3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House on Canal, 4 Miles From The Beach

The house is located approximately 4 miles from sandy Gulf beaches and minutes from shopping, dining, and golfing. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood yet walking distance to the sparkling city pool and the center of Historic Downtown Bonita Springs.

The house is well maintained with new flooring and an open living space.

The backyard is a private tropical oasis with palm trees, birds of paradise and several decks. Take your morning coffee to the dock and observe the amazing Southwest Florida wildlife, including birds, fish and iguanas.

The house comfortably sleeps 6. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. In addition, there is a pull-out full size sleeper sofa. The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples or as an ideal location to meet up with friends.

The newly revitalized Riverside Park area is approximately a 10 minute walk. There are several events held at the Riverside Park amphitheater.

The beautiful city pool is just a 2 minute walk and is accessible to visitors for a 3$ fee.

Kayak and paddle board rentals are available at nearby Riverside Park. Highly recommended is also a Kayaking adventure through Manatee Kayaking / Seaside Kayaking. (Book online and trips leave from Big Hickory Island).

The house is located approximately 20 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Meyers, RSW).

Two nearby beaches, Barefoot Beach and Lovers' Key, have won several awards as US top beaches.

The property was close to rt 41 and about 20-25 minutes to downtown Naples. Loved the backyard, felt so nice and secluded, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, good coffee shops nearby. Also, Cristina, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

This property is like a little piece of heaven. If you really want to get away from it all I highly recommend the peace and tranquility you will find here. I booked this as a gathering place for Christmas but it had so much more to offer. Sit by the canal and relax. The tropical plants and water will ease your tensions!!!

House is located in a great place to give you options in each direction without lots of driving. Ten minute drive to closet beach. As VRBO owner, the house is true to the pics, very clean & well equipped. Backyard is awesome!!! Very unique, with great open private area. Only thing missing is a grill. Great communication with the owner Christina. Highly recommend!! Will come back!!

A perfect jumping off place for our daily trips to the beach, restaurants, farmers market, and more! Two couples had plenty of room with many areas to gather together and the layout also provided privacy when needed. Supplies were plentiful and the owner was very accessible. I highly recommend this house and will book again when in Bonita Springs.

We stayed for 8 days at the property. The property is clean and every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The backyard, front yard itself look like a tropical garden. The owner was very responsive with check in questions and any requests we had. We will be staying here again.

This house was even better than could have been expected. The online pictures do not do it justice, it is 100 times better. It was perfectly furnished, and fully stocked with plenty of sheets and pillows, towels, kitchenware, bath accessories, etc. And being July, you need A/C, and this houses A/C was perfectly working and blowing cold! The outside grounds are beautiful, with many separate patios to go to for different views. If you need to communicate with the owner, her response is immediate! Do not overlook this house, it is truly a rare find!

Wonderful experience. Perfect place to rent for access to any of main southwest Florida cities and activities in Naples, Bonita, the Everglades, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & other islands. House is on a quiet lane with nice backyard. Owner and property manager were responsive and met needs or inquiries quickly and effectively. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the home and front and back yards are amazing! Our only disappointments were that we had to purchase kitchen trash bags and toilet paper as the house was not stocked adequately with those items. The pillows are very thin and of poor quality.

Hidden Paradise is well landscaped and very comfortable. It is a great location for birding. It is close to many birding locations as well as the Everglades and Big Cypress Parks. I got a picture of a Northern Parula in the back yard. Christina was always available and very responsive to any questions.

The home was roomy and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We were there in early February for 5 days. We only had breakfasts in, but the kitchen was large enough for family cooking. There is a separate TV room with an internet TV - we were able to watch a college basketball game that we otherwise would have missed. Also a relaxing room to sit and read. Had coffee and ate our breakfasts on the back patio - not everybody will be lucky enough to catch one of the beautiful trees in bloom. We definitely will be in contact if we are in need again in the Bonita Springs area - it's family dependent.

Christina's house was great. Three big bedrooms, wide open floor plan and brand new bathrooms and showers. Very clean. Yard was beautiful and tranquil with a nice deck next to the canal. Good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few miles. There is also a nice small public golf course, Bonita springs, maybe half a mile down the road which was reasonably priced and rented clubs. I highly recommend it !

What a pleasure it was to stay at Hidden Paradise Cottage! So relaxing & 10-15 minutes to beautiful beaches with incredible shells! Close to Bonita Beach access points, Barefoot Beach, & Lover’s Key. Close to great dining & shopping. Don’t miss Coconut Jack’s for drinks and seafood. (I had the best Rum Punch and blackened Mahi Mahi fish tacos that I could imagine.) DeRomo’s has wonderful take out food (Lasagna is excellent!) Sanibel & Captiva Islands make a great day trip. Beautifully landscaped grounds…such a joy to have coffee or a meal on one of the several patios & decks, pretty view of the canal in the back…gorgeous palm trees & tropical plants all around this property. Nice dining table on back patio. Wonderful place to come home & enjoy when you’re finished at the beaches, golfing, shopping or dining. Newly renovated & great layout…open concept main room...newer kitchen & everything needed to cook...plenty of seating (4 counter stools & 6 chairs around large table). Also sofa in main room & desk. Nice 2nd living area with large flatscreen tv, seating for 4-5 & pull out full size bed w/French Doors. Three nicely appointed bedrooms with very comfortable new queen beds…I slept so well when I was there…enjoyed the nice shower in the morning. Home is immaculately clean & staying here was a great experience! Christina is a wonderful and responsive owner & host. You’ll come for the great location near the beaches but come back for all this wonderful home has to offer. I can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Christina's home is beautiful with a lovely backyard and location on the canal. In addition it is not far from the beach, about a 15 minute drive. The beds were comfortable and the the open area in the center is great for gathering everyone, along with having a space off the main area for people to watch tv, read or just sit quietly. We were one of the first guests and the kitchen had only a small sauce pot. I texted her about our purchasing a pot for making noodles and such, and she responded promptly saying to go ahead and pick one up and she would reimburse us. I share that because she is very responsive and communicated to meet the guests needs. There is a community center across the road, with field, tennis and basketball courts, grass, and indoor fitness facility. We had an unfortunate incident where the city main sewage pipe backed up due to tree roots. It flooded into both bathrooms and bedrooms. We quickly responded turning off all the water (at the toilet, on the outside of the house and even the water main out in the street). We had to move to a hotel immediately and Christina understood the situation. We worked together over the next weeks to find a solution. She was patient, open and worked with us for a solution that worked. We would stay again under different circumstances. It really is such a beautiful place!

Christina's property served us well for a NYE wedding we came to town for. Her home is clean, updated, safe and conveniently located. She is an accommodating hostess, quickly responding to inquiries and questions. Would definitely recommend and would use again if in Bonita Springs!

The house is wonderfully decorated with a beachy feel. Close to shopping , great restaurants and the beaches . Love the tropical feel in the backyard with all the trees and plants ! Would highly recommend ! Mrs Mann was great to work with !
