Is OK for one night. The location is perfect. Maybe if they will improve the interior finishes, they will deserve a 10+.

For us it was the best location to visit the center of Thessaloniki. Very nice host, thank you Maximus!

A little bit oldish furniture for my taste, but is ok for only one night. It smells like urine in the room just before the toilet bit probably is just the smell of an old house. Also, it would help that the soundproofing is improved because the noise of the outside motorcycles can be disturbing as well as the noise of the construction works in front of the building.

The place was very clean and nice with a good city location. We would recommend it to anyone who likes old but fashioned style of interior.

Maximus is incredible host, has thought of everything beforehand and made our stay great!

Perfect Location, Everything is very close shops, restaurants, seaside when on the other hand its very nice and quite neighbourhood. Maximus is really a superhost! He was very helpful, provided us with recommendations where to go, what to eat and generally how to enjoy our stay. He goes extra mile to support you and help you even with the transportation, pickup/drop off, storing your lagguage and just being a good friend of yours in Thessaloniki. House has incredible vibe of intelligence Thessaloniki, very cozy, comfortable and fully equipped to make your visit to the city wonderful!

Unique and memorable.

As this is an apartment, breakfast is not provided, however the kitchen is fully equiped for you to make your own. You can buy everything you need within a few minutes walk. The apartment is as you see in the photographs. It is exquisite with a high level of restoration. The furniture, fixtures, bed linen, towels etc high quality. The location is excellent with many places to eat within walking distance. Maximos the host is speedy to reply and is friendly and informative. The small lift to take you from the ground floor to the apartment always put a smile on my face. Will definitely come back and will recommend to family and friends.

Exceptional

Lovely apartment, decorated with taste, in perfect condition. The location is also ideal, close to the sea, restaurants and main public transport lines. The host was extremely helpful and available during our entire stay. His recommendations made our stay even more unique. Thank you Maximos!

Loved it!

Stunning apartment - really beautiful and exceptionally clean with great attention to detail

The shower was handheld but it was not really an issue for us as the bathroom was nice and cosy :)

Superb

The host, Maximos, was absolutely great - it was like having your own personal concierge. He contacted us with lots of restaurant choices and made the booking for us. He also booked our taxis to and from the airport. He was available on Whatsapp whenever we had a question or needed some help - we felt really welcome and that he really wanted us to enjoy our stay and get the best out of our visit to Thessaloniki.

There are no views out of any window but it is a really central location - so fair enough. The apartment is on the 4th floor and we did not like the very small lift - so it was excellent exercise going up and down the stairs !

beautiful historic house and flat, decorated and equipped with style and dedication, super clean, top location, very friendly host. we booked only half a day in advance, and it was no problem at all. parking „karavan sarai“ 5 min. away is perfect to leave the car.

at the moment, the major construction site opposite the house is noisy like hell. but this will be over one day and is nobody‘s fault.

Great 2 Bedroom Apartment in downtown Thessaloniki

Lovely apartment furnished and finished with a great eye for design, we loved the interior. Close to the restaurant and bar district.

The road below was quite noisy and there was no wall mount for the shower which made showering a challenge.

Very enjoyable stay

What a fantastic apartment! It's comfortable - the beds, sheets, towels excellent quality and the kitchen is full of little extras. The whole apartment has character, all full of antiques, and made us feel like we are in an old movie, which is one of my favorite things when traveling. It's old but very clean and well kept, as if frozen in time. The location is perfect - everything is within walking distance. We got great recommendations for the area from the host. Will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

The location is superb - it is centrally located and we were able to walk to all the attractions. The apartment is spacious, super clean and comfortable. Maxim is a great host - he is super helpful and really went the extra mile.

The lift is a little temperamental. We stayed during the weekend and it did get quite noisy outside at night - it didn’t bother us but it might bother others
