The Property

Take in the stunning views and sunsets while relaxing around the pool or retreat inside to cool down in this 2,550-square-foot newly furnished home, equipped with 5 - 55inch flat screen TVs, direct TV service and Wi-Fi. The space is bright and spacious with all the comforts of home.

If cooking isn't your thing not to worry there are restaurants galore just a short drive away.
The Gold Canyon Area is well known for the fantastic hiking, biking, horseback riding and ATV trails, with trails heads only 2 miles away. If Golfing is your thing there are many courses to choose from just minutes away. The Gold Canyon Golf Course is rated one of the top courses in Arizona featuring, Dinosaur Mountain Golf Course and Sidewinder Golf Course.

Shop, Shop and more Shopping, while some like to golf others like to shop. Only 20 minutes away you while find endless shopping and restaurants. One of our favorite outdoor Shopping Malls and Dining is located at San Tan Village 25 miles away.

When you are ready to relax from your outings this is where you want to be. Relax, Refresh, Rehydrate and Rejuvenate while lounging by the pool or having a swim. There is an option to heat the pool for $20 a day just ask me to send you a quote if you are interested in this. The pool would be heated to 86.

The best is yet to come with this western facing patio as the sunsets are sensational in the Gold Canyon, Arizona area. Finish off the evening relaxing under the stars. Absolute Perfection!

The location of this home is perfect. You are just far enough away to give you the retreat you need however only 35 minutes to Phoenix Airport and various attractions. Take in Spring Training Baseball at one of the many stadiums in the area. Check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction. Or the Renaissance Festive only miles away.

The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool was perfect. We spent every afternoon soaking up the sun and enjoying the mountain views. I was a little concerned because the view in the pictures looks so beautiful it almost looks photoshopped, but that is the actual view! It’s a bit of a drive to get to most attractions and restaurants, but it’s definitely worth it to be surrounded by the mountains. Jane was excellent at communicating everything we needed to know before our trip. I highly recommend this house. Would definitely stay there again.

House was wonderful, really enjoyed the pool, everything was very clean and well stocked, even though the weather was really hot, inside the house was perfect temperature, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Stayed a week for a sisters getaway, location and views were great! Ran low on tp, and trash bags so had to buy some. Didnt realize the pool had a light til night 3 but reached out and got it on. Had a great time!

Wonderful location on the golf course with beautiful views and wildlife. Home was comfortable and had everything that we needed, plus much more. There was a slight smell that made me wonder if it was previously smoked in.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were very nice. The view is fantastic. Our family of five was very comfortable. Jane was wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We loved our week here! We would love to come again, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at a resort like home in Gold Canyon in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains. House was comfortable, and it had everything that we needed! We came to Gold Canyon mid December for my brothers destination wedding. The wedding was nearby so the house was very convenient. When we walked in from flying all day-the house felt like home. It’s decorated so beautifully, we loved having extra things for our use, the view is just stunning, the rooms/layout was perfect for our group, golf was very fun to play, and we loved having laundry there. We would have used the pool, even getting it heated it was too cold outside for us to enjoy. But it looked like the most beautiful pool area. We will definitely be back. We look forward on bringing our children. They would love everything about this home. Thank you for making it feel like home!

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The property is well kept and well stocked. Highly recommend this property!! Perfect place to stay if you have a family member getting married at The Paseo. If need more room for family members, there is a VRBO .2 miles (10 houses down) on the same street.

We had a wonderful time! Everything you need is there, except for your clothes and food . There was lots of non perishable items and many things for playing bag toss, putting green many games. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quite. We wished the golf course would have been open,but they were seeding. We played two other courses that were less than 20:00 min away. The owner was wonderfully helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend to all.

Had a wonderful time staying at this location. Perfect location if you plan to golf and relax by the amazing pool. Great relaxing neighborhood, feels like home. I'd suggest renting a car as getting around by Uber is the only hard part about your stay in this area. Thanks again Jane!

My family of 4 (all adult) enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. It was close enough to drive to area attractions, but still a quiet tranquil retreat at the end of the day. The views are beautiful! We saw a lot of wild life during our visit. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. Good communication w/ property owner made check-in and check out easy.

We really enjoyed staying at Jane's house. The views really are amazing and made lounging by the pool that much more relaxing. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. It's a bit of a drive from downtown Phoenix, but if your main goal is to relax east of Mesa, then this would be highly recommended. Great for families (we brought our 7yo) and adults would aslo find it enjoyable!
