Als Geschäftsreise vollkommen ausreichend. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat mir jegliche Hilfe (wurde aber nicht benö

Lage von Apartment war top. Zu Fuß in 18minuten am Champs Élysée, sonst in 60 Sekunden am nächsten größerem Bahnhof. Kleine Cafés um das typische französische Frühstück genießen zu können innerhalb weniger Sekunden zu erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt, welcher bis 22Uhr geöffnet hat, ist direkt um die Ecke. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof hat man absolut gar nicht mitbekommen. Hatte die Unterkunft in der 6. Etage. Zugang war, dank der sehr ausführlichen Informationen vom Gastgeber, sehr einfach,. Es war alles nötige vorhanden (Wasserkocher, Kapselmaschine, Wascmaschine, Trockner…)

Das Apartment wirkte kleiner als die angegebenen Quadratmeter. Es wirkte durch die mittlerweile etwas runtergekommene Farbe nicht so sauber, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt.

kötü-berbat bir çekyat ve 9 koca gün

fotoğraflarınını gördüğüm ve bayıldığım yetle kaldığım yer arasında bir hayli fark vardı. 4 kişi olarak başından belirttiğim halde çok kötü, üzerinde yatılamayacak kadar kötü bir çek yat ve onun dışında oturabilecek hiçbir şey bulunmanası, olanaklarının (internet dışında) 2.sınıf ve hatta hiç olmaması (mikro dalga falan berbattı) 9 günlük tatilimiz için epey bir hayal kırıklığı yaşamamıza neden oldu. 2.yedek temiz çarşafımız dahi yoktu,9 gün boyunca biz istemesek aynı çarşafları kullanmak zorunda kalacaktık,çünkü kurutma makineside yoktu. konumu dışında tesisi hiç ama hiç. beğenmedik. karışık düzende koyulmuş olan fotoğraflar bizim için tuzak gibi oldu. 9 gün 4 kişi o evin içinde epey ama epey zorlandık

fotoğraflarla konaklanan yerin birbiriyle alakası yok. opsiyonel olarak seçenekler misafirlere sunulmalı.burda tüm odaların fotoğrafları karışık şekilde konulmuş. ama oda bambaşka ve siz bir beklenti içinde gidiyorsunuz karşısınızda bulduğunuz şeyim fotoğraflarla alakası yok

Muy buena.

La ubicacion

Lastima hubo un inconveniente con el ascensor. Tuvimos que esperar al tecnico al otro dia y teniamos agendado un recorrido que tuvimos que reprogramar. Pero son cosas que pasan, se entiende. Cuando son pocos dias y se ajustan a horarios se complica un poco, por lo demas bien.

Emplacement central mais logement plus exiguë qu’à notre attente

L’emplacement géographique de l’immeuble

Nous pensions lors de notre réservation avoir le même appartement qu’au mois d’août car la photo de la réservation ne correspond pas au logement obtenu. Nous sommes du coup déçu de cette déconvenue Comment être certain que l’appartement réservé est celui que l’on va obtenir au vue sur ke photos ne sont pas contractuelles.

Son emplacement central. Proche gare St Lazare Les échanges téléphoniques avec Alexandra qui a été une interlocutrice parfaite et dévouée depuis notre réservation.

Des petits détails : - manque une lampe de chevet et pas de poire sur la seule présente. - manque 1 ou 2 torchons

Not a lot of time spent in the room, but quiet and the terrace was very nice!

Loved the location and the shower! The terrace was amazing! Area around apartment is clean and easy to access.

The “secure” hallway did not have electrical synced up… and had wires exposed. The hallways to the room smelled like sewage and at the bottom of the stairs there was a pile of trash about 15 bags high that was there from check in to check out during our stay, at the top of the stairs the lift for the room had exposed wires as well… there was mold in the shower and leaking water in the bathroom from a water tank it looked like they brought up to replace while we were checking out. Lots of mini charges you may have to look out for which was annoying when you travel. A small stain on anything will cost you $10+ per item so don’t wash your face……….

Location is very central. Walking distance to the main attractions and to the tune station. The flat is very quiet and very clean. You will find everything you need in the appartement. I definitely recommend this flat. Excellent and very effective correspondence with the host.

Hi have booked this place as a birthday gift for a couple of friends from Ukraine and their kids. Means that I did not stay myself in the apartment so can not comment What I can say however, is that on Booking, the company runing this place says no pre-payment The reality is that as soon as I confirmed the reservation, I have been harassed by mail, sms, and WhatsApp during two days with messages asking me to pay Then they debited my account for the deposit without warning me in advance Same scenario one day before departure : never ending messages asking me hour of departure of my friends Lastly, I had to ask them to reimburse the deposit They do not do it automatically In a nutshell: dreadful experience

too many codes for doors. they don’t open first time. have to try numerous times. apartment is not for 4 people, max 2. very narrow everywhere. very old building with outdated comfort standards. not worth money at all.

Passable

The experience was OK overall. The heating was oddly difficult and responses were somewhat odd at times. I was able to get a hold of the host by calling. Though, I have been charged an extra amount that I am awaiting the return of.

close to most tourist attractions and major train station

had difficulty to find the place, there was no name board to recognize, taxi driver was trying to help finishing the place after circling around the area… ran out of hot water on the first day then we tried to manage somehow, apartment was bit small for family if 4 with baggages etc,

Great location, would stay again.

Location is great - near supermarkets, shopping, St Lazare train station, sightseeing spots, walking distance to Gare du Nord, walking distance to other landmarks like Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower, Lourve, Place de la Concorde, Seine etc. Instructions and communications with host before arriving was good as well, and whilst we were apprehensive about providing so much personal information before arriving, all seems ok to date. We had the deluxe apartment and are a family of 4 with 2 small children - the apartment was a good size for us and had most things a family of 4 would need. The shower was amazing and the apartment was clean.

This is the first accommodation we have ever stayed at where we needed to provide our own toilet paper, and I wish that was made more clear to us before arriving. Luckily there are two supermarkets very close by, but not ideal making the purchase of loo paper the first thing you do once arriving in Paris! We also think the glass coffee table was too large for the apartment, and it wasn't clear how or where the hosts expect you to put the table if you are using the sofa bed (which as a family, it was obvious we would need to be using sofa bed). Finally, I could never unlock the door - it was just too hard for me and my husband had to unlock it every time.

Cramped space, which was expected, but awesome location! Would recommend a 2 person stay

Great location and view from 6th floor balcony. Easy access to train, although we walked a lot. Lots of cafes and shopping close by. Market is just around the corner.

Upon arrival there were only 2 big towels and 1 hand towel in the apartment. No washcloths. Apparently, washcloths are an American thing. After messaging the host, I was informed there should have been a request for additional towels before arrival. Note the reservation was for 3 guest. None the less, we bought loofas and used the washing machine daily for towels.

Great location

The location is amazing. Close to absolutely everything.. metro, train and walk to all major attraction.. fabulous

The space for 4 people is stretching it.. but seems to be standard for Paris at this price range
