appartamento nuovissimo, accessoriato in tutto il necessario. Vicinissimo al centro della cittadina che è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Parcheggio antistante la casa. Supermercato difronte. Stanze ampie e pulitissime

L'appartement est super joli, grand espace pour la chambre et cuisine. Baignoire au milieu, superbe 😊 Aménagement très joli. Contact facile et gentil avec le proprio. Proche du centre de ville.

Séjour en janvier, assez froid dans l'appartement. Mais chauffage qui marchait bien. Sinon rien à dire ☺️

Aurait été super si le spa était en état de marche

,awful stay, 56 steps up and down, v uncomfortable chairs & armchairs, car parking a disaster.

Did not like The chairs and armchairs were very uncomfortable and too low, for an old couple like my wife and I, room on attic, 3rd floor, no lift and Maybe we like kichen facilities only….We did not like doing do 56 steps, not pleasant at all, think of only kitchen facilities. We didnot like how much we paid for a week, €878’50 self catering, def NEVER AGAIN. Car parking advert misleading, park cars on street parking paying €1.40 per hour, free from 19.00 hrs until 9am, from noon to 2pm free.very old chairs/armchairs very uncomfortable’

old fashioned chsirs & armchairs, very uncomfortable, flat on 3rd floor, no lift, 56 steps to climb up and come down. Old people like us, parking of car in street,paying parking €1.40 per hour, free from 19.00 till 9am, free from noon till 14.00 hrs.Your description of the place is very misleading..no wonder no others customers but us during the werk there.

The property was close to the city centre and on a quiet street. A charming old building with modern apartments.

A very Nice experience starting at 1834. Nice building in centre of Colmar with everything you need of equipment for a longer stay. We were very happy to stay here!

There was airconditioning

On booking.com it said that there was free parking availibility which I interpreted as there would be a parking available linked to the building. However we received instructions that we were supposed to park on the street which is not always free of charge and does not guarantee that we would be able to park nearby. They definitely used the nicest pictures to sell you on the beautiful 'boutique' style of the room your staying at. This was the main reason for me to book this place as it looked so beautiful. However, upon arrival we had an appartement which did not look anything like what was shown on the pictures. To be fair, it was still very modern en all necessities were available but it did not look like the beautiful pictures we saw.

Grate and clean place with inconvenience of climo stairs to get to apartment

It was a grate place for someone who can climb 46+ very steep narrow spiral stair case with your heavy suitcases. I was shocked. I have injured back and so does my husband. This should of been disclosed on description. Other than that everything was grate

Good but likely won’t be back as not value for money

really great location, just outside the old town. really luxurious and beautiful bedroom. very clean and well maintained.

for the price we paid 1200 for 3 nights, it would have been nice for the kitchen to be more equipped with kitchen roll, milk and bread. the coffee machine filter needed changing, so it kept dripping and I had to clean the kitchen surface everytime I used the machine. also for the bathroom to be more equipped with nicer toiletries like shower gel and body lotions etc. there was just the one very basic drying shower gel.

I didn t like the place at a point that I didn t stay there overnight ! We payed almost 300 eur to enter a place with miserable conditions.

Basically everything. 1) The floor that you see in the pics is fake (is a plastic to cover rooten wood); 2) I didn t saw any Spa and not even a possibility to have a spa in such a space; 3) No free/ no private parking. I think booking should check on places like this that are so overpriced !!! Almost 300eur for night...is unbelievable...

Location to old town.. Well equipped kitchen..

.the 62 stairs to get to the apartment.. Elderly people would not appreciate the climb.. Need to be advised.. The bathroom is new but a terrible design... Need to kneel in a deep bath to have a shower because of overhang of the roof..

mostly excellent, superbly well appointed - small things easily were less good but easily remedied

bed too small! blinds need repair. bedside lamps hanging from DIY(!) nail in wall - mine fell out when I switched lamp on on!

Pleasant

Nice spacious apartment.

The building badly needs a refresh. I would never tell the apartment from the photos was inside. The Spa was unusable - smelly and cheaply finished.

Beautiful apartment in the city center!

the apartment is very clean and well-kept, well equipped with electrical appliances. we really enjoyed the time in the apartment. The sauna area also looked very clean and comfortable.

Great for a short stay with friends

Great for a short stay with friends, apartment suitable for 3, spacious and comfortable enough. Nice to have the hammam and sauna available, Ease of check-in with door code & key box.

Location isn't in the prettiest part of town, though still convenient. Spa out of order. Check-in information wasn't shared until day of travel - ok to leave the details out, but would be nice to know the process in advance.

1834 & No Spa

The "Spa" was a disappointment: sauna out of order, no instructions how to turn on and heat jacuzzi and steam bath.

The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
