The side patio faced south. Enjoy your panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from two patios with plenty of comfortable furnishings both for sitting and for lounging. The perfect place for your vacation! As a bonus, the second balcony offers distant views to downtown Sarasota as well as the gulf. Truly wonderful views.
The condo is decorated in coastal pastels of soft corals, pinks and pale blues. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two full bathrooms - one with tub and one with shower and there is a private washer/dryer in the condo for your use. Smart TV’s in each bedroom and a large Smart TV in the living room. The living room TV includes basic cable.Enjoy the outdoor open patios with cafe style tables and one lounger.
Unit has 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Weekly minimum property.
This complex offers covered parking for one car, some guest spots, tennis courts, heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. Tables and chairs under cover provide room for lunch by the pool or for socializing. Our House is located right across the beach from the main entrance of Siesta Key Beach. You're at the center of all of the beach action.
The sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico beckon and being by the public beach provides you with access to bathrooms, a take-out beach concession stand with healthy options added the traditional burgers and fries, showers to rinse off the powdery quartz sand, volleyball courts, playground and the famous Siesta Key lifeguard stations. Cool down with a fresh clean bottle of water as you soak up the sun or buy a beer or a frozen strawberry daiquiri and walk down to the water's edge to enjoy. Play volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the playground under the canopy of tropical trees.
The condo is on the 5th floor in an elevator building with locked access. This vacation home is updated, fresh and clean with plenty of details to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are both spacious and provide plenty of privacy. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a wall mounted Smart TV with cable channels. Bedrooms have a Smart TV but no cable.

The views from the balcony’s are beautiful, one facing the pool & the other looking at the beach. The condo has a nice beach vibe & stocked with everything you need. There are 4 beach chairs, beach towels & coolers for the beach. The condo was very comfortable & clean, too.

I will list some of the things that were suboptimal. The condo is on the main road and across the street from the main beach. There is a lot of noise and traffic. Constant horn honking and sirens. The deck is nice but only had 2 lounge chairs. The TV had basic cable but could not record a show or pause a show.There was no Blue Ray player. The kitchen lacked many items. The master bathroom tub did not drain and we had to have a plumber fix that.

Everything was new and clean - very well decorated

Check in process was extremely frustrating for us, though it was no fault of the property manager. We were a late check in as we got (got there around 10:30pm) and the property had security there for the holiday weekend. Security gave us incorrect instructions, led us to another building and told us we couldn’t get in to the property and that there wasn’t anything they could do for us. Driving in from 5 states away made this a horrible initial experience. After calling the emergency number, which was extremely helpful - we were able to check in and enter the condo without a hitch.
Clean condo, wonderful location, nice property.
Elevator was a little scary so my family and I preferred to use the stairs most of the time. The only real downfall of the condo itself was that a good portion of the blinds were on the ground upon arrival. We had to be extremely careful opening and shutting the door to balconies so we didn’t break any.

From the moment we walked in and the cute way the towels were folded to the decorations around the condo, the place was perfect! We ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach because of how clean and friendly everyone was! We had a few issues, but management addressed it right away and came out in less than 24 hours! I’d definitely come back to this condo next year!

The building is dated and a little tired. It needs to be modernized. Elevater is slow and noisey. Some outlets didn’t work, some shades were inoperative,and some plumbing fixtures were a little iffy. Walking distance to beach was longer than represented by agent. Wouldn’t return.

Great location & very clean. Like others have stated before me the furniture in this condo needs to be replaced . In fact, it needs to be taken out of the rotation and renovated . The receptacles wouldn’t hold when you plugged something into them. Dresser in master should have been thrown in trash along time ago. We had issues trying to lock the entry door with key all week. Once you did get it locked you would have grease all on hands and clothes from where maintenance is greasing it to keep it going.

First time at Siesta Key and the Gulf. Had a great experience for our 50th wedding anniversary get away. Unit was clean, and right across the street from the beach. Property management was great and very responsive to all our needs. Will definitely be back!

Beach Visit
Starting from my booking of the condo, our stay here was awesome.
We love the beach and the calm, clear water. The younger kids can play all day without the surf beating them up.
We wanted to be centrally located and we were. The only down falls were the very slow elevator, and the condo is noisy with all the main road traffic below.
The kayak rental at Turtle Beach was very nice.
I will stay here again.

Outstanding stay - poor pool experience
Loved this unit, clean, had everything we needed for a three week stay. Great view of the beach, one mile walk to the village, did it everyday. Tried most of the restaurants at the village, all were good. Questions to the management were answered promptly. The only negative we had was the pool, it was small, which we expected. Everyday we went to the pool was ruined by kids running, jumping, and diving in the pool sometimes just feet from us. Many times these kids were at the pool by themselves, parents using the pool for daycare. On one occasion two boys put chaise chairs by the pool and jumped over them, adding chairs until they hit the chairs instead of the pool. My wife tried to warn them about getting hurt. They gave her grief. There was no enforcement of the pool rules. One day three students were so obnoxious that all the adults had to leave the pool and they took it over. This one thing hurt what was otherwise a great time and may affect future stays.
The water in the gulf was wonderful.

Beautiful Property
We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key immensely. Our daughter was graduating college and we wanted to make this a vacation for us as well. She stayed with us 2 nights and it was perfect. The condo was exactly as the pics shown on VRBO. All the comforts of home, and then some. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful trip
Convenient location. Airport transfers were smooth and on time. Shuttles easy to access to get around Siesta Key. Very prompt response to service needs to replace a broken hair dryer.

2nd Year in This Unit - Always Clean and Ready
This is out 2nd year in this unit and we LOVE it. Its always clean and ready when we arrive. We had an issue with the beach cart and a new one was delivered within an hour. This is the perfect location within the beach & pool right outside our door!

The property was very nice and clean. The twin beds need to be replaced. The kitchen needs to be restocked. There was only 1 wine glass. I'm sure if we told the property manager they would have provided more. The property manager was excellent. We would stay again!

Comfortable unit, fantastic views
This is the third unit we have stayed in at Our House at the Beach. The condo is comfortable with all the equipment you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen is small but functional and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and the air mattress is a queen AeroBed with a built in pump so it was comfortable for my teenaged son. We would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to Siesta Key.

Nice unit, couple things may need a little updating such as wall plugs, had a hard time getting plug in items to stay in plugs, they kept falling out.
Also, mattress's were a little lumpy and bumpy, the one I slept on was a twin bed by the far wall, and I believe it has a permanent slope in it. Would have been great without that.
Also, the ocean was a lot further away than I planned on, the pics were deceiving in that manner. I have a bad knee so I was not able to make that hike and I was disappointed by that.
Other than that I loved the porches on the unit, they were great.
