Very noisy at night, the window was broke and the black fan didn’t work so it was hot!

If you enjoy breathing mold and sleeping in unwashed sheets, book here. Otherwise, spend a little more and stay in a proper hotel. Pictures of bathroom and bedroom are edited and blurred in the places where the ceiling sags and is covered in mold, not to mention the mold dripping down from the rusted vents. We didnt end up staying here and had to request a full refund through Vrbo. In the sketch part of town. Really sucked having to find a place to stay the day of arrival because of dishonest positive reviews and inaccurate room descriptions.

1. Shabby furniture.
2. Upkeep lacking.
3. Roof in bathroom leaking. A/C condensate.
4. Elevators worked only intermitantly.
5. Closets not usable; full of owners belongings.
6. Manager lives in San Diego. Never saw her.
7.Too small for six people.
8. VRBO should drop this facility.

This was a very central location to all the places we wanted to go to. Having a dedicated parking spot (additional cost) on site was a pro for a family that rented a car for the week! The property is older, but the neighbours and quiet and respectful. The washer on the floor was not working, but additional washers and dryers and located on the lower level and across the street at the 24 hr laundromat. Highly recommend this property for a young family!

The property is an older one and a little shabby but spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is just on the edge of questionable neighborhoods however we had no trouble. Security on the property is very tight. The fact that the unit comes with parking is a godsend. There is NO parking nearby.

Great central location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Super quick response with messaging inquiries and questions. Property is very tired. Could do with a refurbishment and new furniture. Good value for money.

We stayed at this property for 9 days. All in all, it was a great spot to rest and have a few meals at home! My mother in law likes to hang her clothes so a few more hangers in the condo would help but other than that, everything was great! We had one issue with parking but the property owners were very responsive and it was handled immediately. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, to great shopping and even to groceries if you didn't have a car (though it would be about a 15-20 min walk from the Walmart if you were getting groceries there which is where we went). All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo!
Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The pictures of the property were overexposed which made the unit look much newer than reality. The cleanliness was a concern as the doors were black with handprints. Not great with covid still an issue. We cleaned the doors and the rest was ok. The contact person was very prompt in responding otherwise. The coffee maker died and she replaced it right away. The place was fine if you plan on being out and about all day and just need a place to put your head down. With a bit of TLC it would be a great place to stay. Parking not available so that was a pain. For anyone renting the unit the cheapest and closest place to park is at the Harbor. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s priority is location and not esthetics.

I had reserved this house because there were 8 of us and I wanted everyone to have a bed The silverware holder had crumbs, some of the dishes had been put away with food stuck on them, there was no toilet paper or, paper towels. There was no fire pit, the heat went off during the night, it was 60 degrees in the morning.

We recently stayed at this condo for a week - myself, my husband, two kids and my sister. The condo was a good jumping off spot for all our sightseeing while in Hawaii. Communication with the host and the check-in process was clear and easy to follow.
The apartment is a little dated, like the rest of the building, but not bad. Given the price per night, I think it’s pretty comparable. The photos do make the space appear larger than it actually was, but we spent a lot of time away from the condo for it to really matter.
There were a few hiccups for the stay (water dripping in the tub after showering, coffee pot not working and not enough plates/cups to dine in the unit) but all in all it was a decent stay. Lots of road/city noise but that’s to be expected in an area like Waikiki.
Overall, I’d give the rental 3.5-4 stars out of 5.

Our stay was excellent, Hazel our host was outstanding. We had a bathtub faucet that had a bad drip. She had a repairman fix it immediately. The condo was plenty room for the 5 of us. The balcony view was wonderful. The building is secure and centrally located to everything in Waikiki. We will stay here again if available on our next visit.

Do not trust this listing. The condo is nothing like the pictures. Dirty blankets, sticky floors, dirty peeling walls. There was mold in the bathrooms and big traps everywhere.

We were a little disappointed in the building itself, very old and the suite was dated. It was clean. And we didn’t spend a lot of time there but gave us a place to sleep. Would have liked a second set of beach towels as they don’t dry fast enough between days. There also was no laundry card in the suite so we could not use the machines. We enjoyed the walk downtown and how close it was to main highways.

We had a large family of 7 that was supposed to stay here. After seeing the size my parents decided to stay elsewhere. It's a very nice place and I'm sure with the area that it's a good size, it had all the amenities and the host was very sweet.

Great Space
We loved our time here! There was plenty of space, a cozy balcony, and nice central location. Instructions for check-in were very clear and made things a breeze. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view off the balcony. We didn't reserve with enough time to get a parking spot in the garage so had to park around the block. Not too bad all things considered just required a little extra time to head over. Very happy with our stay and host and would recommend. Perfect for our two children and two teen-age grandchildren who came with us.

Perfect spot in Waikiki
We paid for the parking spot even though we were able to walk most places. It is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Hazel was an amazing host and responded very quickly and gave us everything we needed to check in easily. If I could change anything about the property, I would request more pillows (I personally had to use a couch cushion but everyone else was fine) and maybe add a clock or two. Otherwise, this was perfect for our group of 5!

We are definitely coming back.
Property owner/manager was amazing, responsive and helpful. Let us check out late. Condo is in great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants etc, beautiful views. Nice sheltered pool. Security. Furnishings are beachy and charming. Very quiet. We were initially a bit disappointed at overall cleanliness, but owner immediately offered to send maid back in. The only real complaint is that we wished we knew there was no parking anywhere close for less than $35US/day. But this place is perfect if you are not renting a car. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
