Welcome to our home It's a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sleeps 4, private pool, outdoor covered patio This 1653 square house has private fenced in yard has 2 mature fruit trees (grapefruit, & tangelo oranges, private pool and a covered patio space great for grilling..

The house has 2bds/2baths, with King size bed in master and King size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching TV in the comfort of your bed.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a large closet and the 2nd bathroom is right next door. Plus a Smart TV.

The living room has a big sectional for plenty of seating, a 60" Smart TV equipped to log into Hulu, Amazon, Netflix etc.. and cable TV the house is equipped with WIFI.

The dining room located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to have friends over for dinner.

Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.

Just 5 minutes from the 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping and the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring training site for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. You're are also about 20 minutes from the Glendale Arena - home of the Phoenix Coyotes and the nearby University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.

We do have a heated pool, but we DO NOT heat during the months of Nov-March. If you would like it heated during that time there is an extra fee.

We really enjoyed the property! The pool was great, the house was roomy and clean. Location for us was perfect! A/C worked great, lots of ceiling fans for circulation and cooling! The master King bed was very comfy! The second King bed was just ok. Ice maker worked great! We would definitely stay here again.

This home is amazing!! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. We went to the grocery store and stocked the frig and freezer and made most of our meals. The bed was as comfy as our bed at home. The pool is amazing. We waited until around 4pm when the shade was over the pool and spent a lot of our evenings lounging and enjoying the bath water temp pool. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and close proximity to stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed all mornings sitting on the back patio drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to plan our next trip. It was one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations we have ever taken.

We could not be happy with the owner and their home.Quiet surroundings and close to everything. Great communication with owner.Enjoyed pool and patio everyday.Home was very clean.slept like a baby in comfortable king size bed.Wonderful bathroom and shower.Spacious living area with large couch and tv.Kitchen with new appliance's ,clean and well supplied. Could not be happier with our choice.

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving 2023 to visit family in the local area. This property is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the owners were very responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. Highly recommend!!!!

We loved staying at this home. It had a very well stocked kitchen and the pool area was incredible! The bedrooms were very spacious and the other areas were very cozy with comfortable furniture! We ate most of our meals outside and enjoyed grilling steaks on the massive gas grill! The firepit was nice too! We loved the quiet neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

The house is even better than pictured. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The covered patio, shade trees, multiple seating areas and heated pool allowed you to spend alot of time outside (in and out of the sun). Other highlights include large eating and living areas, bicycles, multiple large TV's, and fruit trees (when in season).

This has been our 5th stay since we started coming in 2021. We continue to enjoy our time here. Close to several hiking areas and the relaxing back yard for the remainder of the day. Gina and Lance have been good hosts and are a call away when/if needed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, all the comforts of home! My sister-in-law and her husband joined us for a few nights, love the two big bedrooms. Pool was wonderful! We enjoyed the grapefruit tree, they were so sweet, I peeled one and ate it like an orange! Plenty of places to eat nearby, Starbucks and Frys just a few minutes away! Very relaxing!

It’s a great place from which to venture out and mountain hike, golf, eat out at very good restaurants, buy groceries at nice nearby stores, go to public libraries, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 24-day stay. We had a hiccup with the hot tub but the owners dealt with it as quickly as they could. The pool is perfect. The hot tub is quite old and should probably be replaced or taken out. Lots of room, happy hubby because the owners have the NHL package so he didn’t miss one Flames game. Barbecue was great and used several times. Will probably book this property again!

This was by far the nicest rental home we have ever stayed in, and we've rented a lot of nice properties. The hosts were fabulous to work with, the home was so comfy and well appointed, the amenities were awesome, and the location was perfect. I don't have enough superlatives to express my complete satisfaction of this rental experience. If it was an option, I'd give it higher than 5 stars. We definitely would rent this home again.

The minute we walked in the door, we were super impressed with this house! It had everything we needed to make our week stay in Phoenix absolutely perfect. We made good use out of the backyard & BBQ, and really enjoyed the pool given the hot August weather and humidity! The house is beautifully decorated inside & out, and is situated in such a nice neighborhood. We walked or biked regularly every morning - and everyone we met was so friendly!! The owner, Gina, was great to deal with, making check-in and check-out super smooth and flawless! We highly recommend this home and these owners - we can't wait to go back!! Great house for 2 couples. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities. Several golf courses close by. Backyard gets sun from morning to evening. Host were great to deal with and quick to respond to questions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything about the property was impeccable, inside and out! The pool was a welcoming plus on those super hot days!! The owners think of every detail!! We own a timeshare and are used to supplying our own laundry supplies, food condiments, etc. But Gina has it covered. We didn’t have to worry about any of that. A small but very welcome detail. We will definitely stay here on a future visit.

We absolutely enjoy spending time at this house in Arizona. Gina/Lance have all of the needed amenities to make our trips a time to relax and enjoy. Coming from Wisconsin we love the weather here. Mornings we spend hiking and enjoying what Arizona has to offer. Afternoons and evenings is the time to enjoy the fabulous backyard. Recent updates to the outside seating area was also very enjoyable and comfortable. We enjoy this so much we have additional trips planned. Thanks again for sharing your home with others.

We’ve rented this property four times as it has everything we’re looking for in our winter getaway. We are mountain hikers & golfers, and wonderful trails & golf courses are nearby. We like to bike & bikes are available to use. We’re swimmers and the backyard pool is great. The driving in the safe and very well-kept neighborhood includes easy access to good grocery (& other) stores, great restaurants and public libraries. The house and backyard are beautiful and practical. The owners are excellent with whom to work.
