I will return: wonderful accommodations, clean, spacious room, professional staff, dog friendly.

The 80s and 90s music playing in the lobby, cleanliness, decor, professional and kind staff (Becky at check in and Sheldon at check out), and especially the housekeeping! Saturday we came back to our beds made incorporating our blankets and pillows. What a nice and personal touch. Breakfast fruit was fresh and delicious, enjoyed the eggs and potatoes.

For the price of breakfast, could you please add yogurt choices, a waffle maker, and cook the sausage links a little bit more?

We asked for the room to be cleaned, new towels, trash out, etc. We were met with some resistance. It was done, but we did not like the pushback.

Clean, modern, attractive lobby with bar. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows. Good staff at reception and bar.

only stay here if you have too.

Too expensive, did not eat at this place, as far as I could tell, neither did anybody else. Food looked stale. Hampton Inn hotel which is own by Hilton is free.

For the price you pay, breakfast should be free. Hampton Inn is definitely much better, and so is the staff. The person working the breakfast area was not friendly.

Was there for a ball tournament, the staff helped do much with our stay and helping with accommodations.

The breakfast was misleading. You have to pay extra for breakfast. It is called a buffet, but the server prepares your plate. You don’t get to choose your own food.

Lovely decor, friendly and respectful staff, clean, comfortable rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn - Gastonia exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast our last morning there and enjoyed the food very much. I would definitely stay there again! My husband is a master plumber and there is usually something wrong with the plumbing every place we stay, but not this time. He had NO complaints about the plumbing at all. That's outstanding!

All in all it was amazing!

The staff was amazing. We were traveling with our two small dogs. The pet area was very well maintained. we had a minor hitch in our room upon arrival and it was handled very quickly! The front desk staff was so kind. We enjoyed our stay ! Will most likely stay again soon!

I am not a fan of the front door being locked down from 11pm until 5am. Especially when you can’t get in with your room key. We got there from the casino at 4am. We called and called but no one answered the phone. We managed to figure a different way in but it was frustrating for a few minutes!!

Be mindful of other guests please.

The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Some other guests were too loud. Loud music, speaking out really loud with laughter and screams all night. Making it impossible to sleep. The noise was just too much. And literally all night. Please guest, let's be mindful of others when in public.
