If you are after a quiet place to relax unwind and be close to the Launceston General Hospital, and a short walk to great coffee shops and restaurant`s

Modern kitchen, with everything for you to whip up a meal, or to relax with takeaways, A BBQ area, with gas BBQ and outdoor table, in your own private courtyard.

Downstairs is a lounge room with TV (Netflix) and DVD and stereo, 2 leather lounges, dining room with breakfast bar and full kitchen, laundry with a washer and dryer, and also a powder room.
Free internet. Heating is with a reverse cycle air conditioner.
Upstairs is two bedrooms both with queen beds, the main bathroom with shower and double basins, hair dryer and soft towels. Heating, wall heater in the hallway.
In lounge room is a 6 inch innerspring mattress fold out bed that will sleep the 5th and 6th guests.
We can accommodate a 3rd person/child on a mattress on the floor of the 2nd bedroom if needed.

This property was nice and comfortable. Just didn't realise it was right next to a primary school which made it quite noisy at times and with balls banging against the fence. Otherwise the property itself was nice.

We used this property as a base for a week of cycling around Launceston and surrounds. This centrally located townhouse is within walking distance of some lovely cafes and pubs. It is spacious, well appointed and extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cloud soft bed and the great water pressure in the shower. Everything that we could possibly need was catered for. Thanks again Christine for your generous hospitality 😊.

It was good to have a good kitchen. Reasonably clean (but kitchen floor was a bit sticky, fluff on carpet upstairs), and most things worked. Owner gave clear instructions for check-in. Very warm upstairs during the day (in early Feb) but it cooled down in the evening. We found it OK as a two-night stop.

Everything suited our reasons for travel to Launceston. Well equipped and comfortable townhouse in a perfect and central location close to transport and cafes as well as an easy walk to town. It was quiet, clean and secure. Our host, Christine was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We can't thank Christine enough for this fantastic opportunity whilst holidaying a week in TAS. The house we saw online was accurately advertised which was so nice and it was in prime location which was a bonus for us. Communication with her was great and she was there for me when I was freaking out slightly ha-ha, travelling with 3 young kids is stressful. The house was clean and had a warm feel to it, felt just like home which was comforting. Kids had a great time and this holiday will be cherished until the next adventure. If, and when we return to TAS ill only contact Christine as her professionalism and excellent service stood out from the crowd. 10/10 hands down!! We stayed a week in this townhouse. It was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped which made cooking easy. Basic cooking ingredients were also provided which was very generous of Christine. Having a washing machine and clothes line is always good. It was very clean and had all you could ask for. A great place to stay.

We have travelled a lot. This apartment was so lovely. Close to Launceston city within walking distance. The corner store on the next corner had everything you need. Would recommend anyone who want to go to Launceston to book this apartment.

Great place to stay near tourist spots

The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to Cataract Gorge and the Tamar Valley and other tourist attractions. The apartment is very well set up, it has everything you need for a get away. Christine kindly provided some staples in the fridge to get us started and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. She was super helpful ! Communications were easy and always very prompt. Directions to get there were also very helpful. The only tip I have is that the fans weren’t really enough to cool things down upstairs where the bedrooms are in hot weather. We loved our stay and would def come back.

Lovely townhouse in walking distance of everything. Pantry and fridge was well stocked with essentials on arrival, thank you. Small drawback was adjoining small school, a bit noisey on week days.

We spent Christmas Day here with a baby and we were able to make the full Christmas Lunch. We felt very much at home. Everything for our baby was there. We could walk to cool cafes and walk the streets of Launceston loving the architecture. Thank you!

Stayed here on the weekend for two days with my son- very safe complex in a good area, close to the shops, close to airport & close to quick day trips like evendale or cradle mountain as it is three streets from the highway. We will defiantly stay there again. The lady was so nice she even let us bring our dog.

We stayed in Launceston for a week in January. The townhouse is in a fantastic & easy location, the main shopping area of Launceston was only a 10 - 15 minutes walk away and driving only about 2 minutes. The townhouse was modern, clean and had everything we needed and the owners kindly put in a sofa bed in the lounge for us when we asked if it was possible to use the lounge as a 3rd bedroom prior to booking. It is in a quiet location, being at the back of the unit block from the road (we were there in school holidays). The owners were very welcoming and let us know we could contact them if we needed anything upon arrival. There were 2 Coles supermarkets within walking distance which were extremely handy and we used daily. We enjoyed a couple of dinners out at Burger Got Soul and The Pasta Merchant which were only a 5min walk away straight down Charles Street. Only thing I would say is some fans or cooling upstairs as it did get quite hot up there. Thank you Christine for a great stay!

Great place for two couples, easy walk to the main shops, all the amenities needed for a weekend or a week. We had lovely weather, maybe a fan in the upstairs bedroom would be handy.
