Preiswerte Unterkunft in 30 min Autoentfernung von Cagliari

Nette und bemühte Eigentümer, die mit ihrem Boxer Hund „Pluto“ im gleichen Haus, wie die drei zur Verfügung stehenden Zimmer mit Dusche und WC wohnen, ein Kostenfreies Frühstück (1 x Kaffee/Tee, 1 x 125ml Pfirsich Nektar, 1 x Croissont, 1x Zwieback und 1x 25g Marmelade) ist enthalten, ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ebenso, preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nahe Cagliari.

Abseits gelegen 30 min von Cagliari im Hinterland angeschlossen an Sand-/Schlagloch-Rumpelstraßen, Dusche zu niedrig für Menschen >175 cm, benutztes Toilettenpapier etc. kann nicht runtergespühlt muß gesammelt werden, rigide Anreisezeiten, überall Kameras/Überwachung, wenig Privatsphähre.

Super nette Gastgeber, persönliche Begrüßung. Sehr sauber und wohnlich. Wahnsinns Dusche.

Die Gegend direkt in der Umgebung ist nicht sehr ansprechend, aber man ist schnell am nächsten Strand.

Ok, poca privacy per la nostra stanza.

Gestori molto gentili e accoglienti. La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse vicini nella zona. Struttura silenziosa immersa nella campagna. Pulizia impeccabile, colazione apprezzatissima.

Nella camera (la 1) il bagno era separato con solo una parete a mezza altezza e senza porta. Quindi stanza non adatta magari a tutte le coppie o amici. Nell’annuncio ci sono effettivamente le foto (tra le 130 postate) ma nell’affittare la stanza non ho fatto caso fosse proprio quella. Comunque nel nostro caso poco male. La finestra inoltre dava sulla parte esterna comune e di passaggio, costringendo a chiudere gli scuri. In generale nel nostro caso poca privacy.

Właściciele byli bardzo sympatyczni, pomocni oraz czuliśmy się tutaj jak u siebie w domu. Pokój z łazienką bardzo czysty, śniadanie prze pyszne!!!! Właściciel sam robi croissanty - niebo w gębie. Polecamy jak najbardziej 🫶🏽

Il bagno è di fatto in camera, solo separato da una parete fino quasi al soffitto, questo non è chiarissimo prima di vedere la camera.

Soggiorno perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa bellissima struttura nel mese di agosto. I proprietari Ingrid e Davide sono stati molto gentili e super disponibili nell’assisterci durante la permanenza e nel consigliarci come muoversi al meglio sul territorio. La struttura è molto pulita, curata e ben organizzata. Ottima la colazione! Decisamente consigliata e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. :)

Ein toller Ort, um in ein paar Tagen den Spden Sardieniens zu erkunden

Die Gastgeber Ingrid und Davide sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl bei ihnen, da sie sehr offen sind und sich angenehm um die Gäste kümmern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist zwar ruhig, liegt aber super verkehrsgünstig, um den Süden mit seinen tollen Stränden zu erkunden, entweder in der unmittelbaren Nähe oder in kleinen Tagestouren (Costa Rei, Vilasimmius), man ist auch sehr schnell in Càgliari (ca. 20 Minuten). Das Frühstück ist italienisch, aber da man einen Kühlschrank hat, kann man es unproblematisch nach seinem Geschmack erweitern.

Tutto perfetto

L’accoglienza calorosa, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Ingrid e Davide, premurosi nell’accertarsi che fosse tutto apposto e che non ci mancasse nulla, sempre disponibili per fare due chiacchiere o per dare consigli sulle spiagge o sui migliori ristoranti in zona. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma con una posizione strategica che noi abbiamo usato come base per visitare più zone del sud est. La colazione è semplice, ma c’è tutto il necessario per iniziare la giornata, ottimi i croissant sfornati al momento. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Ottima struttura immersa nella pace

Struttura ben curata e pulita, e proprietari molto disponibili (anche a dare indicazioni su cosa visitare in zona o su dove mangiare). Camera essenziale ma fornita del necessario. Per gli amanti dei cani, il plus della struttura è la mascotte Pluto, un boxer dolcissimo e giocherellone!

Da segnalare che il bagno è un ambiente unico con la camera, quindi la camera è perfetta per le coppie. Colazione essenziale, ma potrebbe essere più varia.

Great stay, highly recommend it!

Great stay, clean room and bathroom, gated private parking. There was a nice communal terrace for the breakfast. The host Ingrid was very friendly and helpful.

It is not a big thing, but the bathroom is open space, there is no door to it and this might be an inconvenience for a couple.

Apartament jest ładny i nienagannie czysty. Szczególnie podobała nam się murowana kabina prysznicowa. Do dyspozycji jest wspólny taras. Miejsca parkingowe są przystosowane do liczby gości, wygodne. Mili i pomocni gospodarze.

Nulla al caso

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato in questa struttura 7 notti dal 13 al 20 giugno e non vorrei essere ripetitiva ma Ingrid e Davide sanno perfettamente come far sentire a "Casa" i proprio ospiti. Pulizia impeccabile , la camera e i servizi sono pieni di piccoli particolari ed accorgimenti che non passano inosservati. La struttura è situata in una zona un po' distante dalla strada principale , raggiungerla comunque non è un problema anche se le strade sono poco tenute, ma appena si apre il cancellone tutto cambia un piccolo angolo di paradiso e pace . Relax e libertà

Colpiti dalla pulizia e dalla simpatia di Ingrid e Davide che malgrado il nostro arrivo anticipato di un giorno, ci hanno accolto come fossimo due vecchi amici. Ci hanno consigliato percorsi a Cagliari e ristoranti tipici. Ho parcheggiato la moto comodamente all'interno della struttura . La colazione è stata degna di nota, ricca e abbondante da consumare sotto il pergolato al fresco nel silenzio della campagna che circonda la struttura. Grazie per l'ospitalità, siamo stati benissimo.

Un posto dove tornare!

Ingrid e Davide sono due persone meravigliose, l’amore che hanno messo in ogni singolo dettaglio ti fa sentire a casa. Il profumo delicato che ti accoglie appena varchi la soglia, la camera pulitissima come tutta la struttura. Colazione servita su un vassoio che si può portare nel patio. E poi i consigli sulle spiaggie da visitare e ristoranti dove cenare! E poi la mascotte della casa il loro meraviglioso amico pelosetto Pluto!

Novembre a Cagliari

La casa è veramente un oasi di relax, grazie alle belle giornate abbiamo potuto goderci la colazione in giardino a novembre. Davide ed Ingrid sono gentilissimi e pronti a consigliare luoghi in zona da visitare e luoghi da visitare! Programmeremo una nuova visita per poter assaggiare un frutto del meraviglioso albero di albicocche che ombreggia il giardino.

Pěkné a čisté ubytování. Venku možnost využít posezení. Úžasní hostitelé Davide a Ingrit. Vždy s úsměvem na tváři. Na zahradě je hravá fenka boxera jménem Pluto. Dobré výchozí místo pro výlety po jižní Sadrinii.

Ingrid e Davide i padroni di casa, sono due persone gentilissime simpatiche ed accoglienti. La stanza pulitissima e spaziosa . Bagno grandissimo e box doccia super super.. Comodissimo spazio esterno x fare colazione o cenare al fresco. Solo due piccolissimi nei a mio parere..altrimenti non sarei credibile.. Il frigo in camera molto comodo ma un pochino rumoroso e la mancanza della tv.,altrimenti avrei dato il massimo dei voti su tutto.. rapporto qualita/prezzo ..ottimo
