Enjoy a memorable family vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom single-family home with deck, yard and marsh views, that is actually "walking distance" to Good Harbor Beach.
Comfortably sleeps 8 people, but can easily accommodate up to 10 people with living room pullout. The spacious living room that is open to the dining and kitchen area is furnished with sectional and an entertainment center for your enjoyment. The kitchen with a center island is perfect for dining and entertaining, and is equipped with a stove, microwave and a full refrigerator. Less than 5-minute walk from Good Harbor Beach, with great deck overlooking the marsh.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, and cookware and offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our week at this beach bungalow. The property is just as described. The location is ideal, the backyard is a wonderful respite at night and the outdoor shower was a win after days in the ocean.

Stayed with family. This is so close to the beach and central to so much that this area has to offer!! Near stores and restaurants so food was convenient. The shared space in the house and outside to gather and enjoy our time was perfect. All amenities were as noted and the outside shower with hot water was so convenient and kept everything sand and salt free!!

This was the perfect spot for our Christmas week, particularly for the location near other family (and if in summer, perfect as it is so close to the beach).
The large kitchen and living room in an open floor plan was perfect for a bunch of adults and three small kids to gather.

The house was great for our needs. We had great weather and spent most of our time there out in the yard or at the beach. The property backs up to the marsh and it was fun to watch the bird activity. It is a short walk to the beach which was nice and felt like we were off the busy routes.

Stayed here for a wedding with friends and our dog. Outdoor space and location lovely, inside looks like there’s some mostly cosmetic updates that need to be done. Mattresses not very comfy but overall the house was everything we needed.

We had the greatest week at this house!!! So close to the beach that we could mobilize our young children to walk for beach days and beach strolls. Ample parking meant family staying at other cottages could also park and walk to the beach. The backyard area was also a beautiful spot for dinners (well equipped kitchen for cooking and serving big meals), evening beers and s’mores on a night or two.
Such a beautiful week that the eight of us were out every day but we could’ve handled a few rainy days hanging out together playing in the living room.
Host was very responsive and accommodating.
We hope to stay again!

Convenient location, nice property
Small house with nice appliances & kitchen (good to have the newer washer & dryer) good back deck with a fire pit (wish we would have had firewood available). Big couch that can accommodate two adults). Two rooms with king beds & a smaller room with a twin & bunk beds. Clean & can have dogs. Very easy walk to Good Harbor beach - big, beautiful, not crowded & a great place to watch the sunrise. This little house is a work in progress (looks like there are a few projects left), could use more lamps, one in every bedroom would be good & the living room could use one or two, but very workable, clean & a good location. There are only three suggestions I have: (1) the outside were either burned out (no replacement bulbs available) or didn't work (2) it might work better to have rugs instead of carpeting in the bedrooms (3) I would, definitely, upgrade the mattresses. This was a nice, little house that can accommodate a lot of people with a close (walkable) beach & it's a good price.

Labor Day Week Getaway
Wonderful property. Clean, spacious, everything we needed. Close to the beach. Lovely deck overlooking the marsh. Snowy egrets were many. Very close to downtown Gloucester and Rockport. Already booked for next year.

A nice week at the Beach
The owners were very organized and provided detailed instructions. The house was pretty clean though weathered here and there and is in close proximity to the local public beach. The beach was very nice but crowded over the weekend. The grill was well maintained and clean. There are a lot of fans in the house for those hot summer days. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have an AC unit. The local supermarket and drug store were within walking distance. There are also 2 coffee shops near by. The only real negative were the bugs. You really could not sit in the back yard without a ton of bug spray on. They provided extra bug spray. Other than that, the time spent was enjoyable. I would return.

Walking distance to beautiful Good Harbor Beach. Nice back deck overlooking a marsh with many water birds to watch. Cottage needs a few updates but very comfortable. We had a great week.

Labor Day Weekend with Friends
I rented this property for myself, my girlfriend, and 5 of our friends for Labor Day Weekend. The house was perfect for our group and was so close to the beach! Everything was as described in the description and the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We spent our days at the beach since it is only a 5 minute walk away and spent our nights in the backyard. I would 100% rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near Good Harbor Beach!
