This apartment can sleep up to eight in 3 beds and 2 sofa beds. We are flexible and would like to hear your requirements.

5. There is also a large L-shaped couch which may be useful

We had a fabulous stay in Wellington and enjoyed the central location of this apartment. We came with two children, and the location near Te Papa was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the beautiful waterfront. The host, Rich, was very responsive and just a great person overall. We will stay at this apartment again when visiting Wellington.

The apartment location in Wellington was ideal for our stay. We appreciated the proximity to the harbor and enjoyed dinner at two great restaurants there. A visit to the fantastic Te Papa Museum was very convenient. Walking to other activities (The Beehive, Botanical Gardens) was easy. In-house laundry facilities offered additional help while traveling. Apartment size was appropriate for our family of three adults.

Went to New Zealand to visit our daughter in Wellington. This place was perfect for the family with 2 double beds for the kids and a king for mom and dad. Also had 2 full bathrooms and laundry facilities. Right downtown and no need for a car. You could walk to anything you needed. National Museum of New Zealand is right around the corner and harbor is just down the street. A perfect place to stay when you first arrive.

Very easy to find and centrally located! Decor is a little outdated but it was clean and spacious, with plenty of fans, which fit our bill. Host was very kind and checked on us to make sure all was well.

It was hot when we arrived and the owner quickly provided extra fans. There was a selection of items for breakfast provided. Great location though a bit noisy at night with windows open. Overall good but needs a thorough cleaning and a touch up to some of the finishings.

This was my first time using Bookabach and the owner couldn't have made it easier. Clear, timely instructions and great communication throughout. The apartment was clean and well furnished with staples in the fridge and cupboards a great touch. It easily slept the 5 friends and whanau visiting Wellington for my son's 21st and the 2 bathrooms helped with that number. Great to have the option of booking a covered parking space also. I would definitely recommend this owner and this apartment and will book again when next in Wellington.

Good little apartment, stayed with 3 athletes nice to have separate bathroom. Everything works well in the kitchen so easy to cook and make meals. Property Manager is easy to work with and helpful with team requirements.

The apartment is not brand new, but has a lot of nice additional stuff, like an iron and a washer and dryer and even washing powder - big bonus. Thanks for a nice stay.

Host & father very helpful. The pictures do not reflect how tired the apartment is and the general lack of cleanliness. There were dried spills on the walls, dirty clothes from previous occupants stuffed down furniture and the carpet looked like it’s never been cleaned. It was an expensive stay considering the state of the apartment.

The owner’s dad met us to give us the keys and show us how to get i to the apartment. He is a wonderful man and made our first hour in Wellington welcoming. The apartment is conveniently located for walking to museums, restaurants, churches and the whole CBD. Food in the fridge was a nice touch. The apartment itself needs some work. Carpets need replacing, furniture needs an update and the whole place would benefit from a thorough cleaning.

Nice touch was fruit, milk, and bread and juice. Location is excellent. Paul was very helpful showing us around. Even offered ear plugs due to the party atmosphere outside. Furniture is very tired. Carpet is dirty and needs replacing. Single beds extremely uncomfortable. Overall the entire place needs remodeling. Our wives wouldn’t walk around without slippers because the carpet was so dirty and worn.

What a wonderful central location. A great place to base oneself from to take full advantage of Wellington. Easy walk to Westpac Stadium, to the War Memorial. Wonderful cafes, restaurants and great supermarket on the doorstep.

We found the property a little disappointing, although location was great. It was difficult for our friends to get a park on Thursday nite nearby. We were looking for an 8 bed apartment for 2 couples and a couple of extras. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable; they ended up on the couch. The linen and bedding was rather tired and for the cost of a good location near the Boatshed, the decor and aesthetics of a city apartment was compromised. Photos were deceptive. A mod revamp would do wonders!
