Dexter avenue is an arterial so some traffic noise is present on the street-side of the house. The deli just steps away is a great place to grab a sandwich or grocery essentials.

This rental is for the whole house, including the front deck, a private fully-fenced backyard. There is also a garage available for off-street parking.

As much as possible, we use natural and sustainable products. The beds are covered with cotton linens and waterproof protective barriers. Plenty of cotton towels are provided in each bathroom along with soap and shampoo. You will also find a selection of games, books, toys, and puzzles in the bookshelves. A 50-inch flatscreen Smart TV is in the living room and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
