The vacation was really great and relaxing. The view of the sea was amazing. We can highly recommend the house of Srdan. Srdan is a great host. A coffee from the master bedroom bed is a morning chore.

Großartiger Urlaub
Die Lage mit kurzem Gehweg zum Meer und einem Olivenhain, der Platz für Frisbee, Volleyball und Federball bietet ist sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse wird nur noch vom Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon übertroffen.
Der Pool bietet für drei Kinder ausreichend Platz zum tauchen und toben mit dem Papa. Tolle Grillabende auf der Küchenterrasse haben dann wieder zur Stärkung beigetragen.
Vielen Dank auch nochmals an den überaus freundlichen Vermieter.
Das Haus ist nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Fabulous holiday home in Istria
I was lucky enough to spend 6 weeks at the villa combining work and holiday. It was what I hoped for and more - definitely recommended for large groups/families. This is a very quiet and safe location, the villa is well equipped with everything you need and the local area is wonderful - amazing beaches - with stunning sunsets every evening. Peroj is a charming village with very good local services - bakery, greengrocer, fish stall, good pizzeria. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough - you will have an amazing holiday here.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool
Wir waren mit unseren Ferienhaus in Peroj rundum zufrieden.
Es war alles vorhanden was unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat.
Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen und Infos erreichbar.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem Haus für 2 Wochen, uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Es gibt einen sehr schönen Poolbereich und einen tolle Sitzecke mit Grill.
Von den oberen Zimmern hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer.
Das Grundstück hat eine tolle Lage am Meer, welches gut zu Fuß in 15min erreichbar ist.
Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen!

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Villa
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen; alles ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool und der traumhafte Sonnenuntergang, den man vom oberen Balkon erleben kann, sind echte Highlights.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Die Villa würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie anderen Urlaubern nur empfehlen.

Fantastische Ferien
Grandioses Objekt mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen von Terrasse und den Balkonen. Der Pool ist einzigartig erfrischend - im Gegensatz zum Meer - und absolut sauber. Der auf den Bildern sichtbare Olivenhain gibt großartigen Auslauf für Vierbeiner. Srdjan kümmert sich liebevoll, gibt tolle Tips für die Umgebung und hat uns auch einen zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm aufgestellt. 2 Mountainbikes stehen für die Fahrt zum nahen Minimarkt, zum Fischstand und zum Erkunden der näheren Umgebung bereit. Im Garten wachsen Feigen, die wir eingeladen wurden zu genießen. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Urlaubserlebnis!

Wir waren als Familie total begeistert, vom Haus, der Blick, die Ausstattung (Fön, BügeleisenHandtücher usw.) und vor allem dem Pool, der sogar in der Nacht beleutet war. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, den man bei Bedarf immer ansprechen konnte. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Peroj, Natur Pur.
Strand ist 10 min entfernt, mit Beachbar usw. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus!

Tolle Villa
Klasse Villa am Ortsrand von Peroj. Die Villa ist freistehend, umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf das Meer. Die kleinen Läden und Restaurants von Peroj sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso das Meer (keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Villa verfügbt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder sowie einer separaten Toilette. Die Küche ist großzugügig, offen gestaltet und war sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffemaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Töpfe etc.). Auch die nötigsten Utensilien zum Kochen waren bereits vorhanden. Der Pool sowie der Holzkohlegrill waren ein echtes Highlight. Auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Unser Gastgeber Srdjan war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit zu erreichen und hatte auf Wunsch stets einen gute Empfehlung für Restaurants und Ausflüge.
Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiteremfehlen und werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Me and my extended family had the most amazing time at Sergio and Danijela villa.
We stay at the villa for one week, there was 5 Adults in our party ages 49 to76 and they where all catered for with enough beds and bathrooms. The villa was lovely and clean and all home comforts thought of, there was no kettle only a coffee machine when we arrived and being English we needed a cup of tea especially the oldies and we needed more pillows ,we asked Sergio about a kettle he roughly new what we ment,said he would get one the next day and within the hour he was back with New kettle and pillows, he said good old mum new what we ment and had one. Nothing was to much trouble, his wife even made cakes for us and give us some of there home made olive oil (lovely). Now to the villa the outside space is so relaxing and quiet plenty of space for all of us not to be on top of each other, the pool was a bonus a little cold when you get in but you soon warm up when your in and a welcome relief from the hot sun (pool was 23 degrees) inside lovely big sofa and Tv with Netflix and dining table plus a well equipped kitchen. The sea view from all the balcony’s during the day and night where lovely. The local village has a small supermarket and bakery plus a couple of restaurants and a takeaway pizza shop all within walking distance (15mins), sorry we didn’t try any as the older group prefer to go to the next village on Fazana and walk along the marina with a sea view and lots of restaurants and cafes .

Ein Haus mit viel Komfort und hilfsbereiten Vermietern
Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Anwesen liegt zurückversetzt am Ortsrand, so dass man vom Verkehr nicht viel mitbekommt.
Die Ausstattung war voll in Ordnung, der Vermieter besorgte nach der gemeinsamen Besichtigung des Hauses gleich noch ein paar fehlende Kleinigkeiten. Sogar ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm wurde auf Wunsch noch am Anreisetag bereitgestellt. Außerdem war der Vermieter stets erreichbar und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt nach den Wünschen der Mieter zu gestalten.
Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiß war, waren die Klimaanlagen im Haus ein echtes Plus, auch der Pool vor der Terrasse war stets in Benutzung. Ein echtes Highlight! Da abends öfter Moskitos auftauchten, gab uns der Vermieter einige Mittel für die Abwehr für draußen und innen.
Da es mehrere Balkone und Terrassen gibt, kann man im Außenbereich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmerbalkon auf das Meer ist wunderbar.
Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden. Für Großeinkäufe kann man nach Fazana (Supermarkt Plodine in 10 Minuten erreichbar) fahren.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht nicht unbedingt im heißen August.
