About this house rental

There are 5 bedrooms (sleeps 15) and a fantastic outdoor undercover area that overlooks the beautiful solar heated pool. You can relax outside by the pool under the shade of the large umbrella or kick back in front of the outdoor plasma TV.

The house is ideal for groups of friends or families.
Inside there are 3 spacious living areas, one setup for kids with toys, Xbox console, board games & a huge collect of DVDs. There is ducted heating and evaporative cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. The house has 2 bathrooms (including ensuite) & 3 toilets to keep everybody happy.

The house is only 450m from the supermarket and shopping complex on Shell Rd. The beach is a 30 minute walk!

We have catered for families with young children, with safety gates available for the top and bottom of the stairs. Also supplied is a port-a-cot (3 in total), baby change table, high chair, pram (suitable for all ages).

Fantastic Outdoor Facilities at Arlington Beach Home

As well as the 10m x 4m swimming pool the outdoor area also includes 2 large tables (seats up to 16) an outdoor kitchen (with oven & stove top), BBQ, 2 full-sized fridges and a stereo system.

You can relax in front of the large outdoor TV and watch the kids play in the pool.

If that's not enough to keep you entertained there is also lots of fun to be had with the large table tennis table & a springfree trampoline for the kids.

The house includes some kids bikes & helmets, boggie boards and beach equipment. Ask us for some more detail so you know what to bring on your beach holiday.

The rear gate of the property opens out to the local school grounds. Where you have access (outside school hours) to a large sports oval, cricket pitch, basketball courts and a children's playground.

The yard is fully enclosed and the pool is fenced for safety.

Arlington Beach Home is a non-smoking house.
Please note that Arlington Beach Home is strictly not a party house & we do not accept bookings from groups of young people.

Linen can be supplied at additional costs.
All beds - $150 (fitted sheet / flat sheet & pillow case all beds)
Towels - $50 (15 towels)

Tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are all provided.

This home has everything you could ever need for a holiday we had three kids under 5 and they were kept busy with the toys games and activities to do Adults also catered for beautiful pool , tv with foxtel and could connect via own Kayo on outside TV for a great afternoon watching footy and swimming . Belinda is an amazing host very responsive to messages . We will be back thankyou for sharing this beautiful home

Great layout with outdoor and multiple indoor lounge areas giving areas for entertainment for differing groups. I was impressed with the toys for children to play with. We were a family group of of Grandparents, their 2 children and their partners and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 11.

Spacious house with a great entertaining area. All of our guests had a generous amount of room for themselves and the undercover outdoor area was perfect to watch Australia beat Tunisia in the soccer World Cup. An ideal house for a getaway in a quiet neigbourhood. Highly recommended!

Property is in a great location. Plenty of room for a big group and well catered for young kids. Pool equipment needs some tlc and upgrade, but kitchen is well stocked which was great for our big group. Heating is fantastic in the whole house. Hope to be back in summer when we can utilize the pool more in warmer weather

This is the second time we have stayed at this house & we loved it. It accommodates all ages of kids with toys, prams porter cots & much more for families with little kids. The house is very clean & has every essential need when going away & the hosts are very great people and help out with anything you need. It’s perfect for even a holiday with just friends, great entertainment area, swimming pool & a bar if you like to drink! I will definitely be going there again! Thanks again to the hosts for such a great house

Only had two nights at this place and we are already having conversations about returning next year. The house was in a quiet street with a supermarket within walking distance a sporting ground at rear with a large playground . The pool and outdoors areas are outstanding, large enough for entertaining adults. Plenty of toys, trampoline and television's for amusing the younger ones. Great bar and outdoor kitchen area, all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay.

Great house for multi-generation family group (10 people). Large living areas, plenty of beds and amazing outdoor living space with pool. Kids were in the pool all the time even though one of the days was cold. Allowed late check out on the Sunday which means we could take our time having brekky and lunch and giving the place a quick tidy. Communication with hosts was faultless and they made us feel comfortable and looked after. We will 100% be coming back! Thank you to our hosts for a great weekend break experience.

This place is not as good as it is advertised. Needs a major renovation and cleaning. Downstairs had a bad oil smell and upstairs had the mould smell.. The only good thing was about this place was the pool being big but we couldn’t even enjoy it because of the spiders and other bugs joining us in the pool:( despite being overpriced we wanted to enjoy our getaway thinking it would be worth the price but were very disappointed. Location is very good but if you want to enjoy the house ammenities rather than location then this place is not suitable for you.

We came with the whole family - 2 grandparents, 6 parents, 4 grandchildren (aged 10yo down to 9 months). There was plenty of room for us all. With 3 separate living areas, it was easy to get away from the crowd if you needed to. Outdoor covered patio has 6-burner BBQ, oven, sink, and cabinetry. There is also an outdoor bar area. Seating for 12 around outdoor tables overlooking the pool. And a large flat screen TV as well. There is a gas patio heater that we needed a couple of nights as it got fairly cool in the evenings. On the whole, the outdoor area is very spacious and enjoyable. The heated pool was great fun. We all spent hours in there every day. And if you get bored with that, you can play on the school oval and playground through the gate in the back fence. There were a few minor problems that we were able to work around. Didn't feel we needed to bother the landlord about them, but I'll communicate them privately afterwards. We had no concerns about safety for the kids. The house is well set up for them, with plenty of toys (including pool toys), games, and books to keep them occupied. The gates at top and bottom of the stairs meant we didn't have to watch the toddler so closely. The floor is tiled from entry through kitchen/meals to the sliding door leading to the patio, so people can go to the toilet from the pool without getting carpet wet. We rarely left the house in the 5 nights we were booked as we had everything we needed here. There is a shopping centre only a few hundred metres away. The town centre and beach is only a few kms. Queenscliif, Point Leonard and Barwon Heads are only 15-20 minutes’ drive. We would happily come back here.
