About this house rental

Large open and spacious light filled 3 bedroom x 2 bathroom house located on a large fully enclosed fenced yard located only 800m to the beach at red rocks. It is a situated in middle of cowes close to all aspects and facilities but also far away from the hustle and bustle if needed. Perfect to fulfil everyones needs.

The photos do mark a lovely space that features clean furnishings, beds, lounge and kitchen appliances. The lounge has a wood fire heater, kitchen and dining area has air conditioning,

The house has 2 x flat screen TV's, laminated floors, a lovely outdoor deck area, BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
1 x Queen Bed (with En-suite & built in robe)
1 x Queen Bed (built in wardrobe)
1x Bunk Beds and mattress(3 single in total)
1 porta cot

There is a sofa bed in lounge area that folds out for double bed as well, if some one is having trouble sleeping

Bathroom configuration:
1 x En-suite (with shower and toilet)
1 x Bathroom (with shower and bath)
1 x Separate toilet

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. There is a cleaning fee charged for service.

We love this place. Every year we look forward to our stay at relax and unwind @ outlook red rocks. Every year we come back rejuvenated refreshed and happier people and pets :-) It ticks all our boxes - ours and our two "working dogs" (ha ha!). The fully fenced back yard. The extensive covered back deck. The super comfy QS bed (firm mattress YAY!!!). The open fire. The well-equipped facilities. Simple essentials thoughtfully appointed leave the place uncluttered and open and free to do what we go there to do... relax and unwind!! It's 5 mins from our favourite beach (Cowes to Ventnor). Its 5 mins to our favourite shops@Cowes. It's so quiet. It's a place that fully embraces Island Time. Communication with the property manager is so efficient and easy. We are so grateful for this property having been made available to us for so many years. 20 stars from us (that's 5 stars each).

The property in out of the way of the town but only a short drive into town. The house was well set up and easy to access with detailed instructions. Very much enjoyed our time here.

Good size property and great yard for our dogs. Very much suited our needs, bed linen and towels were good (nowhere to put soap in shower), plenty of pots panda cutlery and crockery. Freshly renovated but not to a great standard and not as clean as I’d like. But we enjoyed our stay.

Two siblings and their spouses had a very lovely time in this property. The beds were super comfortable and the linen was of very good quality. The pantry was stocked with an amazing variety of teas, condiments and other cooking essentials. The absence of a dishwasher didn't bother us as we didn't cook very much. The cleanliness of the freshly painted property was a big bit with us. We are thankful for the relaxing time we spent at this lovely place. Thank you
