Decent location, disappointed with other aspects.

Decent location, decent size room.

The cleaner knocked on our door at 8am everyday asking if we wanted the room cleaned which woke us up. It was quite load when someone else entered the building our door would shake. The pool had really strict rules in having to shower before angering and wearing a swimming cap.

0/5 Would not recommend this accomodation at all. Whilst it was in a good location, the check in service was terrible - no signs or instructions at all on how to enter the complex (through big locked gates). The pool is closed between 2-4pm every day and they charge you an extra €2 to use the pool with a mandatory swimming cap. The breakfast was stale, ‘juice’ was cordial and coffee was not good. Could not drink or eat any of this. Staff were not friendly. We checked out at 9am by giving the keys to the lady by the desk, however received a call at 3pm saying because we haven’t checked out the room isn’t ready for next guest and would be charging us for an extra night. The person on the phone was extremely rude and would not let me talk to explain we left at 9am and did not re enter the room. Towels were replaced every day, however the old ones were never removed from the room. The new towels also had dark long black hairs in it. The electricity turns off every time you leave the room as it is connected to the keys, so power to the air conditioning and refrigerator turned off when leaving, meaning you can’t leave anything in the fridge that could go bad and you have no cold drinks when returning to a hot room after a very hot day out and about in the summer months. The ‘on-site private parking’ is a 5 minute walk away in a public outdoor parking lot that costs €25 per day. Very disappointed with this stay and would not recommend. We will not be coming back to this place.

Would love to come back again.

Guiseppe was great. He met us at the property and got us checked in and looked after parking for the car. Very nice room. The ladies were very helpful also. Very clean and tidy. Good location for walking to town, the train and bus station and ferries.

Avoid at all costs - misleading from start to finish

I left this review previously and was contacted by the property owner asking me to remove it. They offered a refund if I would take the review down. After removing the review, they stopped responding to me and I haven’t received any refund as promised. - It was completely misleading being called “pool" as it was closed up for the "winter" during our stay in SEPTEMBER. - The "hotel" is actually a residential tower block of flats with no hotel facilities or staff. - Noisy corridors and every time some came in / left doors slammed - The breakfast was disgusting - felt like a breakfast in a quarantine hotel served only to your room.

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay at this B&B. Our room was beautiful, updated and comfortable/spacious with a stunning view on mont veusiveus. We loved the location, and our host Giuseppe went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time in sorrento. The highlight of our entire italy trip was a private boat tour he organized for us in the sorrento region. 10/10 will be back!!

Very good

This property couldn't exist without Guiseppe. He thinks of everything, and does everything for everyone. He was gracious, accommodating & friendly. The rooms were nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge. The bathroom was also very spacious. The building is secure and well maintained. Guiseppe TRULY makes this place, he needs a raise and an assistant.

The property description should be clear that this is not a hotel. No ice, extra pillows/towels/blankets, no hot water pot nor glass nor front desk available. We already requested to keep our luggage the following morning so didn't wish to burden the one staff member even further, who works very very hard. The pool is closed at the most demanded time (2-4), and cannot be enjoyed without bug spray.

Great location, lovely rooms & ensuite bathrooms. Gorgeous balcony view in the Apollo room.

Shower heads didn’t work properly. Ants in the rooms. Terrible breakfast. You have to wear a cap in the pool, shower before getting in, and the pool isn’t open all day, only 10-2 and 4-7 which is a shame!! Didn’t get any communication regarding the private beach access.

Perfect for a Sorrento getaway!

the room was clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. the location was excellent - a short walk from the train station and 3 mins to the Main Street in Sorrento. Giuseppe was an excellent host who gave us a great welcome and made sure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was exceptional every morning.

Peppe the host was super helpful and it was in a perfect location.

Good location and great pool. The people running the place were kind and helpful.

Difficult to find the place due to lack of signs. Poor sound insulation - we were woken by people on the balcony early in the morning. The bed seemed to be on wheels which meant any movement woke both of us up.

Very good

Convenient location close to the centre of Sorrento. The big swimming pool is perfect. The host (Giuseppe) is very friendly.

There was no terrace to our room, which would have been very useful because breakfast was served in the room.
