Relax on our large balcony directly on the water and enjoy your time on the Emerald Coast. Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country! This condo includes all the amenties you could dream of for your time on the coast. We are continuing to update, so please check back for progress to make your time on the Emerald Coast more pleasurable! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and two bunks and another full bathroom. Plenty of room for 6 people! The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment! From your spacious 16th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of frolicking in the sun, grill a delicious steak and your local catch on one of the many resort grills just a few steps from your balcony. You can also unwind in the beachfront hot tub while the kids enjoy pizza or fun in the resort arcade. Awesome views. Condo was very clean and inviting. Everything on the VRBO site was spot on. Everything you needed in the kitchen if you decided to cook meals.

The stay was fine. Upon walking in, I wouldn’t say that the property matches the pictures upon detail. The bunk beds were very springy (we could feel the springs) and the couch (which turns into a bed) looked worn down from fair wear and tear so my guest and I just slept in the king bed. We did utilize the separate bathrooms to shower and get ready which was useful! The elevators do not have AC so the wait inside of the elevator can be hot when you’re making multiple stops for other guests. I would not stay here again because I would like to experience a more upgraded experience but, this is a good property for anyone that isn’t looking for too many upgrades or an updated property.

Our stay was wonderful! Todd and Shannon were wonderful to work with. I felt they were very caring on ensuring that we arrived safely and that we had everything we needed. I was able to communicate with them on a few things and they were very expedient with their reply. We hope to stay there again. Beautiful place! Thank you so much!

Location was great. View from the balcony was awesome as well. Service from the Tiki bar on the beach was very nice to have. Food from the cafe was really good. I really like the pizza. Only issues we had was with the dryer in the unit. Even though they leave messages on the door saying it is a non exhaustive, energy efficient unit it will not dry the smallest of loads. However, they have a laundry room just down by the elevator we used that did fine. Also, we like our room to be very cool at night and the unit never got below 70 the entire week. It was not a real issue for us except for at night. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and would go back again.

The view is worth it! The condo was clean and orderly. Access to the clean white beach was 10/10. The resort also has additional amenities like onsite food and additional pools. The complex it's self is in good condition and has a good private and secure feel. It is also in close proximity to all the fun activities, and restaurants! Will recommend without hesitation!

We had the best stay here for spring break with our two young kids. The property was perfect for a family! Absolutely amazing location, we had a wonderful stay. The hosts made it so easy for check-in and Check out. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for our kids winter break & had an amazing time! The weather was in the 60s for our trip but between the heated pools & the gorgeous beach, it may as well have been summer. Our unit was clean & well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Planning to return next spring break! Thanks to the host for the beautiful accommodations!

Beautiful views. Excellent location! Clean updated condo, equipped as advertised , pools were nice,tiki hut for an evening / afternoon cocktail, easy access to the beach with space available next to the rental chairs if you didn’t want to rent chairs and umbrellas. ( these were a too expensive ) easy tourist shops nearby to purchase your own beach toys, chairs, towels, shirts etc… The owners were very excellent to work with. Extremely quick to respond to our questions or needs. Definitely would recommend and rent for future trips!

Needs updated. Overall we had a nice stay. We weren't in the room unit except to sleep. The bathroom needed cleaned and looked like it needed updated. The walls in the bathroom were the most dirty, the baseboards throughout the unit needed cleaned. Communication with unit manager was good. She answered right away. There was a small roach in one of the drawers in the kitchen. The dryer did not work, and was supposed to be fixed while we were there but it wasn't. We only stayed 3 nights so it wasn't that big of a deal. We didn't bring a whole lot of clothes. The couch in the picture looks newer than the one that is actually in the unit. The mattress in the master bedroom was super soft and it had a mattress topper on it. Not great if you have back problems. The Pelican Beach Resort overall was good thought. The diner they had downstairs was really good. We ate breakfast there all three days. The pools were nice. Parking was easy. The beach was clean. We had a good short stay overall.

We loved everything about our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. Shannon and Todd were great hosts, communicating everything we needed ahead of time so we had no questions or concerns during our stay. The condo was clean, which is a must for a good review from us. It had new appliances and was well furnished with all the little things that make for a great stay. The bed was comfy as was the couch for afternoon naps. The view from the 16th floor is great and beautiful. The resort was great as well with multiple pools, a tiki bar, and onsite cafe. Like the condo the resort was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again with or without kids next time.

Good communication prior to the stay making everything go smoothly. No surprises due to the good communication. Condo was updated recently. Owners provide basic needs and even have extras to help improve the overall stay. If you are looking tl stay at the pelican beach resort this is a great condo Room is also in a good location. Friends stayed at another condo and had more noise and lighting outside their room.

Not a place for young children. 5 rows of umbrellas makes it impossible to watch young children in the surf. Cannot see boats or dolphins due to lack of view. Four elevators for 400 condos results in up to 30 minutes wait for an elevator ride. 7 parking spots for a couple hundred people registering makes for a poor experience. Would not recommend for anyone.

Great place right on the ocean with a fantastic view. Perfect for a couple with kids as well. Place was clean when arrived. It was my first time in Destin and it will be new vacation spot. Shannon was very communicative throughout the stay. Would high recommend this place!!

The condo was as described and the view was better than can be described! The owners were very responsive to text messages and the small issues were fixed immediately (just a blocked drain on the freezer and a small leak) Our only complaint was the hot tub directly next to the zero entry pool/splash pad does not allow children. This is apparently a new rule and was enforced by certain security guards. It was very inconvenient to be at the kids pool and have to walk to a separate area for the kids hot tub. The beach and pool areas are very nice. The tiki bar/restaurant had great drinks and food. The condo is in a very convenient area for access to restaurants, activities, and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a gym on the property, but it is very small for the number of guest. Overall, our family very much enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying in this unit at Pelican Beach, and we plan to book again next year! The unit is updated and beautifully decorated. The appliances are very nice, beds were comfortable and the condo itself was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the week. We’ll be back!!
