About this house rental

House features:
- 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. 3 queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds.

- Two bathrooms, one with bath, continuous instant gas hot water

To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee.

We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors.

OPTIONAL LINEN FEES:
- Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay.
- Single bed sheets, 1 pillowcase, one towel and hand towel - $15 per stay.

The house is designed for your privacy and comfort with bedrooms in each corner of the house. Sleep the kids on one side of the house with the parents on the other.

Ideally located in an quiet street. Just a short drive to the main strips of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. 2 minute walk to Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club which has an amazing swimming and surf beach.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Learn to surf just meters from your stay or take the bike path to Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa or Victor Harbor.

Come home to a relaxing barbecue and put your feet up admiring the hills or the beach.

Pets can be negotiated. We are willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours.

Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

Ben, the host, gave very clear instructions for check in, the property has good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, Ben has provided everything we could possibly have needed. Very short stroll to beach and surf club , definitely recommend property and hope to stay again

Our stay in Chiton was fantastic, The layout of the house was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was excellent and the living areas were perfect for our stay. Communication with Ben was easy and really clear. Highly recommend and many thanks for making our stay fantastic.

Perfect weekend with daughter and family. We all enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed. Perfect for 2 couples and families. Even Hugo [dog] enjoyed himself there. Highly recommend this property. Nice quiet setting with the beach a short walk away.

My Husband and I loved how close this place was walking distance to the beach every day and the place has a Mi Box which was good, so we could stream different online shows and services but unfortunately this is the first holiday place we have stayed at that was not clean at all and the only usable as well as clean frying pan available was so very small that cooking took us twice as long, unless you buy take out every night! We stayed 5 nights and there was only one or two tea bags in the pantry plus a lot of expired condiments! Not very welcoming or accommodating at all which was disappointing!

We enjoyed our stay at Hayborough - great layout for a holiday house and nice to be able to take the dogs with us. there was a nice enclosed back yard and plenty of space inside.

We really enjoyed the comfort of this stay. Good facilities, great for families with the two separate bathrooms. Lovely backyard. Definitely recommend.

Great property in brilliant location. Very close to Victor harbour. Lovely coastline walk to Pt Elliot. Very near to Chiton SLSC. Spacious with enclosed yard, ideal for kids/ families.

Great location - short walk to the beach, plus between Port Elliot and Victor, very convenient for both. House itself was perfect for families, the two 'wings' making it easy to separate early risers from night owls. Just be aware that the beach within walking distance is not an ideal swimming beach for young kids. It's more of a surf/body boarding beach with big waves and quite a strong undertow. Our littles were still happy playing on the sand, but something to consider perhaps.

My 2 adult kids (plus my husband later in the week), stayed in this great holiday home for nearly a week and we totally loved it. We all had a queen sized bed each, which were all very comfortable to sleep in. Nice big smart tv with wifi internet. Comfy couches to watch said tv, good size fridge for a family of 4, dishwasher, microwave heaps of cookware, cutlery, dinnerware, glasses, mugs etc. Short distance to the beach at Chiton Rocks. Will definitely book there again, if we need to stay in Victor Harbor again.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house in Victor Harbor is perfect for a large family or group. It is close to the beach, well-connected by car, and always clean. The house has a spacious backyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and free WiFi. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victor Harbor.

Had a lovely break with the kids and grandparents- short walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable- and great layout for kids and adults! Ben -the host, is a great communicator and has done a great job setting up the house with everything you need! And, dog friendly which made it easy and enjoyable! We will be back! :)

The property was very well losted, on arrival we found everything neat and tudt. The house is very spacoous and I love the fact we could have our doggy inside and out! Everytbing we need in the kitchen, bathrooms and beds was there, needed to bring our own linen for beds etc, but thats not a big issue at all. Thanks so much, will definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous family holiday in Hayborough. The layout of the house meant that the children slept at the back of the house and the adults were in close proximity. We loved the black-out curtains in the bedrooms - great for daytime naps, children and adults! Having a bathroom on each side of the house was great and we loved the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in both showers. Best of all, we were so close to the beach (5 minute walk) which everyone loved, especially our dogs. Ben, property owner, was fantastic with communication. Wonderful holiday - we hope to return next year. Highly recommend!

We found this hidden gem when looking for a last-minute place to stay in the area. We were extremely happy with everything: the house was very clean, with lovely comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, kayaks for a paddle on Lake Alexandrina and even bikes for the kids! No question that we will be return customers! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house.

A close walk to the beach and modern, clean accommodation. Undercover outdoor dining table with BBQ was great. An excellent option if you have a pet. We'll definitely book this property again.

Great location. Great property. Everything was there. The only thing was most of the pots and pans etc where Dirty after last renters and in the cupboards (should be checked by cleaners) And pillows where horrible. If we had known we would have brought our own pillows. Other than those things was a great house would rent again!

My friends and I had a great little girls getaway in this lovely house in Hayborough. Its in a quiet area in a good location halfway between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, showers were strong and was dog friendly, which we and our furry friends appreciated! Communication with Ben was excellent, who responded to text messages within minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area, and would be happy to stay there again. Thanks again Ben!
