Overall stay was good. Location wasn’t bad but VERY quiet. If that’s for you great but I found it pretty boring in the area. There’s a few walkable restaurants but it’s dead. Except Miso Phat. Condo was decent and gave us what we need. The communication was great . I couldn’t find the key code and it was after 6 but she responded immediately. Toilet didn’t work, had to open the lid to flush but they came the next day while we were out and fixed it. The view is great with the sunsets. The lanai was perfect for them but it was a little dingy with previous stays. This may not effect others but if you are sensitive to smell you will need an air freshener or plug in for your stay. The condo has a bit of an old musty smell but I’m really sensitive. Glad I brought some pillow spray and used most of it. Beware of ants just like their descriptions on your arrival instructions. It was a bit stressful every time we ate and drank. Overall it served its purpose and happy with it.

The place was perfectly clean and truly 12 feet from the ocean. Great reef out front for snorkeling. They had snorkel gear to use, games, books, tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts across the street by the pool, laundry and rec club that comes with the place. Bang for the buck. Maui... Rainbows off the private patio... super close parking space... I mean it was perfect! Like ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and very clean and so cute inside. Loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai. I was a little disappointed in the beach access close to the condo.we had to drive each day To the beach. Which wasn’t ideal. The homeless population all around the area was a little unnerving as they would hang at the picnic table by our lanai and at the end of the seawall one slept each night. One last thing to note is there is a condo above you and the walls seem thin those tenets were so loud and rude you could hear every step they made at 5:00 in the morning and hear their conversations. The location wasn’t perfect for us but the Condo was.

We had a great time! We saw whales during breakfast on the patio. The place is central, with stores nearby and nice beaches just a short drive away.

We loved our stay! Everyday we saw turtles, rainbows, and sunsets from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed for our beach days. We loved the location, close to Kaanapali and Lahaina but far enough away from the crowds. Close to awesome beaches and great resturants. We also loved the pool and the having access to the laundry facilities. The condo is perfect for two.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only reason I have a "4" on online listing accuracy is because the picture of the room appears white and bright which was not the case. Darker wood trim and doors, with a little darker paint. But I would stay here again. Janet

It was a great stay for a relaxed trip. We loved the turtles right outside the room. One day we counted 12 along the ocean wall. The condo stayed a very comfortable temp with the ceiling fans and screen open, we only used the A/C one time. Kitchen was great, parking spot close to the condo, bed comfortable, we had everything we needed. I think my only comment would be the shower, it is small- like knocking elbows on the sides small when washing my hair, but at least the water pressure was good (i have long thick hair!). We enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend it

Very smooth process, easy to access, clean and great locale close to beach and other beaches and the whale watching from the lanai was amazing. Only thing is had to kill a few cockroaches mostly small but a very large one to greet us on the bathroom wall upon arrival. Typical experience for tropical climates, so didn’t ruin our experience. Thank you!!

This property is clean, well stocked and recently updated. So cute! Parking is close. This is right on the ocean with a front row view for the abundant whale watching! It was comfortable, peaceful and very relaxing. Just what I needed!

Oh my goodness is all I can say! Very beachy clean with all the things to make a vacation the best. I cooked breakfast the time we were there and the kitchen was supplied with all I needed to cook except the food! And the oceanfront view … who wouldn’t want to cook?? Listening to the waves crashing at night was mesmerizing. Loved it here.. wish our stay could have been longer. . Mahalo in taking part of making wonderful memories in Maui for us. Blessings!

Whales, Turtles, and Seals from the Lanai

We love Maui, and especially watching the whales. Have visited many times before but we have now found our favorite location! It was difficult to leave as we saw so many whales and turtles from “our backyard”. Even saw a monk seal swimming nearby twice, The condo was perfect for two. The layout gives the studio plenty of room. There were so many extra touches too, like a good set of binoculars, lots of kitchen and beach towels, and food storage containers that are often missing or in short supply at other condos. The complex has a community feel as there are many permanent residents. Nightly, folks meet to watch sunset - visitors and residents together enjoying the amazing views. We are already planning our next visit!

The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed watching whales & sea turtles right from the lanai. Thanks for having binoculars in the room. We had left ours at home! The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Short drive to Front street for food & shopping. We even enjoyed pizza delivery one evening to stay outside & watch the sunset. Would absolutely stay here again!

We came to relax and watch the whales. You can’t get anymore oceanfront than this unit. The unit was is great condition, had useful amenities to allow us to cook our meals and blend our cocktails. I appreciated the binoculars to watch all of the whales. We enjoyed the patio everyday. It was so peaceful that we didn’t really need to leave. We absolutely loved watching all of the turtles everyday. Mahalo for sharing this unit with us!

This is Paradise

We try to go to Maui every couple years to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. We found this place by accident and I think stayed there four times now. If you like sitting on your ground floor Lanie drinking coffee this is the place for you. We have timed how quickly we see turtles and whales and it is only a couple minutes. Very relaxing and is our place everytime we hit the island.

We loved the ground floor accessibility and lanai, and absolutely amazing views! We rarely closed the sliding doors. It was really hard to leave the place both while we were staying here and for our departure. The location can’t be beat and you can’t get any closer to the ocean. Mahalo mahalo mahalo! We stayed here for 4 days of our Honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! We loved waking up and having the ocean literally right outside our door every morning and enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai every evening. We even saw a pod of dolphins (through the provided binoculars) on Thanksgiving morning! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts, pina coladas, and even our Hawaiian Thanksgiving dinner. The location was great too - easy to walk to the brewery, a short drive to several beaches and grocery stores, and a close enough drive to Lahaina if you want a little more activity. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at the condo! It was a perfect location for us - easy to get to many different beaches, close to grocery stores and walking distance to a coffee shop. We appreciated the easy check in and access to a bbq, and lived that we were able to use the beach chairs/umbrella and cooler. It was a perfect spot for us, thank you!

We had the greatest time on Maui. Our VRBO was right on the water and perfect for us! It was so relaxing to hear the waves. We started and ended our day on our lanai. The unit also has a full kitchen which is nice to make some of your own meals. The turtles were fun to watch and I can only imagine whale season! Mahalo!

Great spot in northwest Maui

My fiancé and I spent two nights here after spending some time on the south side of the island. Everything was very tidy and clean and we had a great experience communicating with the owners and property manager. The view from the lanai is beautiful and we appreciated having access to some beach chairs and a cooler. We also took advantage of the laundry facilities and found everything easy to access and use. Great spot for a stay on this side of the island!
