Located in Fourth Street, Eildon is this spacious 4 bedroom holiday home.

Comprising of 2 bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one bathroom has a bath, which is ideal for 2 families!

4 bedrooms with 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x Single bunk beds and 1 x single bunk with double bed to accommodate for 10 people. Some bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning in living. All bedrooms have electric heating.

Property features include TV, DVD player, board games, WIFI available, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and large carport.

Located just opposite park and children's playground, walking distance to Eildon shopping village, local swimming pool and Goulburn River.
5 minutes to boat ramp.

Please note the following:
• Doonas/pillows are provided; however, guests must provide their own doona & pillow covers, sheets, tea-towels and towels. (BYO)
• The minimum stay is 2 nights & 3 nights for any long weekend/public holidays.

We understand pets are part of the family, however they are not to be left unattended, either inside or outside at any time during your stay. This is to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

There were no rubbish bins in the toilets. BBQ wasn't clean at the time of arrival. (we didn't use that).

Lovely property. Heaters in each room. Plenty of bedding. Only thing that was a lil let down was it said byo firewood meaning there would be a wood fire or outdoor fire pit. No fire pit or fire on the property.

Great location Very comfortable, clean house and comfortable beds, which is so important! Located close enough to walk to get a real coffee and stock up from the well stocked supermarket and yummy Bakery! Able to use it a base to come back to at the end of the day after swimming, jet skiing and exploring beautiful Lake Eildon! Thanks we had a great time!! Much appreciated Robyn

House was very clean, all bedding was clean too. Lovely spacious kitchen an living area with beautiful view from kitchen window and door. Spacious yard that our dog enjoyed exploring. Easy walking to shops and pondage. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Was a fantastic house to stay in would of have 10/10 but there were just a couple small things. We were a group of 7 and the pots and pans were suited for smaller groups we managed so wasn’t to big of a deal and the only other thing was the gas bottle for the bbq was empty so I give a 9/10 for this property. Would definitely stay again

The Property was clean with newly renovated bathrooms and a kitchen. The second bathroom and toilet was an advantage. The property was well stocked with cutlery, plates, mugs, and cooking utensils. There were cleaning agents, towels and a new washing machine and dishwasher. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Excellent house for our group fishing down Eildon pondage. Had everything we needed.Beds were so comfortable and plenty of hot water for all the showers and bathhs.Place was very clean,handy and good priced.Fitted 9 of us comfortablely.Will definitely rent again.

The house was very well presented with recent renovations of the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms to a high standard. Beds were comfortable too. It was a hot week so the AC struggled to cool more than the living area. An AC upgrade and thicker curtains on the east-side bedroom would be beneficial. Overall a great location, close to the pool!!

We had a great four nights away at this little gem. It was spacious enough for two families and the kids loved venturing over to the playground across the road. We were able to explore the surrounding areas and walk into the centre of town and grab a coffee. Highly recommended!

Good for our 2 night stay with 9 people, the house is newly renovated and the 2 bathrooms are perfect. The one thing that always annoys me is when a house can sleep 10 but there’s only a 6 seater dining table and couch space for 5. Maybe a couple of bean bags to solve the seating problem when watching tv?

The property was great except their where now covers on the donners , and on the internet they had them and also their where not sufficient heating in the property, they need proper heating we where freezing .

The house was lovely, quiet and very close to town. Owners has started to renovate, which is very nice. Kitchen was very nice. Only thing was there were lots of cigarette buts outside back veranda and the rubbish bins were already full from previous renters, but we managed to put some in and put out for collection, but we had to leave one bag as we could not fit it in. Thankyou owners for letting us your place again this Easter xx

We had a great stay! Short walk into town and to the river. Everything was clean and the renovated kitchen and new floors were a bonus! Plenty of space for 2 families.
