Wonderful turn of century property that had terrific updating in kitchen and baths. Also, well appointed with everything one needs.

This is a very spacious beautiful lodge. Two dishwashers, huge refrigerator, two sets of washer and dryer’s. There is tons of parking. We had twelve people stay and we were very pleased with the open space for gatherings. It is about a block from main street shopping and restaurants and another half block to the water. The location is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay and hope stay again next year.

This property was great! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. But the best part was the huge great room. We all spent a lot of time there. Also the town of Grand Lake was a short walk and this property is close to the western entrance to Rocky mountain National Park.

We are a third generation Colorado family and we meet annually to handle family business.
This property worked out perfectly for 9 adults ages 88 to 46.
The Great room was an absolutely a Great Room! Plenty of space for all of us to meet & hang out and not feel confined. So much space we could be together and still get away without leaving the room. The attached kitchen was clean, well stocked and spacious.
We really appreciated that there are 5 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom.
Highly Recommend!

Our 501c3 non profit organization Parker’s Platoon rented this for the Grand Lake Pond Hockey classic where we paired retired pro athletes with wounded Combat Veterans. What an incredible home! Easy access from beautiful downtown Grand Lake. Clean and orderly and everything was as advertised. The hosts communicated with us and we’re friendly and easy to access. The home was perfect! The boys were absolutely blown away by its beauty and open concept. It was so great that we rented it the following week for our NHL alumni weekend … and yes , my hubby is retired 2001 NHL Stanley Cup Champion Scott parker and Grand Lake resident! Thank you for making this such a memorable weekend for our Nation's heroes and warriors.

Plenty of space for a group of 12 adults. All bedrooms have large bathrooms and plenty of space. An easy walk to main street makes this place a prime location. Highly recommend.

Perfect Rustic Get-Away
Property was perfect for our group of 4 couples - each couple had own bedroom and bathroom plus the half bath off the main living area, which was huge! Two blocks from main street so easy access to everything. Would definitely rent this property again!

Family Reunion in Grand Lake
We had a family reunion in Grand Lake and three families with children ages 4 months-7 years ( 6 adults, 7 children) stayed three nights. It was the perfect place to accommodate us all. The great room and open floor plan allowed for perfect space for the adults and kids to all gather together. We also had a wonderful time on the porch as the kids all slept after bedtime. Easy 1.5 block walk to the playground and center of town. The hosts are wonderful, the kitchen is stocked for cooking if desired. Could not recommend this place more highly- Thank you!

Family Reunion Perfection
Eagle Lodge is the perfect place to host a family reunion or large friend gathering! We had 8 adults and 4 kids ages 3-9. The adults were all able to have their own rooms and bathrooms, which is amazing. The great room on the second level was perfect for eating, playing games, and hanging out. The kitchen is well equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, and plenty of room for cooking for 12.
We had an issue with a dishwasher and the property owners too care of it right away and sent someone to fix it.
We brought our own hummingbird feeders and it was so fun to watch them off the deck all day. They are so entertaining and beautiful this time of year and not shy.
The location is perfect to walk into town. There is a great playground there as well for the kids. A truly beautiful location and great place!

Perfect Location for Visiting RMNP
The property was perfect for an extended family vacation. We had 13 in our group and the home was large enough so that we never felt cramped. The main floor has enough open space for everyone to be there cooking, eating, and hanging out. Everything in Grand Lake is within walking distance! I highly recommend staying here.

My whole family came to Colorado on our first ‘family’ vacation and stayed here. It was perfect for us, we loved the wide open floor plan and the nice appliances in the kitchen. The entire cabin was very well equipped from cookware to games and movies for the kids to bedding and towels, we seriously wanted for nothing! We had such an amazing week here, we recommend this cabin to any family wanted to have a great vacation in Grand Lake! It is only a short walk to town and the lake and a short drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park or the Granby Ranch, which is where we went skiiing. Loved it,Brittany L.

Perfect for Larger Groups
This was a last minute trip for us and worked out perfect. We were able to fit 3 different families in this house comfortably, feed them all at the same time with the amazingly large kitchen & dining areas, plus we were able to send the kids to different areas for some peace and quiet. It’s a couple minute walk to downtown and was centrally located between the mountains for hiking/side by siding and the lake for boating.

I have very ambivalent feelings about this property. On the positive side, the location was very close to the entrance of Rocky Mt Nat'l Park and Grand Lake; the large well appointed kitchen and the overall spaciousness of the cabin on the parlor floor are well done. However, the negatives are huge. First, the house is dark and cavernous with little natural light. If you like to look out at dumpsters, this house takes the prize. There are 4 dumpsters right in front of the house (useful perhaps, but an eyesore) which are your most prominent view. Furthermore, the owners are very skimpy with towels -- for a 5 day stay each of us got 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. There were no extra towels in the closets as is the custom in other rental properties we have enjoyed. Also, there were no supplies in the house that make living easy: no soap in the showers, no plastic bags under the sink, no soap for the dishwasher, no laundry soap in the utility room. These small amenities would go a long way to make the guests feel more welcome. .We have always had them in ample supply in other rentals. Furthermore, the fire pit in the back yard is amble but the surrounding mess makes it look more like a dump than an entertainment space.More: the TV is advertised as a Smart TV but 4 adults with advanced degrees and 2 very smart teenagers could not figure out how to get Netflix or Prime.I believe the property is overpriced.

This property and location was AWESOME!!
The house was located in a beautiful town with lots of things to do for all ages.
The house was spacious, clean and easily accommodating for our family of 10.
The owners were very accommodating .
If we decided to go back to Grand Lake, we would NOT HESITATE TO STAY AT EAGLE LODGE AGAIN!

Great location. Would stay again.
The house is a couple of blocks (an easy walk) from town for shopping, eating, and a park for the kids to play. I loved that every room in the house had its own private bathroom. The owner was very responsive to questions/concerns during the stay.

Roomy Lodge in beautiful Grand Lake
We had an amazing stay in this beautiful lodge that slept 14 adults with lots of room. Great large room to hang out and cozy corners for quiet time. The owners were great and easy to reach. We are definitely coming back for the Summer. Thank you Amanda and Andy. Your lodge is beautiful.

The cabin is immaculate!
This cabin is immaculate! I can’t possibly rave enough about our recent stay at the Eagle Lake Cabin. This spacious five bedroom lodge bosts the perfect balance between luxury comfort and rustic mountain getaway.
Just three blocks from downtown Grand Lake, our family was able to enjoy an afternoon boat rental at the marina, dining, shopping, hiking and fly fishing. We had never been to Grand Lake before and really felt at home.
We highly recommend a stay here. We wish we had been able to stay longer as no one was ready to go home.
Thank you Andy and Amanda for creating such a memorable space!
