Habitación pequeña con buena conexión con metro línea 1.

Buena conexión con metro. La habitación estaba limpia y la atención del gerente muy buena. Te puedes salvar sí necesitas sólo dormir una noche a precio bajo.

Lavabo muy pequeño. Había detalles como té, café, mermeladas, galletitas pero no había cucharillas por ejemplo para meclar el café con azúcar

Lugar céntrico y barato, para viajeros que no hacen caso a la limpieza/comodidad

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y Micheal, la persona con la cual siempre hubo intercambio de mensajes WhatsApp, fue muy amable, solucionando rápidamente la incidencia.

Excelente ubicación

La ubicación es excelente. Michael fue muy atento mandando todas las indicaciones de cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto y servicios. Sistema de auto check-in sencillo y práctico.

El baño es realmente pequeño, deberían poner las medidas y explicarlo un poco más, ya que personas con poca movilidad no podrían utilizarlo. Bastante incómodo

Barrio cerca del centro pero con aspectos negativos

El precio atractivo y tan cerca del centro. Pero al final, mejor pagar un poco más y tener más comodidad , limpieza…

El barrio muy sucio. A las 1.am llegue y menos más que funcionaron las instrucciones para entrar en el edificio. Si me quedo fuera, da miedo. Una vez ya te ubicas se lleva mejor. Son pisos y vive mucha gente por lo que hay muchos ruidos , también en la noche , que son inquietantes. Limpieza en edificio falla y en la habitación y sobretodo en el baño, fallo por completo. Las paredes con manchas y el baño no hay foto porque es 1m2 . La ducha es de admirar con moho e incluso algún agujero en la pared. Las paredes de la habitación también tenían manchas. El edificio en si poco cuidado, con ascensor que no funciona y hay que subir a un piso 3 ! Allí falta también el pasamos de la escalera por lo que hay que ir con cuidado. En la calle hay cajas para gatos que duermen durante la noche. Un poco tétrico todo y sobretodo por la noche. Es verdad que el precio es muy económico pero no se pueden entregar habitaciones de estas maneras. Es muy tercer mundista.

Opção econômica em Atenas. Recomendo!

No geral, a avaliação foi positiva. O prédio é tranquilo, a localização é boa (curta caminhada de Monastiraki e da Omonia Square). A cama era confortável com cobertores e travesseiros suficientes. Não vi problemas em relação a limpeza como em outros comentários.

Único problema, realmente, é o banheiro que é muito pequeno. Tenho 1,85m e precisei fazer malabarismos para usá-lo.

Non mi aspettavo una sistemazione di lusso ma l’igiene si, altrimenti è’ come dormire tra la spazzatura per la strada.

La prima notte del mio soggiorno sono stato svegliato da pizzichi di cimici da letto che hanno gradito molto il mio sangue e che ho visto camminavano sul letto e sul cuscino dove stavo dormendo ... Cosi’ all’una di notte, svegliTo di soprassalto ho dovuto prima ispezionare tuttti i miei abiti per assicurare che non si fossero infilate delle altre cimici all’interno della valigia, poi contattare telefonicamente il proprietario per comunicare quanto accaduto, e che sarei andato via immediatamente dallo studio. Purtroppo all’una e mezza di notte non è’ stato il massimo dover vagare per trovare altra struttura ad un prezzo ragionevole e perdere completamente il sonno. Al mattino dovevo lavorare e tutto questo disagio mi ha rovinato anche l’intera giornata successiva oltre che tutta la notte. Il proprietario si è’ limitato soltanto a rimborsarmi quanto avevo pagato per il soggiorno che non ho fruito per i motivi sopra esposti.

Metró közeli tiszta szállás

Metró közeli szállás. Könnyen megtalálható és könnyen be lehet jutni a számkódos épületbe. A szoba szintén számkódos. Mi a hatodik emeleten voltunk. Nekünk csendes volt. A szomszédaink is csendben voltak. Volt pici konyha. Kenyérpirító, teafőző, vízmelegítő rendelkezésre állt. A fürdőszoba nagyon, nagyon, nagyon pici. Tudtuk hova megyünk, számítottunk rá. A célnak megfelelő. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt.

Fürdőszobában nem lehet úgy fürdeni, hogy ne álljon a víz. Nem volt szekrény, asztal, székek.

Tiszta szállás, jó helyen.

Tiszta szállás. A metró közel volt. Könnyen megtaláltuk. A tulajdonos gyorsan válaszolt minden kérdésünkre. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Köszönjük szépen!

A fürdőszoba kicsi volt, de lehetett fürdeni. A célnak megfelelt.

Centrico y economico

El barrio es destartalado y parece que te van a robar, sobre todo de noche pero no es así. Atenas es oscura en general. La habitación es muy tranquila. Está aceptablemente limpia. La situación es muy buena, se llega al centro en 10 minutos andando. Al metro también. Tiene nevera, tostadora, cafetera y secador de pelo.

El baño es muy muy pequeño y se sale el agua de la ducha por todo el suelo, aunque seca mas o menos rápido y para mi no fue un gran problema. Si eres muy tiquismiquis no vayas. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Si te da un poco igual el alojamiento y quieres pagar poco es ideal.

A parte gli inconvenienti con il bagno, considerato il prezzo e la posizione, tornerei sicuramente

Il posto non è un hotel a 4 stelle, ma già lo sapevo; il prezzo e la posizione fanno veramente la differenza. Lenzuoli ed asciugamani pulitissimi.

Purtroppo il bagno è veramente piccolo e non finestrato, e purtroppo di notte bisogna lasciare la porta chiusa perché gli scarichi emanano un odore sgradevole

Wszystko ok. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. Cena bardzo korzystna!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko głównych atrakcji w Atenach. Czysto w pokoju. Podróżując niebieską linią metra z lotniska najlepiej wysiąść na dworcu Monastiraki i stąd udać się do pokoju. Nie polecam dzielnicy Omonia:(

Bardzo malutka łazienka, ale rezerwując miałam tego świadomość więc nic mnie nie zaskoczyło:)

The bath is very bad

It was clean. Beds are ok. There is a kitchen.

The bathroom was really small and not good for taking showers. The bath was terrible. Instructions was not adequate to find the entrance. It was very dark and I felt unsecure during the night.

ικανοποιητικο για εμενα, οχι για να παω με οικογενεια.

τοποθεσια ικανοποιητικη, εως την δυση του ηλιου. μετα επισφαλης. πλησιον σταση αστικου, 10΄σταση μετρο. στα 15' Μοναστηρακι, Θησειο .

πολυ σοβαρο προβλημα με το σιφονι στο πατωμα του μπανιου, προφανως δεν κραταει νερο και μυριζει φρικτα..λυνεται σχετικα με μια βρεγμενη πετσετα ωστε να συγκρατει την μυρωδια. Απολυτη απουσια κρεμαστρας, καρεκλας, τραπεζιου. Προτιμησα δικο μου σεντονι και πετσετα μιας και ειδα λεκεδες στα παρεχομενα απ το καταλυμα. Η υγρασια στο ταβανι του μπανιου δειχνει σοβαρη.

Good value for money and good location. Try the local food!

It was great value for money considering the facilities it came with and nice and close the main attractions. There were also lots of cheap food options close by that we highly recommend trying! Vips Desi Fast Food and Pak Tikka Grill House were the cheapest and best meals we had.

Sadly we found what we think is a bed bug on our last night stay. The shower was a little bit too cramped but otherwise the other facilities were good.

The position is very good.

The toilet of the room 31 was disgusting and like 1x1metres. It was impossible to take a shower in a easy way. The toilet flush didn't work well at all.

mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, no cooker, no toilet lid, no table and chair, few towel hangers, the block is located on the edge of the drug addicts and homeless district

Really nice, would book again. Very good place to stay for the price !

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants! The room was really cozy and perfect for a short stay. The AC was useful during those hot summer days.

We had a few hours in Athens and chose this apartment due to its excellent location and affordable price. Although the room was small, it was clean and had everything we needed for our one-day stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable accommodations in the center of Athens.

Unqualified and deceptive! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Some attractions were close to the accommodation.

The host contacted me by email a few days before the trip. Did you ask when I will arrive? Since I had to travel a long distance by car, I couldn't say that. I replied that I would call from 100 km from Athens. I did that too. Then he taught me that it doesn't work that way. In the next email he sent, he gave the possibility to enter the accommodation. The accommodation is a disaster! The uploaded images are misleading. Bathroom stinks, no curtains and no ventilation. Kitchen incomplete.

Walk distance to the most of all popular sites in the city

It was really clean. Location is good. It's near to city center and to a very popular neighborhoud. The street is not the most pleasant one, but it was more or les ok.

It smelt mouldy. That was the biggest problem. Also barthroom is too small.

Disappointed in accommodation as it wasn’t like advertising.

Mould, no jug or toaster. Shower size and hole in floor near toilet had paper in it and more mould. bathroom and room smelly. Email re “how to find property” came through too late. Only one dirty sponge and no tea towel so we only rinsed glasses.
