Casa del Tejedor is honest, rustic, thoughtful and embedded in its surrounding.

We loved that it was so incredibly charming! There were lots of places to sit and rest that weren’t in your room. The garden was a delight in the mornings. I highly recommend sitting and reading a book there after breakfast - which was delicious might I add! Homemade yogurt, fresh orange juice and scrambled eggs upon request. Apart from that it was tastefully decorated, filled with art, books and other heritage items. Also the hot water and pressure is muy bueno! We had an amazing time and we can’t recommend it enough!

Unassuming, but luxurious and so stylish!

Oh, wow, this place only has three rooms, so please get one if you can! The front is unassuming, there’s not even a sign outside, so you have to drive up to the gate using Google maps and just hope you’re at the right place. Ring the bell, and friendly Martín will open the gate and bring you in through the laundry room. At this point my partner was raising his eyebrows, not knowing what to expect, but Martín led us through a rustic but stylish kitchen and into an incredible dining/breakfast room, followed by a patio with mountain views. And then there’s the key, like something out of DaVinci Code, ancient and huge, followed by an incredible room with beautiful decor, wall art, and textiles galore. It’s in town, but perfectly silent at night, and the light and temperature are perfect.

Nothing! The breakfast is very simple, but the luxurious, stylish decor, and comfortable, affordable rooms make this place an ideal destination. I will be back!

Perfect place to stay in Salta Province

Everything was charming and beautiful from the rooms to the shared areas to the garden. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

That we didn’t stay longer. Also, be wary if you hope to drive route 40 from the north - consider a different route.

A charming place to stay, full of character.

This property has real character. It is beautifully furnished and it feels as if you are a guest in the owner’s house. Breakfast was good and served with the other hotel guests in an elegant dining room. It is a very short walk to restaurants and the main square.

Even for one night, worth every mile of the trip and penny of the stay. Lovely historic home with beautiful scenery both

We spent 21 days in Argentina and only one night here, and it by far was the most comfortable (& the only place with face tissue!) & scenic with the most attentive staff. Martin was great!

No complaints, it was a lovely stay.

best place to stay in Cachi!

Martin, the owner, is super kind and nice, always attentive and giving us very good tips. the house is beautiful and authentic, very well located and clean. comfortable bathroom and beds. the breakfast was the best we had in Salta! we even liked it so much that we extended our stay to one more night to be able to visit the wineyard he recommended us, totally worth it! we definitely recommend and would come back!

the wifi was not working so well due to a storm in the previous days.

Perfect spot in Cachi

fantastic authentic place, nicely decorated and well preserved. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good with plenty of homemade stuff such as yogurt, granola or pastries

to mention something, access with big luggage is not easy as doors are old and small.

The best you'll get in Cachi!

Warm welcome by the English speaking landowner in the evening who joined us for breakfast as well. His wife even called to the police station to make sure we had a safe ride. This charming hotel/B&B was located in the center of Cachi.

The authenticity of staying in one of the oldest buildings in the town. It was very comfortable and also Martin was a great host. Be sure to check out his textiles too.

Lovely house in a very good location with an excellent service.

Lovely house. Very comfortable beds, it had a lovely living room with fireplace. Excellent service and very good breakfast.
