This apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Granada. Tour groups thronged by below and would have envied our quiet location above if they had known about it. Parking worked out well. We were especially happy for the weekend produce market where we bought beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables. The host checked on us and we were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a special place to soak in the sun and views all around.

This apartment is small but had everything my family of 5 needed for a very comfortable stay. It has been updated with modern amenities and the functioning AC was a welcome relief during record breaking heat. The location was the best! It is right in the heart of the Albayzin which was perfect for an elderly parent and 8yr daughter. Restaurants and markets are conveniently located right outside the apartment. Plaza St Nicolas is a short walk away and has the best view of Alhambra. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We loved our stay here and wished we had stayed longer!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Sie bietet alles was man für ein Aufenthalt in Granada braucht. Das beste jedoch aber ist die Lage. Man ist direkt im Albaicin. Gemütliche Tapas Bars, Restaurants, kleine Kunsthandwerk Geschäfte. Alles ist sofort erreichbar, Zum Mirador San Nicholas sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Granada hat ein sehr gut funktionierendes System von Mini Bussen. Praktisch überall Haltestellen und die Buspreise sind sehr moderat. Es lohnt sich also das Auto am vorgeschlagenen Parkplatz übrigens kostenlos abzustellen! Wir haben auch den Aufenthalt auf der Dachterrasse Abend sehr genossen. Alles in allem eine perfekte Wahl für ein paar Tage in Granada

Located within the the old moorish Albaicin area with fantastic views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. It’s hilly so bring your walking shoes. The flat is above a super market and entered via a key code supplied by the owner prior to your visit. The entrance is in the alleyway leading to a plaza. Parking is just a few minutes walk away and supplied by the owner. Don’t try and drive to the property, the streets are very narrow and covered in pebbles. The flat has a shared rooftop terrace that is ideal for chilling - but it was too cold to use on our visit. The flat is well supplied for everything self catering. Shops and eateries are on your doorstep with plenty of suggestions by the owners. Maps are supplied but be warned they are difficult to follow until you go exploring. Prices are low in this district compared to downtown Granada. We walked down beautiful narrow streets to the busy centre, with glimpses of the Alhambra and snow capped mountains behind. A guided tour of the Alhambra is a must, but book well in advance. Our walk from the flat to our meeting point took approx 35mins. It’s hilly, but iyou should try the local buses. We caught the C34 bus from downtown, travelling up through the gipsy caves in Sacromonte, being dropped off close to our flat. Try the cheese cake from the local bakery and the flamenco dancing at Jardine’s, again close to the flat. We only had sangria but the food looked good, albeit a little more expensive than local eateries. Lots of expensive looking shops downtown, and we’d suggest a visit to the cathedral and resting place of Ferdinand and Isabella. A complete contrast to the cathedral itself. Overall the flat was perfect for our short visit. Thanks Samar we loved our stay.

Prachtige locatie, schoon en netjes. Parkeerplaats boven de wijk inbegrepen. Prima plek om lopend door de levendige steegjes de hel stad te verkennen. We hebben ook genoten van onze autotocht naar de Sierra Nevada.

El departamento es muy confortable y esta ubicado en Plaza Larga, el mejor lugar de Albaycin. El moviliario es moderno y completo. El sistema de ingreso es por clave y eso resulto muy comodo considerando que eramos 5 personas adultas. Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias!

El apartamento está situado idealmente. El balcón da a una plaza a animada pero bien aislado, el ruido no molesta. Bares y comercios a proximidad. Autubus a 5min. Alhambra a 25 minutos a pie. No os perdáis las vistas desde el mirador de San Miguel, a 15 minutos a pie. Tras 4 días no hemos encontrado ningún inconveniente.

The apartment is great, two bedrooms full equipped, a good size kitchen and a dining room well prepared. I recommend the apartment being its greatest assest the location in the hearth of Albaicin. The parking is also a plus

On a local plaza above a grocery store. In the col Albaicin neighborhood. bonus: came with parking! Close to the Alhambra (sorry but you will have to walk downhill to the town center and then uphill to the Alhambra) Place worked very well for my wife and I. note: no dishwasher and no washing machine - but it was great for us!

loved staying here, especially the roof terrace and being so near good restaurants and shops. Interesting old area with great views of Alhambra from different vantages. Manager was very helpful giving us tips and ideas. Would definitely recommend staying in this comfortable apartment

Sehr gepflegtes Appartment mit großer Dachterrasse (Blick auf den Generalife), sauber, zentrale Lage, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gemüsemarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Il est situé au centre de Albaycin à côté d une plaza très animée. Entouré de plein de restos, cafés,boulangeries et supermarchés. Cependant c’était un peu difficile de trainer les valises sur les rues pavées étant donné que le Parking est à 5 minutes de marche de l appartement.

Appartement tres propre et fonctionnel pour quelques jours pour 4 personnes dont deux enfants de 8 et 14 ans dans un quartier ou tout est à disposition :marche , restaurants , boulangerie , a 15 mins à pied du centre pour prendre le bus 32 pour aller a l alhambra ( a faire absolument) je recommande aussi le spectacle de flamenco au bout de la rue les jardines de zoyarha : superbe spectacle .... Du vrai flamenco ..... Endroit très bien situé pour visiter grenade que nous avons adoré meme sous trois jours de pluie ....😢� dommage çar la terrasse est superbe Merçi à vous samar pour la communication rapide et l organisation concernant votre appartement

Samar’s apartment was in a lovely area perched on a hillside. We were on a little plaza with restaurants and shopping nearby. It was lively but not noisy at night. The apartment was compact but full of amenities to make our stay comfortable, including maps and information regarding nearby restaurants. The views from the rooftop terrace were lovely.

El apartamento esta nuevo y en un barrio precioso!

This was the perfect place for my 2 college age kids and my husband and I to stay while in Granada after visiting Madrid and Barcelona. It is just as pictured and even better...loved the simple holiday touches they had such as poinsettia, holiday ribbon on the towels, candy in a candy dish etc. It was clean and the sheets and towels even smelled fresh!! Samar answered my e-mail IMMEDIATELY when we had a question about the wifi. GREAT LOCATION AS WELL!! You can walk to everything but be sure to eat at the restaurants overlooking the Alhambra that are basically outside your door!!!

If you like to walk/hike(we do), want the historic Granada experience, this is the place.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento molto pulito, attrezzato e confortevole; eravamo in tre persone, ma si sta comodamente anche in quattro/cinque. Vicino ad ogni necessità. Pur essendo affacciato sulla bella piazzetta è molto tranquillo. La posizione dell'abitazione è molto comoda per la visita della città ed è situata nel quartiere di Albaicin in cui si respira una vera atmosfera andalusa. Samar è stato molto preciso nelle indicazioni e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. Molto utile e comoda la possibilità del parcheggio per l'auto a pochi passi dalla casa. Granada è veramente bella e i suoi abitanti estremamente accoglienti. Grazie Samar, ti auguriamo di continuare a raccogliere soddisfazione dal tuo attento lavoro!

The place has everything you need for a vacation, it was super clean too , the views from the terrace are amazing, you can enjoy a drink while watching the mountains or the city . The place is located at 10 minutes walk from most of the places to visit. I love the location , the property is on top of a mini market where you can buy most of the things you need. I was surprised how soundproofed the property was, I thought we were going to have the noise of the street but as soon as the windows were closed the noise disappeared. The parking was 3 to 4 minutes walk from the property. You can drive to the property but I dont recommend it as the streets are too narrow and theres no place to park. Esta propiedad tiene todo lo necesario para ir de vacaciones. Las vistas de la tarreza son increíbles. El lugar estaba muy limpio. Todo queda muy cerca a 5 o 10 minutos caminando. El estacionamiento está a 3 o 4 minutos caminando. De veras le recomiendo esta propiedad.
