Großes Zimmer und Bad. Wirklich ansprechender Frühstücksbereich und eine gute Auswahl vorhanden! Personal sehr freundlich. Lage super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe! Wir würden wieder hier übernachten wenn wir in der Gegend wären.

Rude guests. Needs bigger pool & a hot tub! They charged us $2.00 but our reservations were paid for in advance!!!!

Great location for my needs and great options for food.

I had an excellent stay. My stay was 7 days , my comment was that the rooms needed to be vacuumed more often or at least once a month. Dust buildup was also visible.

Service was basic. Breakfast staff was great especially the young man with glasses.

We booked a room for 6. which included 2 beds and a sofa bed. The person sleeping on the sofa bed arrived on our 2nd night stay. Sofa bed was broken once opened so he couldn't sleep on it. We reported it to front desk on sun. Was told no one available to fix it as it's a weekend. We asked for credit. Was told they would work on it. On Monday morning when we asked for follow up. Was told manager was not in. We did not call the hotel as we left Orlando and still on vacation until today. Would like a credit for not being able to use the sofa bed.

Location and convenience. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Walking distance to restaurants.

The staff was very nice and it seemed very clean when we first arrived. Breakfast was good and very stocked.

I took a shower around 9 pm and had hot water and my husband took one at 9:30 pm and there was no hot water. In the morning I watched a cockroach come up from the shower drain. I killed it and let it on the washcloth for them to see. I mentioned that to my husband and he said he saw two last night by the toilet. Good thing I didn’t see them last night or I would have left. Absolutely unacceptable.

A/C sounded like a freight train, shower head sprayed water everywhere, took about 15 for water to get somewhat warm. Room smelled humid.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, who gave us a packed breakfast since our flight was so early.

Extra time to help me to charge my electric card . The service was excellent. Bed super comfortable
