely everything - the room looks like brand new, very modern, very clean and you have all the facilities you need. The view is ASTONISHING. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again next year.
