Your stay will be on the 1st two floors of our villa. Both floors have separate entrances and are not otherwise connected.
The 1st Floor Suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & a heated pool.
The 2nd Floor Suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a large balcony.
Both the balcony and pool overlook the Caribbean.
Upon booking, you will receive a welcome email and we will be happy to start answering your pre-trip questions. On the island, you will be greeted at the house in-person by our concierge who will walk you through the property and help get you situated. Questions during your stay can be sent to the concierge via email or What's App (highly recommend downloading What's App prior to your departure)
The villa will be freshly cleaned prior to your arrival including new linens, bath and beach towels. To give our guests privacy and to be environmentally friendly, house cleanings will occur at the end of a guest's stay or every 7 days if you are staying for longer than a week. New towels and additional cleanings can be provided upon request for a nominal fee. You will be responsible for bringing your own trash to a conveniently located bin right outside the front door. (Garbage bags provided)
You can access the secluded beach via "Mexican Stairs" for shelling & sea glass, chilling, sunning and more.
There are wonderful views of the sunrise, the sunset, the island, the Caribbean and the Yucatán Peninsula from the 3rd level rooftop observation deck.
Full kitchen includes full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dished, pots & pans, utensils and silverware - everything you need to make great family meals!

I took over the house from the former owners in Dec 2022 and have started the slow process of updating this unique, oceanside villa. I am hoping to create a laid-back, warm, simple yet inviting location that you can spend a day or twelve exploring the island, sampling the food, meeting the locals and hopefully detaching from "real life" for a while. In conjunction with our professional concierge - Mundaca Realty - I hope to assist your "off the beaten path" adventure while allowing you the privacy to experience the island on your own time. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your concierge while you are on the island for help with your stay.
