un lugar tranquilo confortable

el desayuno estuvo muy rico muchas opciones todo fresco varias opciones de frutas me gusto mucho buena ubicación

la verdad la limpieza de la habitación en general bien pero tuvimos un momento incomodo la toalla de manos del baño esta o mal lavado o no lo habían cambiado estaba sucia, esto es una critica constructiva con el animo de mejorar en esta área, por otro lado algunas áreas del hotel no estaban disponibles como la terraza cuando yo hice la reserva inclusive en la recepción me informaron que después de las 4 pm había servicio, horas mas tarde ya en el hotel nos informaron que por ser 24 de diciembre no lo había, yo pienso que un hotel de este nivel no debería sesgar sus servicios por fechas si no pensar en el huésped que paga por usar todos los servicios del hotel como debe ser y mas si al llegar le dan una información y luego la cambian. nosotros queríamos pasar un rato agradable en la terraza inclusive si no había servicio pero a las 8 30 el personal de seguridad de una manera poco amable informa que no podíamos estar ahí solo hasta las 9 pm acaso una zona común en un hotel donde uno paga por disfrutar sus espacios deben tener este tipo de restricciones, se entiende que en piscinas y demás hay horario pero es un espacio como ese no debe pasar

Medium quality, don’t expect to much of cali

Comfortable beds.

Staff opened my door two times in a row for consecutive days. First after me and my couple were taking a bath, second at 7:30am when we were sleeping. Everyday you hear a truck in the morning at 7:00am loading water or whatsoever. Other day there was a construction below our floor and we couldn’t rest at all, to which the staff only answered “sorry its mandatory that we make it” and didn’t agreed to change the room. In general terms the experience was poor.

Central location, clean, safe, friendly staff and gorgeous views

Very friendly and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome during my stay. The location is fantastic and is within walking distance to most attractions in Cali. The River Boulevard is very lively and safe at night, with lots of people walking around. The rooftop jacuzzi was a great way to escape the heat in Cali. Free coffee all day. Great value.

The on-site restaurant could add a few more menu options.

Comfortable and quiet stay. Would recommend and stay here again.

The location is in Centro and is central to everything. Taking a stroll or run along the river is very convenient. The breakfast is the best. The wi-if is reliable and fast. The terrace is also very good for social enjoyment on the weekends.

The treadmill in the fitness center wasn’t working properly and the dinner options were limited. However, the dinner options I tried were all very tasty but small portions.

Comfortable, great location

Nice and comfortable place. Location is wonderful along the Boulevard del Rio, filled with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to much more. The rooftop setup is a nice amenity.

One oddity, the jacuzzi is only usable in the day. By night, the restaurant / bar takes over the rooftop (that said, the rooftop is nice to hang out at night too).

Great, the hotel don't likes did not affect the visit.

Staff were great. food was good. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Does not meet the standards for the 5 star hotel advertised. Swimming gool inexistent. Jacuzzi in the middle of a bar. No coffee, tea, sugar supplies. No coffee machine. Not enough hangers in the bathrooms nor where they could be useful. Request for a second chair in the balcony, ignored. No spare toilet paper. No tissue paper. No standard for towels. Poor quality bedroom floor mats and not sufficient. Breakfast missing plain yogurt. Refrigerator, too small.

I loved it. I would return again.

I liked how it was walkable to ever museum and any tourist attraction. assuming that a tourist attraction could’ve been further, it would be less than a 10 minute taxi drive. the lounges were a plus and same with the dining haul as we were able to have meals there in case we didn’t want to leave. the sauna and jacuzzis are a nice touch to the hotel.

I would’ve liked a pool instead of a jacuzzi.

Superb

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and everyday replenished with coffee and bathroom supplies and plenty of towels

Outstanding! And the staff was extremely helpful - unexpectedly, my boyfriend got sick while his stay in Cali and the staff was the best help I could have asked for! Overall, it is an extremely great hotel - clean and lovely facilities and affordable - highly recommended 👌

Good but not good enough

The breakfast was not good in many aspects: the fruit was always with little flies on in (pineapple, watermelon) The facilities, as I have read in other reviews, are always on repair which is kind of suspicious

Comfortable hotel with a great location. Need to work on service and details.

Very well kept property in terms of comfort, cleanliness and appearance.

They do not have a Spa although one is advertised. There is a small sauna, and two jacuzzis, which unfortunately were both out of order when we stayed. Lastly, we ordered a coffee in the evening from room service. After 30 minutes it hadn't arrived and we called the front desk. Another 20 minutes went by and still nothing, had to go downstairs to get it myself. No extra pillows available...

Excellent hotel and good service

Excellent service. Hotel has a good location, near banks, restaurants and cafes. Beds very confortable , hotel very clean. Remodeled and very modern. Rooms comfortable and clean. Family oriented hotel.

One of the staff members in the restaurant, breakfast time, gave me hard time to take my husband's breakfast to the room, even though I informed he had a recent surgery. Thank God, one of the ladies who work in the restaurant helped me very nicely. Breakfast is not great because the hotel has a standard daily menu and is not flexible.

Absolutely recommendable!

Outstanding quality. I didn't expect so much before I checked in here, but when I entered to my room, it was so great. Suitable size for solo traveler, comfortable bed and nice balcony view as well. Room is located beside of Boulevard, and I was stayed in the period of the Festival of Lights, so until 10~11pm it was quite noisy but bearable. When all crowds were gone, I could enjoy tranquility of night street and night view of mountain. Wifi was very stable, temperature was good. Bathroom was also good, basic amenity is equipped, but there was no hairdryer (You can ask to rent it from reception desk). Well.. I don't have any complaints for this hotel and room. I enjoyed enough.

Location is a total win to visit San Antonio, Peñón and enjoy the pedestrian walk close to the Cali River. Service and support was really good

options for breakfast could be more varied. Veggie options are missing It would be great to have some coffee at breakfast to serve independently and not be dependent on a person doing it for you
