Recepção horrível - quarto sujo

Café da manhã e custo-benefício.

Atendimento da recepção é péssimo, faltou prestatividade e educação. Não tratam bem o cliente. A hidro estava muito suja, com bolor/ lodo nas peças de saída d'água, perigosa para entrar, não tem degrau para subir e descer. Sujeira embaixo das camas e cortinas.

Motel, no recomendado para familias

Es barato! Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que se podía alquilar por horas aunque nosotros no pudimos modificar la reserva. El predio está cerrado al exterior, solo puedes entrar con auto ellos abriendo el porton de autos lo cual dentro de todo, es seguro. Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables!

Reservamos con prisa y no reparamos que cuando dice Motel, es un motel con M como en las peliculas... espejo en el techo, imágenes seductoras... el problema es que ibamos con nuestros hijos de 6 y 2 años y no nos pareció un entorno ni un ambiente adecuado para ellos y por eso queríamos dejar registrado el comentario. El motel está en medio de la nada! (lo único que tienes cerca es una gasolinera y un burger king), al lado de la autopista. La habitación tiene una especia de ventanita que se puede abrir desde afuera para pasar cosas/comida que nos dio mucha sensación de inseguridad ya que tenía espacio para entrar una persona perfectamente. En fin, no era lo que esperábamos. No nos llegaba wifi a la habitación.

As others say: you get what you pay for. It is motel or hour-hotel. Gated property. You have to talk to the "receptionist" every time you want to get in or out. Every room has a an own entrance and covered parking space. It is close to GRU airport. One night for 2 people for 72 BRL in private room with private bathroom, wifi and breakfast? I wish there will be more places like that. Decent service. It was clean, towels were provided. AC and TV worked. Very much suitable if you got flight canceled or for late arrival and morning fligts from GRU. Burger King and petrol station next door if you need it.

Nobody speaks English. You will need a translator and some confirmation from booking in Portugese. Pillows were bit hard and covered by some plastic inside. Little bit difficult to figure out when and where the breakfast will be served. But managable with a translator. Noise from the traffic around.

Close to airport, uber from airport was 32 BRL and back to airport 25 BRL. 24 hour reception so you can check in anytime. Exactly what we needed for our flight layover.

Avoid this hotel

We needed a place to rest near to the international airport. This was one of the closest properties.

This was basically set up as a sex hotel. It was very noisy at all hours we were there (afternoon til evening), with loud porn, screaming and people coming and going every hour. It was a closed facility, maybe because of crime in the area, but it was extremely creepy. Spend an extra $10 to get a better hotel!!

The breakfast is excellent. The location is great, very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly. Specially Eva, Aniki and Maria. The best shower ever! Nice preasure for massaging, really hot water. I just love it. One thing, it is a motel for people that need a place to have sex. If that is not a problem with, I'd highly recomend the place
