We stayed here for a girls trip and couldn’t have picked a better place. So clean, cute and right on creek. Close to hiking. We saw a deer and bear.

The property and location were wonderful. Just awesome. We enjoyed our stay and it was full if information and amenities for every need. To say it was clean is an understatement. We would definitely return if possible.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The house was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Our favorite part was the creek in the back. Our first night there a mule deer came down to feed along the banks. Every afternoon after that, we sat outside just listening to the water.
We did not use the kitchen so I can't comment on anything there. Lots of towels were provided in the bathrooms.
Location of the house was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in Co Springs. We loved the neighborhood with all of its trees and greenery.
Host was communicative and very nice.
My only complaint would be that the guest bedroom bed is very bouncy and should probably be replaced. It was fine to sleep on by myself but with another person would likely have been difficult as it bounced every time you moved.
Otherwise, this property was wonderful and we would gladly return.

What a great trip! Our daughter moved out to Colorado Springs late 2023 and this was the first time we were able to get out (from MI) to see her. Sandi's place was perfect. She has thought of everything. The house was spotless, roomy, comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Four adults had more than enough room. Out the back is a deck over Cheyenne Creek. You can sit and listen to the creek, watch birds and maybe even see a bear! At the bottom of the tiered deck is a patio area with a bbq and table and chairs if you want to eat outside. Many sites in a short drive from the house and a few you can even walk to. This will be the first place we check when we come back for another visit.

My husband asked me to find a house near a stream and this house fit the bill! The house is beautiful and comfortable. Not only that, you are walking distance from great hikes and the Broadmoor. We enjoyed some wonderful walking/hiking excursions. The house is also located about 7 minutes from the Zoo and 15 minutes from the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak train. I recommend this home. Thank you!

Lovely 2-night stay at Sandi’s beautiful home on the creek! Squeaky clean, well stocked, upgraded bedding, towels and paper goods. The view of the creek from the balcony cannot be beat. We spent a lot of time enjoying the peace and quiet - and enjoyed listening to the water at night from the bedroom window. Do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed.

This home is truly a paradise! It is exactly what you expect from the photos. Our favorite part is taking in the natural beauty (literally steps from the house) in the various creek-side seating areas. Everything about our experience was excellent.

This property exceeded my expectations. It Is perfectly located to do all of the wonderful things COS has to offer. Very cozy vibe and its proximity to the creek make it a must for nature lovers or anyone needing to just be. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Looking forward to our next visit!

This place is immaculate and gorgeous-inside and out. We loved listening to the creek and sitting on the deck reading and listening. Quiet, wooded neighborhood close to the Broadmoor Hotel. Within walking distance of many places. This was a fabulous stay and we intend to be back next time we’re in the area!

Our vacation goals were relaxation and nature. This property fit the bill in every way. The entire home is well equipped with a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and good linens. As others have stated, the relaxing creek is perfection and we were outside soaking it up every morning and evening. The owner, Sandi was wonderful and responsive, even when we had to change our stay due to a work conflict. We would love to visit again!

Loved staying at this property! Was spotless, had all the amenities you would ever need and the location was incredible. Loved hearing the creek sound from the deck area. We also were very close to a cute little coffee shop called Sacred Ground. You could walk there and was a fun morning outing. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything in the description of this lovely home was right on. It felt like heaven to me sitting outside in the cool morning, a blanket around me, doing my reading with a cup of coffee. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of if you wanted to cook there. We only used the toaster and kurig. Everyday was a new adventure. We planned one excursion a day and there is so much to see in Colorado Springs. Garden of the Gods, Olympic museum (which we loved). 7 Falls, Pikes Peak, we took the Cog railroad, visiting the Broadmoor, it is beautiful, we had a lunch there. There are also several small museums right near the Broadmoor. They were free and we really enjoyed watching the video about the car race up to the Peak. Several of the cars are there. All in all, it couldn’t have been a better vacation. The beds were comfortable and Sandi was so responsive if you had a question. Sure hope we go back there again🤗

We played a lot of pickleball and enjoyed to courts at Bearcreek park and Monument Park. Home was close to both and enjoyed the Cheyenne Zoo, Broadmoor, Pike Petes drive and
Olympic museum.
The rental home well stocked for us to cook most of our meals at home. They had a bullet blender thanks. My husband likes his daily smoothies.

We loved everything about this place. So clean and convenient to everything, including trailheads. Don’t miss the Columbine trail near the house, and the sunsets at the North Cheyenne Mountain trail are beautiful. Photos don’t do it justice.

Absolutely flawless! The house was beautiful, immaculately clean and comfortable. And the backyard creek and decks were just unbelievable for a place in the city. We walked to the coffeehouse every morning, and nothing we wanted to do was more than a 20 minute drive.

Our stay was excellent in every way.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Had a little mountain stream directly out the back. Had wonderful accommodations as far as a back deck, sitting area along the running stream, a cookout area with grill and table/chairs. Was a great location in town and to get places. Just down the street from mountain trails. Deer walking through. Easy to work with the property manager, who kept me informed as needed. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property!!

I attended a conference at the Btoadmoor and it was the best location ever! The house and creek were beautiful. I can’t wait to come back and stay!!

I would highly recommend this home as it was clean, equipped with comforts of home, and had a very responsive owner. The home had a very welcoming feel and was well maintained. Bonus points to the creek at the rear of the home cascading over rocks enjoyable from the deck, or just listening through the open windows. The home is with in walking distance to the lower entrance to North Cheyenne Mountain for great hiking. Great central location for many of the sights to seen in the Colorado Springs area.
