Great villa in a great location for large families

First of all, great service by the manager Georgia which welcomed us and showed the property. We came as a large group and reserved 2 apartments. The location is great, the apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay, the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet.

Although the rooms are clean there where few spots where a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t hurt

Close to the beach, nice inner yard, comfy beds. Also big balconies (which we did not use due to cold weather), but for ones who are there during nice season, I bet it is a great asset.

Comfy and clean maisonette for family relax. Friendly host.

Friendly host, spacious tidy maisonette, wine, water and fruits on arrival. Good location.

A bit pricey during non-season period, some noise because of construction works around.

Great place to stay in Paphos

Townhouse - three floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms. On the third floor - a terrace. The house has everything you need for living, everything is in very good condition. There is a territory around the house. It's nice to have coffee in the morning and sit outdoors in the evening. You can have a barbecue. The nearest beach is rocky, rocky, 10 minutes walk. To Coral Bay 15-20 minutes by car or bus. The townhouse is located very well, on a quiet street, the noise does not interfere at night. Taverns and restaurants and shops (one open at night) are close by, on the main street 5 minutes walk. Near the large shopping center King's Avenue Mall, there is a supermarket. To the city center and the embankment 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus. Bus stop nearby. The owner Georgia is very pleasant and hospitable. Always helpful with any questions. All in all, this is a great place to stay! Much better than living in a hotel with a lot of people. We liked everything very much! Thank you Georgia for a comfortable stay and a warm welcome!

Excellent Taimoura!

We liked how kind the host was: when we arrived, we were welcomed with a bowl of fruit and snacks, and when we left the owner came to say goodbye to us with sweets for our trip! We also enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the view of the sunset from the very top floor, and how clean it was upon our arrival. The kitchen was comfortable, as well as the dining area. The house has air conditioners in every room, and with the hot weather, it came in handy. Overall, the house had a very good presence about it, and we would definitely recommend booking it!

The location of the house was good for those who enjoy evening walks in the town and watching the sunset right nearby. However, the beaches near the house are still in the process of construction, so we had to drive 20 minutes to a different beach.

Lovely house next to the sea

We really loved the house and Giorgia was a lovely host. The location is good, close to the beach (although it wasn't the best beach), and the house is very comfortable.

The beach wasn't the best, but we had a rental and it was easy to get everywhere.

Georga our hostess was very kind and attractive. We wanted to make a barbecue dinner, but could not find the device. We asked her about it and the a new device was there with accessories until we arrived from the beach. Its like a lovely home.

Miraculous

We came to Cyprus to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. I asked Georgia, our host, to get a bouquet of yellow roses. Beside the roses she waited for us with a bday cake and a bottle of champagne, which made our arrival so special and touching. I can’t be thankful enough, no words to express how I appreciate what Georgia did for us. She’s the best and kindest host ever. The appartment is beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped, has an exeptional location only 2 blocks from the beach, 15 mins from the harbour on foot. We will definitely return.

The house is well equipped and clean. Georgia is an amazing host and made everything so that we feel at home.

The location in Paphos is great (close to the beach, to the promenade and the shopping mall) however very loud music every evenings which was very annoying + construction nearby which was again pretty loud during the day.

Great place to stay at paphos

The location was great, very near to the beach and shopping center, there are also a lot of restaurants nearby offering many variety of dining options. The townhouse is very nice, our offering includes a spacious side yard, and kids love that. You can park the car outside of the yard so it doesn't take up additional space inside the yard. We enjoy alfresco dining in both the yard and the rooftop. The two rooms on level 2 are both quite sizeable and spacious enough for families. The host Georgia is very very nice and kind. She gave us a warm welcome with a great banquet of fruits & wine.

The place is great. The only nitpicking point is there is only one shower room, and you cannot take two showers at the same time.

The best place we could possibly have stayed in Paphos!

Just the loveliest home away from home. Georgia was a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable and had everything we need. Proximity to the beach and all the sights was brilliant.

Excellent space and location, great host

The house is very spacious, in excellent location - just 5 minutes walk to Lighthouse Beach, and 2 minutes walk to the main road where there are a lot of restaurants, mini markets and even a 24/7 bakery. The harbour is around 30 minutes walk, or easily reached by bus. In a distance of 15 minutes walking there's also a mall and a supermarket. The house is cozy, beds are comfortable, there's AC in the living room and in both bedrooms, and the shower is huge. Having a dishwasher and a washing machine was super helpful! The cherry on top is watching the sunset from the rooftop 😍 Our Host Georgia was amazing and always ready to help when needed. Since we arrived around 9pm, she even left us some water, wine and snacks on the day of our arrival, which we really appreciated!

Great place to stay, a lot of space, good location.

The place could have been a bit cleaner, especially the terrace on the top floor. We had to clean it ourselves. Otherwise the house itself was clean. One more thing, the diswasher did not work.

Enjoyed staying here a lot.

Fabulous townhouse with two large terraces (sea/garden view, great for watching the sunset). Two cosy bedrooms, each with a balcony, aircon, blinds/curtains and so on, which is perfect for staying in summer for a family of 4. Well-equipped and convenient kitchen, all the equipment is in order. Enjoyed staying here a lot.

Nice stay after the pandemic restrictions

The house has 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom with shower (the 1st floor) and at the ground floor there are living room + kitchen + 1 toilet (without shower, only sink and WC). There are also 2 furnished terraces in front and behind the house + 1 roof terrace. The house is fully equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows, very good quality of toiletries, clean, spacious, bright. We didn't rent a car, the location is in walking distance to the beach (10 min), to the harbor (30 min), to the old town (30 min), various cafes nearby, many restaurants, supermarket and the Mall in the area. Highly appreciated the early check-in and the daily discount in the owner’s café nearby! Good value for money, we had a relaxing stay in the beginning of June, just after the pandemic restrictions were lifted.

I thought there were 2 bathrooms, but at the ground floor there is 1 toilet without shower/bathtub and upstairs 1 bathroom with shower – for 2 couples it is not comfortable. The beautiful roof terrace could not be used, was not ready for guests - broken umbrella, dirt. There was only a minimal communication with the owner and the housekeeper did not know English (only Greek).

The apartment is very nice and pleasant. At the first floor there is a kitchen with all the equipment and living room with sofa and TV. upstairs there is 2 nice bedrooms with toilets. I really recommend on this apartment and the host.

Lovely stay

Beautiful, new feeling house. Lovely roof terrace. Super comfortable, everything provided. The manager, Fawaz, is really helpful.

Only one small quibble. The A/C units are on timers, and you have to reset them every two hours.
