About this house rental
The house has a roof garden with a panoramic view on the island of Tavolara, is located 50 meters from pristine beaches. It is located in an exclusive residence with swimming pools for adults and children overlooking the sea. The house completely renovated in 2019 is composed of: living room with American kitchen, two large and bright rooms with direct access to the large garden, two bathrooms completely renovated with very large showers, outdoor shower, private garden with porch of 15sqm fully furnished, 2 outdoor sofas, private parking space next to the house. Equipped with satellite TV, induction hob, washing machine, sunbeds and umbrella by the pool included in the price. BBQ. There is the possibility on request to have access to the third bedroom.

Monica’s bungalow is spectacular! The private courtyard veranda offers a beautiful sunrise that kisses the skin with the gentle warmth of the morning sun, as it sparkles across the bay. In the afternoon, it offers a nice shaded feel of a botanical garden that fills the senses with the fragrant scents of flowers. Perfect for grilling, dinner and relaxing with a glass of vino. The bungalow is organized and was so clean, it glowed. The home is well-equipped with quality dish and cookware, quality linens, comfortable beds and furnishings, bathrooms, closets and more. Our kids enjoyed the pool and snorkeling around the rocks looking at the fish, crabs and octopuses at the small beaches that adjoin the property. We rented a car and the location is perfect for exploring the upper half of the island. The Gulf of Orosei, where we rented a zodiac, was only 1.75 hours to the south. Other locations like Porto Cero are a 30 minute drive away. Everywhere you have beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise blue waters to enjoy. This is a beautiful property! One of the best VRBOs we've had the pleasure of enjoying. The love and care put into the property shows, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. From our initial communications, Monica was warm, helpful and charming. And if that wasn’t enough, her manager Florinda is the crème de la crème!! Monica has a very special place to share and we highly suggest you book your vacation at her home. It will truly exceed your expectations !!!

This is a beautiful property and perfect for 2 couples. The property has an amazing view of the sea from the terrace. We spent every night on the terrace enjoying the view. I loved the wonderful aroma of jasmine that was growing at the property. The home is very peaceful and relaxing. There are many beaches and sights nearby to explore. Monica is prompt in her responses and a pleasure to work with as well. I would love to come back to this beautiful island and stay at Monica’s home. We didn’t want to leave! : )

Great property with fantastic sea view a few minutes walk from the beach. This felt like our home for the week we stayed. The house have all you need to sit back relax and enjoy your holiday. Das Haus liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht, aber uneinsehbar von außen. Die Terrasse ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Sitzecke, Esstisch und Liegen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und sauber, hell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war locker und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Vielleicht kommen wir ein zweitesmal.

Sehr schönes und mit Liebe eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus!
Wir waren sehr dankbar um unser Auto, wunderschöne Sandstrände mit türkisem Meer sind einige Fahrminuten entfernt.
Es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher, sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!
Der Pool hat unseren Kindern sehr gefallen.
Wir würden immer wieder dort Ferien machen!
Die Vermieterin und auch die Kontaktperson waren gut und auch noch spät abends erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus bietet alles für einen perfekten Urlaub selbst mit Kleinkindern.
Es ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet und es ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort für einen Traumurlaub.
Man kann so viele wunderschöne Strände und Orte in kurzen Fahrzeiten oder auch zu Fuß erreichen.
Man kann aber aufgrund des schönen Gartens auch gut mal dort entspannen und die Aussicht genießen.
Wir waren zudem sehr begeistert über die wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Besitzerin Monica, die uns viele tolle Tips gegeben hat und sogar an den Geburtstag meines Mannes gedacht hat und eine kleine Überraschung vorbereitet hat. Auch die liebe Florinda hat uns einen ganz unkomplizierten Check in (sogar morgens) und Check out ermöglicht.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr Wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Einrichtung im Vintage-Look. Alles wichtige vorhanden. Schneller und netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sowie Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Zuvorkommender Check-in und Check-out.
Sardinien ist wunderschön, im April allerdings noch etwas kühl, so dass wir an den ersten Tagen die Heizung in der Wohnung anmachen mussten.
Viele Restaurants haben leider erst ab Mai geöffnet.

Monica ist eine super und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, hat uns nicht nur den Check-in schon am frühen Morgen ermöglicht, sondern sogar einen Late-Check-Out. wundervolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Anlage
In dem wundervoll geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus haben wir 10 Urlaubstage auf der traumhaften Insel Sardinien erlebt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind das absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft, uneinsehbar mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Golfo Aranci finden sich tagsüber und abends jede Menge Sitz- und Liegemöglicheiten. So haben wir Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer, mittags Sonne auf der Liege im Garten und abends ein Glas Wein in der Sitzecke genossen. Der nahe gelegene Poolbereich (ca. 50m) ist- wie die gesamte "gated community" S`Abba E Sa Pedra sehr gepflegt und empfehlenswert, tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Zum kompletten Glück fehlt nur ein offenes Restaurant in der Anlage. Die Küche des Hauses bietet aber alles, was das Herz begehrt und den Ausblick von der Veranda kann man eh´ kaum toppen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wundervolle Tage in Sardinien
Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zudem bietet der Garten schöne Ecken zum verweilen und die Möglichkeit morgens in der Sonne zu Frühstücken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können es daher sehr empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie der verantwortlichen Person für den Check In lief gut und flexible. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation mussten wir einen Tag früher abreisen, hier zeigte sich die Vermieterin von sich aus sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank hierfür und für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Grossartige Sardinienferien
Wir waren das 3. Mal in Sardinien und es hat uns dieses Mal am Besten gefallen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Garten hat uns auch sehr gefallen, mit den Aussensofas und der Hecke, die einem Privatsphäre gibt aber die wunderbare Aussicht nicht einschränkt. Und ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass eine Ferienwohnung, ein Ferienhaus so sauber geputzt war, grosses Kompliment!
Die Küche ist, für eine Ferienwohnung, sehr, sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben oft selber gekocht und das hat richtig Freude bereitet!
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen kleine Supermercato, in dem man das Wichtigste bekommt. Für den grossen Einkauf gingen wir nach Olbia, wo wir dann alles andere bekommen haben.
Die Dame, die den Check-In und das Check-Out gemacht hat, spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und kompetent!
Auch möchten wir die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr loben und ihre schnelle, prompte Art, für Unsicherheiten oder "Probleme" Lösungen zu finden. Zudem hat sie uns vor der Anreise genaue Wegbeschreibungen mit Fotos und auch Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants geschickt. Das war alles sehr hilfreich!
Die Anlage verfügt über einen sehr schönen Pool, der noch geöffnet war (Ende September/Anfang Oktober)! Das war super mit den Kindern!
Den dazugehörigen Strand hatten wir fast immer alleine für uns! Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass wir nicht immer ins Auto steigen mussten, um an einen Strand zu kommen.
Die Anlage selber ist sehr gepflegt, alles ist gut organisiert.
Es hat uns wirklich richtig gut gefallen, wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen, gerade auch mit Kindern!

Charmantes Haus - direkt am Meer!
Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist mit viel Charme eingerichtet, verfügt über neue Bäder und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut - nicht weit von Golfo Aranchi, das ganz hübsch ist und wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht - und rundherum hat es tolle Buchten und Strände. Der White Beach (10 Min. mit dem Auto) hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Auch ist die Lage soweit zentral - mit einem Auto ist es gut möglich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.
Der Garten/Sitzplatz ist perfekt - bequeme Lounge, Liegestühle und einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Perfekt für ruhige und wunderschöne Abende!
Die Anlage verfügt auch über einen sehr sauberen und toll gelegenen Pool - direkt über dem Meer. Auch sind die Angestellten innerhalb des Ressorts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren jetzt im Juli in Sardinien... (Corona!) Aber wir haben uns fast sicherer gefühlt, als in der Schweiz. Mit den Masken in den Läden hat es super geklappt und es achten wirklich alle auf die Hygienemassnahmen etc. … Menschenansammlungen hatte es nirgends - manchmal hatten wir ganze Buchten für uns alleine! Die Sicherheit ist in Sardinien wirklich gewährleistet und wir können mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass die Entscheidung absolut richtig war - JETZT - trotz Covid19 nach Sardinien zu reisen!
Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, perfekt eingebettet in der Anlage - und doch kann niemand in den Garten reinblicken - aber vom Haus aus kann man selbst den Meeresblick geniessen!

So muss Urlaub sein...
... wir haben uns immer wieder darauf gefreut, nach einem Ausflug oder einem Strandtag, in das Haus zurück zu kommen.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen, der Garten nicht einsehbar (da höher gelegen als der Fußweg) und die Außenmöblierung sehr gemütlich und der Stil chic.
Es gibt auch einen Grill.
Kurzum zum Wohlfühlen mit super Blick auf das Meer.
Die Kommunikation mit Monica war immer schnell und unkompliziert.
Viele Strände in der Nähe und eigener Parkplatz.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Really happy to write this review about our wonderful stay in ... apartment. It’s a clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment. Well located between Golfo Aranci and numerous lovely beaches and the swimming pool (ideal for young kids as well) located not more than 50 meters from the apartment. The garden has a perfect lounging area and beautiful view on the bay. Needless to say we will come back very soon again.

Sehr schön gelegen mit wunderbarem Außenbereich
Das Haus liegt in einer hübschen Anlage, die wie eine romantische Theaterkulisse wirkt. Die Küche, Wohn-Essbereich und ein Bad sind sehr hübsch renoviert. Die Schlafzimmer und die restlichen Bäder waren sauber, aber müssten auch mal modernisiert werden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gemacht ,mit Blick in die Bucht. Handtücher, Geschirr und Gläser waren gut. Die Küchenausstattung und Waschmaschine ebenfalls.
An den Fensterläden gibt es Mückennetze . Schön wäre, wenn es zur Terrasse noch eine Mückentür gäbe.
Eine Kaffeemaschine oder Kapselmaschine wären auch nicht schlecht.
In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Strände. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Stunning views
We stayed here last week for one week of a relaxing holiday. And we had just that. The house is great and very comfortable. The sofa outside is a treat in the morning with the sunrise and a lovely place to enjoy a perfect sardinian wine in the evening. Spacious rooms and well equiped! highly recommended!

Familiengeeignete Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Lage
Das Apartment befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage mit viel Grün in wunderschöner Lage am Meer. Es ist freundlich eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattet Küche. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 3 Betten (in einem Zimmer ein Doppelstockbett sowie ein Einzelbett, im anderen Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett sowie ein Einzelbett). Der zur Wohnung gehörige Garten ist eingezäunt, so dass die Kinder nicht so schnell entwischen können. Insgesamt gut geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Pool befindet sich in traumhafter Lage fast direkt am Meer und ein Strand ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen: bei ungünstigem Wind hört man gelegentlich die Flugzeuge, die in Olbia starten bzw. landen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümerin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert.

The property is just as the photos show - amazing view, and had everything that we needed.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Monica was just a gem to deal with she was very responsive and provided lots of info about the property and local area - where to shop what to see/do. She even arranged some lovely welcoming things that were so very thoughtful. When we had a problem on the 1st night with power it was all sorted out in about 5 mins just great. The property itself Is couple of mins walk to Baia Caddinas which is a great sized beach and perfect for swimming . There is a kiosk and resturaunt on the beach. You can also hire boats from the marina just a few mins from the apartment. The apartment complex is well looked after and the pool has a life guard on duty. You will need a car if you are staying here to access Golfo Aranci but it is a good idea any as there is so much to visit . Porto Rotondo is a short drive and there are many many beautiful beaches no more than 20 mins drive from the property . Getting to Olbia Airport is about a 30 min drive. We liked this property as it was so close to so many things but out of the very touristy areas . The view was lovely to enjoy at any time of the day . We hope you enjoy as much as we did.
