Guest house located very close to the train station.

Nice rooms, easy check-in, great location.

Our balcony was being renovated, so there was scaffolding on the building. The room was very comfortable other than that though, so we didn’t need to use the balcony.

Very nice place

Central, but not noisy as they do have good windows. Luca is an awesome host and took care about a little problem with the boiler within no time. Free coffee for breakfast is nice as are the rooms.

Would have been perfect if the boiler have worked righ away but this was solved very quickly.

Good stay

Location was good. 15 minutes walking to the centre. Room was clean and with all the necessary things we need. Although facing a main road, the windows are good, so no noise after windows closed. Check in instructions were clear and process was easy!

The host was extremely helpful and met us when we arrived, allowing an earlier check in. He gave us valuable information about the area to make our stay more enjoyable. The accommodation was clean and there was a great attention to detail. The room was beautifully presented and had a good design element to it. There were plentiful supplies of the basics which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The access to get in was not very easy to follow however the host was the kindest person to meet me to ensure I was able to get in and also was kind to offer some choices for restaurants

Clean, there is air conditioning, which is important in very hot weather in Genoa. Offered coffee and biscuits and water. Very nice. The bathroom provides useful little things for residents, we immediately felt cared for.

The room is large and clean and it has all the necessary utilities. The location is very good, being close to both the Principe Train Station and the city center. I appreciated that the check-in instructions were simple and clear, and the communication with our host was excellent, we quickly received all the information we needed. We will definitely return when we come back to Genoa.

The owner does her best to ensure that the guests have everything they need. She is very helpful, always making sure that all guest requests are addressed and solved. Excellent communication. There is a cafe right below the accommodation, open from early morning, great for breaksfast.

convenient and clean. will go back to stay here for our next visit.

it is surprising that the apartment are better than the pictures. huge and super clean with aesthetic furnitures. located on the 1st floor. 2 minutes walk from Genova Piazza Principe, 10 mins walk to aquarium and so many cafes and restaurants just below the apartment. the area are very safe and secure. And bonus luca the handsome host also very hands on and reachable 24/7 on whatsapp and check on us daily to make sure our stay are comfortable.

i don’t understand why this apartment isnt sold out quickly, considering everything are perfect and made our stay in genova more relax and pleasant.

Totally recommend!!

Everything was so clean and stylish with love in every detail! The room and bathroom look so beautiful. You can walk from the apartment to almost every point of interest (sights, harbor etc.). Many bars and restaurants right before the apartment. You get a fresh bottle of water and cookies everyday. There’s even mouthwash in the toilet haha.

The only tiny little thing I could possibly say is, that there are only Italien tv channels on the TV. When you want to rest in the evening or after a day trip it would be nice to have something in different languages or at least in English.

The check in was fast and easy, and the host was very kind. The room was SUPER clean, and very spacious. Everything was so tidy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable, we slept like babies. It is central and near the train station, but it is still quiet, due to the isolated windows. We loved everything, and would definitely stay here again! :-)

Clean and Bright, Great Location

Our stay at Que De Ma was tranquil and relaxing, despite being so close to the heart of the city, conveniently nearby to Piazza Principe station. (Location is actually closer to station than implied by Google Maps or Booking.com address, so detailed instructions from Maila were very helpful!) Key attractions in the city were easily walkable, and the coast was reachable via quick, cheap and frequent trains. The room was beautifully finished, with large comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained bathroom with a powerful shower, and excellent sound-proofing. Maila kindly let us stash our bags on day of check-out, and gave a useful briefing of places to visit when we arrived. We loved our stay in Genoa and would definitely return to Que De Ma! Thanks :)
