We would like to come back with some issues and explanations from our side for the property. First of all at our arrival the house was not clean. There where long brown dog hairs all over the property which made clear for us there was a dog just before our stay. The stray animals(which we never fed as demanded in the contract), there were stray cats all day over the property which explains the animal feces. If the house owner was not aware of the stray cats it would not have been written in the contract. For the stains on the sofa, the door of the kitchen was open the time we were in the house even when we were downstairs in the garden so a cat could easily enter the house. Beside that I have some other things to point out. In the contract is written that the cleaning lady would come twice a week to clean, change towels and bedlinen. She only came once in our 2 -week stay. Which made me vacuum everyday, I also cleaned the house 2 times with water and the teras was cleaned entirely 2 times a week by myself. The apartment downstairs was unlivable because of the moisture odor. So was one of the small bedrooms where I put some clothes of my husband that I needed to wash after because of the moist. The pool was broken, tiles fall of during our stay so we were scared There was a broken cabinet in the kitchen alsi broken glass in one of the drawers. We could not enjoy during the daytime to be outside because there were major works from both sides of the house thar were

Wij zijn een week in de villa Can esparta geweest en het was fantastisch. Wij huren vaak een huis op ibiza en zijn dus wel kritisch inmiddels maar dit huis is echt heel fijn. Ruim, mooi ingericht, met verschillende niveau's (dakterras, zwembad, tafeltennis en binnenkort ook nog een gym en bubbelbad) Ontvangst was heel gastvrij, Juan is een attente en aardige gastheer die er alles aan zal doen om het verblijf goed te laten verlopen. Strand Cala Vadella is op loopafstand via een trap en anders 2 min met de auto. Wij waren met 4 volwassen kinderen en zij genoten ook van het dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Dank eigenaresse Camilla en gastheer Juan en graag tot een volgende keer.

Quite simply, one of our best holidays ever

Quite simply, one of our best holidays ever

From the moment we arrived at Can Esparta we knew it was going to be perfect. Our flight arrived early & great communication with Camilla ensured that Juan was expecting us & let us drop our bags & head off to the beach whilst the villa was being prepared. When we came back later all our expectations were met and more; beautifully appointed villa, wonderfully decorated with views to die for. The area itself was ideal; enough going on but not too crowded. Good bars and restaurants with service exceptional everywhere we went. As the island is relatively small it takes only a maximum of 50 minutes to get anywhere. We went on a quad buggy experience, took out a boat from the beach, visited Horse Valley .... all memorable experiences. As we sat at a restaurant on our last evening, watching the sunset, eating wonderful food, we agreed that our holiday had just been perfect and no doubt the foundation of this was the amazing villa. Thank you so much X

We stayed in this great villa during our family holiday. The house is amazing. Great (heated) pool and location is fantastic (5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops). Also the help from Juan was great and any questions were answered on the spot! Would absolutely recommend this to anybody!

We hebben twee super weken gehad, ruim huis ideaal voor twee gezinnen. Locatie is perfect, huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Onderhoudsman John ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij keren hier zeker nog eens naar terug.

We really loved our stay at Can esparta. It's beautifully positioned and having everything centred around the pool worked so well for us. We were two families with children from 3-5 and it was easy to manage the pool and we ate outside every day. The sonos music system with outside speakers was a bonus. Cala Vadella is a fabulous beach and the reason we chose a villa close by. It's a short walk down steep stairs or down a windy road to get to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, air con everywhere and good wifi. The check in and out very easy and the manager Rafael very good. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Relaxing Week

Well situated property in fairly close to the beach in Cala Vadella. Well laid out, clean and well maintained property with all the amenities required for a relaxing holiday stay. Owners and their representatives very helpful with all enquires and ensuring stay was trouble free. We stayed as a family of 3 couples and the property was certainly large enough not to get in each other’s way. Very quiet location and reasonably close to popular beach, that can get busy, either a 10 minute walk down the hill or shorter route via steps next to adjacent property (not recommended at night). A few decent restaurants, couple of bars and a small supermarket located next to the beach – all restaurants ideally situated for a great view of the sunset in the bay over dinner. We hired cars which we found essential to get out and explore the island and found that you could get anywhere pretty much within the hour, even up to Portinax in the North. Bigger supermarkets located in Sant Josep – about 10 minute drive and a great restaurant and bar located in San Augusti (12 mins). San Antoni (if you have to) – 18min drive and Ibiza town around 20mins. Parking on the property or immediately adjacent outside. An excellent week spent in the sun to celebrate birthday with family.

The property is lovely, the view Is something from a postcard. We had no problems with the villa and raph was a highlight on his own! We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any friends or family wanting a nice place to stay. I would say if you are staying here you certainly need a hire car as taxis are very unreliable. Other then that I can only speak highly of this Villa and it's owners.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday

Can Esparta was absolutely superb. We travelled with our two sons, their partners and our two granddaughters. Internally the villa is well maintained with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms (2/3 of the 4 bedrooms with stunning views of the sea) and well designed living areas which are spacious and which flow beautifully. It is one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in. Externally: the pool is fantastic and well used by our family especially granddaughters, it also has great views. With a lovely long table and benches at one end of the terrace and a sofa area at the other end and stunning views, the terrace and pool area were superb. There were two other garden areas also very good. The beach is a short walk down steps or road to a lovely little bay with a few restaurants - great beach for families. Little supermarket also by the beach. The owner was very helpful and responded to emails very quickly. The owners father who oversees the property and met us on arrival was very helpful and a very nice man. He responded very quickly and was with us in a flash when the water went off at the end of our holiday, though it was no fault of Can Esparta but he established it was a broken water pipe in the road which was being repaired and told us when it would be fixed (within hours, and it was). Can Esparta is a wonderful villa in a stunning setting with fantastic accommodation/views and owned/managed by very helpful pleasant people.

We stayed at Can Esparta with our family (two sons, wives and their two one year old babies). From start to finish, everything was superb. Being the grandparents, we had the smaller twin room and this was fine. Every room has air con, although we did not need to use it much. The villa has everything you need including travel cots and high chairs. Raffael, came to meet us on the first morning and was charming. They provide towels for the beach and pool as well as bathrooms. The photos do not do the villa justice - the location is amazing, only 10 mins walk to the most beautiful beach (or you can cut time by using steep steps). There are several fabulous restaurants on the beach as well as a couple of shops and small supermarket. In short, if you want a truly relaxing holiday, you don't need to leave the area. The views from the patio and pool are divine as are the famous Ibiza sunsets. You won't be disappointed - we hope to go back (minus the babies 😎)

Stayed at this wonderful villa with two other couples, each of us with 18-24mn children. Great facilities, gorgeous and peaceful location, easy to find, lovely decor inside, comfortable, clean and a beautiful pool area that became our bbq and dining space in the evenings, looking over a spectacular view of Illa S'Espartar. We miss our villa! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Couldn't not leave feedback after we had such a superb holiday!

This really is a very nice villa with all necessary amenities, located in a lovely area just 20 minutes drive from Ibiza aiport. The villa itself is very welcoming and very tastefully decorated, a home from home! From the time that I booked this holiday and dealt with the owner and his house keeper I have been impressed with their assistance and service! A great holiday had by our family and friends, I would highly recommend Can Esparta!
