Was an excellent choice for our holiday

This is everything g you need for a holiday . Very clean, very well equipped and the location is ideal. Staff was very welcoming, helpful. Close to old town, harbour for sea excursions, beach , some nice restaurants in the area.

Wonderful stay in central Split

Wonderful location just a few minutes from the centre of old Split and from the bus station and harbour. Despite this, it was always quiet and we never heard any noise at night. Check-in was straight forward, we used the pre-booked airport pick-up We were.on the top floor which did mean a lot of stairs every day (72 to be precise). There is no lift but we were fine with this and I knew this when booking.

Very clean, shower has a shelf which not all places in Croatia do. Spacious. Quiet! Good AC. We'll set up. Groceries nearby.

Windows need screens. Given the many swallows feeding on flying insects it's obvious there are insects. Why don't Europeans have screens. We used the AC which was fine.

Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment and great location - central but quiet! The room interior was very modern and everything new. Also very clean! The communication was also impeccable and welcoming. Would come back!

We will book again when we return to Split!

Everything! Great communication from the moment of booking from property manager Mia. We were greeted and received wonderful service from Vinko on our arrival. The unit was wonderfully renovated with care taken to compliment the heritage building beautifully. Small touches like the information handbook and Croatian coffee, tea and biscuits in the room were very very much appreciated Great location, just a short walk to Diocletian’s palace and Riva waterfront and Bačvice beach.

Very pleasant.

Five minutes walk to the Old Town. Harbour was on the way to the old town. Lots of restaurants dotted around. Plenty of supermarkets too. Our accommodation for two was generous. Very convenient.

No elevator but understandable as the residence is a very old property converted into accommodations for tourists. Property is three storeys high.

Value for money and Fantabulous

Easy access to eateries and groceries. Walking distance to Split Old Town. Mia always responded quick to our request. The best is Vinko. Who was very humour person and made us feel welcome. He even goes extra miles to show us when restaurants are and direct us to the right parking spots. Great Guy! Great stay 👍🏻

Fantastic room in a great location.

Excellent room with comfy bed and great kitchen. Everything felt very new and clean. The host who greeted us was very helpful and polite. It was a great location for the Ferry and bus.

A lovely relaxing stay in the centre of the city

The beautiful little apartment was in a perfect location - walking distance to key sites and surrounded by good bars & restaurants. We had a stunning view from our window over the waterfront. The accommodation had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. Coffee, tea and water were provided on arrival. The host was really friendly and helpful - organising for us to be collected and returned to the airport door to door. I would definitely recommend the Meditterra Residence.

The WIFI was weak & temperamental. It would have been good to have some milk on arrival too as we arrived too late to shop :)

Highly recommended.

This was a lovely property. Really nicely appointed, spacious, well-equipped and very modern. The room was super clean and comfortable.

There was no lift and we were on the top floor, but this wasn’t really too bad. The AC was a bit under powered.

No individual outdoor space but a shared outdoor seating area was available.

beautiful building in quiet ally way within walking distance to the beach or split harbour (5-10mins) host was super helpful, nothing was too much for him. rooms unbelievably clean, decent air-con and beautiful rooms. seating area outside the front doors is a bonus and the welcome water in fridge was ideal Thankyou. was out 4th time visiting and will definitely consider here again.

the only small downside was the cost per night, I thought was slightly steep at around £130 ( even when booked few hours before the day of arrival) possibly due to a few other hotels charging top of the range.

Great stay

Modern and clean apartment with modern sink, fridge, stove and other appliances. Great shower and bathroom. Prompt and friendly staff.

Bed mattress sagged towards centre - could have been more comfortable. With that being said, pillows were comfortable.
