About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. This apartment is on the second floor of a building that has 4 apartment units. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. It has a spacious separate bedroom and separate large living room, full bathroom and spacious kitchen.

Property was very relaxing and close to many restaurants, and a nice grocery store close by. The stair case is very spacious and easy to walk up and down. A/C works GREAT and the bed was very comfortable. The entire place was super clean and has everything you you could possibly need. The owner lives just below unit B, which I found quite comforting.

The apartment is as described (has a Keurig). The space is beautifully decorated and luxurious. The area is amazing with Greer’s Market nearby (5 min walk). They have groceries, hot/cold food bar, deli, and plenty of grab-go options. The neighborhood is historic with beautiful architecture and buildings. Numerous restaurants and coffee options within a 1-mile radius. The apartment is in a small complex of 4 apartments with a courtyard in front. We stayed in Unit B which is upstairs. Those with mobility issues may not be able to climb the thin spiral staircase to the door. Consider staying in unit C (downstairs). The owner is on site and was very pleasant. We found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Was a pleasure to stay with this host.

Nicely furnished apartment close to restaurants and a great grocery store. The location is quiet, and it has ample parking. Short walk to grocery store and coffee shop. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

It was perfect from the time we unlocked the door. It was central to bars, restaurants and all the mardi gras shenanigans. The small grocery store thats a short walk away was great. We parked and walked everywhere.

Perfect place for us

My husband and I spent 3 nights here while we celebrated our anniversary. The location was in a quiet part of the historic district. There was a great market about 3 blocks away. We enjoyed walking to attractions in the historic district as well as just walking to see the neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Would love to return.

Kens apartment is a step above the others! His taste in art and decor made for a most interesting stay. The entire surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Also Ken has everything one would need so no worries on what to pack - it’s already in there! We walked down the street to fabulous upscale dinner at ‘Post’. Check it out, we had a ball. Let’s talk comfort … the bed is heaven and den furniture the best. I loved the comfy chair at the long window! Awww my spot! We are putting Kens place on our list of MUST RETURNS. Thank you so much for allowing us the privilege of this wonderful stay.
