With an area of 40 m², this apartment offers space for up to 4 people. In the cozy living room/bedroom you will find a high-quality pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) with latex mattress and a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm). A 32-inch Samsung Smart TV with integrated and prepaid Freenet card is available for your entertainment. You also enjoy free access to fast WiFi.
There is plenty of room for all guests at the dining table, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator from 2024, a small ceramic hob, a stove (without oven), a new microwave from 2024 with grill function, a dishwasher and various pots and dishes.
The modern bathroom has practical towel heating, a shower and a large bathtub. A new hairdryer from 2024 is also available.
From the dining table, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the park, which can extend to the promenade and the beach. Experience the calming atmosphere of the green surroundings.

Sehr nette, freundliche und kommunikative Hausverwaltung(Frau Hampel). Die Ferienwohnung ist für Paare super geeignet. Die Lage ist auch Top. Einzig ein Balkon/Terrasse fehlt und ist leider nicht vorhanden.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist passend für einen Pärchen Urlaub. Sie ist Sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.
Sogar einen Desinfektionsspender im Badezimmer würde für uns bereit gestellt.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbareer Strandnähe und der Blick über den Park auf die Ostsee ist - weil unverbaut- sehr schön. Wer keinen Parkplatz benötigt oder mit dem Rad anreist , dem fehlt hier nichts. Ansosnsten ist der fehlende Parkraum schon störend. Diese Kritik trifft aber eher die Gemeinde Timmendorf,denn in der Nebensaison stehen vor dem Haus genug Parkplätze zur Verfügung, doch die kosten pro Stunde ca 2,00 Euro und haben eine Höchstparkdauer von 4,5 Stunden --und das auch in der absoluten Nebensaison Ende November. Der kostenfreie Großparkplatz liegt etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Wer das für sich organisieren kann, ist in der kleinen Wohnung bestens aufgehoben . Wir haben alles gut angetroffen und es gibt sogar eine Badewanne.Die Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Aufenthalt super. Das Beste war wirklich die kurze Entfernung zum Strand und der schnelle Weg zu Fuß zum Supermarkt oder ins Zentrum (ca.10 - 15 min.)
Durch die großen Fenster wirkt die Wohnung auch hell und freundlich. Es ist zwar kein Backofen (sondern eine Mikrowelle) vorhanden, aber ansonsten ist die Fewo sehr gut ausgestattet (lieb eingerichtet :)) und vor allem auch sauber! Wir würden die Fewo daher jedem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu Zweit empfehlen.

Einfache, aber ordentliche kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem Notwendigen und einer super Lage mit Meerblick durch die Bäume hindurch. Zwar direkt an der Straße, aber diese ist nachts nicht stark befahren. Bei Seewind hört man tatsächlich das Meeresrauschen. Für die Wintermonate wären wärmere oder größere Bettdecken ganz praktisch und Hausschuhe sollte man dann auch dabei haben. Ansonsten ideal für einen Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee!

Nett eingerichtete Fewo in super Lage
Nett eingerichtete Fewo in super Lage. Der Strand ist in 3 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Besonders schön war auch die ruhige Lage, da die Fewo ungefähr 15 min zu Fuß vom Zentrum (auch Supermärkte) entfernt ist und es dadurch am Strand nahe der Fewo nicht voll war.
Durch die hohen Fenster sind die Räume lichtdurchflutet und auch die hell gehaltende, moderne Ausstattung der Fewo wirkt sehr freundlich und einladend.
Es gibt viele Restaurants/Cafés in der Nähe und für jeden Geschmack ist was dabei (Tapas Bar, Italiener, Grieche...)
Allgemein bietet Timmendorf einige Shops von bekannten Marken an und ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich (Sealife, Spielplätze, Minigolf). Wir würden die Fewo in jedem Fall erneut buchen! :)

Saubere freundliche Ferienwohnung. Der Strand ist in Sichtweite schnell erreicht. Beim nächsten Bäcker ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt u. ä. sind nur unwesentlich weiter.Für uns ist ein weiterer Aufenthalt geplant.

In beide Richtungen läuft man zirka 10 Minuten. Außerdem ist eine Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Das Interieur ist in sehr gutem Zustand und ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit sehr genießen. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden Sie jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
