We were visiting in the area for a family wedding. Property was great for our family of six adults. The home was well appointed & stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Loved it! This is a beautiful beach house on the ocean w/open concept rooms & fantastic views from 2 decks – You’re literally on the ocean at high tide! It was clean, attractively well-appointed and furnished for comfort and convenience. It’s very welcoming and has 3 bedrooms (note: run and pick the master first – best views, sliders to huge deck high above the ocean, plus it has a ¾ bath w/a great shower), 2 other full baths, 1st floor washer & dryer off the large, equipped kitchen (also with a peaceful view of the ocean when using the sink), no problem w/Wi-Fi and parking for 3 cars, if needed. It accommodated all our needs and some. Bonus: The host was incredible at responding to anything. Note: Since the location is situated in a loop, there were lots of walkers! I’m not a walker but it was for sure motivating - the area is adorable and fun to look at while walking. I would stay again in a heartbeat since this was only 3 nights because we booked late. Next time - at least a week. Its location was perfect for us while visiting family between Hull and Scituate. Plus, we had time to explore the beautiful surrounding area that included the lighthouse three doors down, the harbor w/a ton of restaurants & nearby beaches that allowed the guys to go surf casting (successful) and chill. Great place, great memories. TY

When we arrived with temps in the 90's and found that it was not air conditioned per website I contacted owner. He said he usually installs the units in August! It took him 24 hrs. to come install 2 undersized units in windows. The screen on the bedroom slider was torn and even though he said he'd get his handyman to repair, none ever came.

I booked this stay for my mother’s 60th who is enamored with the ocean, safe to say it was the best decision I’ve made in years. The location is truly unbeatable, right at the lip of the ocean and a stone’s throw to downtown scituate, which had great little shops, scenery, and food. Also conveniently located to other coastal towns worth a day trip. Something to note, we had 7 on our trip and found the sleeping accommodations a little wonky: if you’re traveling with a larger group be prepared to share full beds in two bedrooms, and for some to take twin beds, and/or for someone to take the couch (which is quite comfortable). While this was advertised, after having stayed we think the true comfortable sleep count is lower than 7 people. But this in no way impacted our stay or the trip, would 10/10 stay here again, and if you’re hesitant to book, take the plunge you really can’t beat how great this place is! Kenneth is also super nice and speedily replied to any questions we had!

My best friend and I had a fantastic stay in Scituate. The house is beautifully situated on the sea with double decks, breathtaking views, and comfortable living spaces. Ken was super communicative and quick to respond. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Amazing views and location. Top notch on that front. The property has seen a lot of wear and tear, probably due to the end of the season. Had planned to grill, but that wasn't available. Aside from the master bedroom which has the.killer view, the other room had a so/so mattress. Amazing layout downstairs. Overall a good house and location, just needs some work after the season.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. House is very well equipped. Lots of plates glasses, etc. Can’t speak to cooking utensils since we never cooked. Impressive stock of cleaning supplies & paper goods which is actually surprisingly unusual in rentals. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew, however, Ken was extremely apologetic, responsive & we resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend.

This place was the first one populated as I search filtered beachfront properties specifically. I booked on impulse without seeing that it was actually oceanfront and beach view, not beachfront. It was a great place to stay but disappointed as I only booked for the sole beachfront purpose.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was a real kitchen and fully equipped, and beautiful to look at. There were two decks that look directly over the water and were magnets for everyone in the house. It is a lovely house and highly recommended!

Perfect location. Cannot get any closer to the ocean. Kenneth was very easy to get in touch with. Very responsive.

FYI - if you have big cars parking in driveway is tight. But Kenneth said we could park on gravel driveway next to house and that helped.

The property couldn't have been in a better or more beautiful location in Scituate, right on the ocean as described. We couldn't get over how lovely it was to be right on the water (even in April). House was very clean, great amenities, perfect for our small group of friends in town for a wedding. Host Ken reached out well in advance to give us info about check in and out, and had handy instruction sheet in the home for our stay. Would absolutely stay again!!

I rented this property for the night before and weekend after my wedding for my bridesmaids and I. It was beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood near the lighthouse, and right on the water as described. The layout, room set up, and main floor were even more perfect than photographed and made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Waking up and standing on the master balcony every morning for sunrise was invigorating andade for great photos! The living room and kitchen perfectly accommodated the 7 of us for relaxing in the morning, breakfast, and dinners in the evening. The walk ability to the lighthouse/surrounding beaches was so enjoyable, even in chilly November. I will certainly return to this property in the future for summer get aways and off season relaxation. Thank you Ken for being an amazing host!

Booked this gem for my daughter's wedding weekend. Spacious, clean, comfortable and the view is second to none. The host was extremely attentive when we could not figure out how use the downstairs thermostat. This house made the weekend exactly how we wanted it to. Plus, everyone was jealous of our find.
